We had a great experience with this team replacing all the siding and wrap on our house. We have extensive gardens along one side of the house, the crew built a scaffold to cover the plants while they worked, there was zero damage. The siding looks great, they paid attention to every detail, the flashing, caulking, fitting around curved windows. This is truly a team effort; Eric was very helpful on the measuring and estimate, the production manager Armando did a walk through with me and passed the information to the crew, and the field supervisor Alejandro came to see the work and talk to the crew every day. I recently had my roof and gutters replaced and I am currently waiting for a few other pending repairs to be complete. So far, my experience with Roofing and More has been really good. Charles made multiple trips to the house to conduct thorough walkthroughs and had multiple conversations with me to ensure I understood all of the information and options. Our experience with Roofing and More was great. From Dustin who spent multiple trips visiting our site and walking us through options on our contract to Armando and Alejandro who did all the site visits throughout the work or even Leah and Marie in the office, everyone was easy to work with. You really got the feeling that they cared about the project.Every house project comes with its hiccups and delays (weather for our roof repair) but it was easy to work with the Roofing and more staff to adjust and keep things as close to schedule as possible. Roofing and More did an amazing job installing a brand new roof on my 50 year.old house. The old roof was over 20 years old. They arrived as promised at 7 AM and they were finishing up at 5:30 PM. Everything that they committed to they completed; they were timely, they were professional, and they were extremely polite. There were 5 workers that worked all day with just a lunch break and a short break in the afternoon. Today the heat index was a 109° but the 5 gentlemen worked continually without complaining. I would strongly recommend this company for any type of work that you need to have done at your home. Although I used them only for the roof installation, I have friends that have used this company for window installation and for several different housing needs. They are extremely trustworthy. The new roof looks great and the crew did a nice job of cleaning up the property which wasn't easy as the old shingles were dried out and broke apart when removed. Very prompt and professional company to work with. From the beginning when my work started out as a general inquiry, the company was easy to communicate with and helped answer all questions. There were no hidden fees or surprises and all details were outlined throughout the process.I was looking for a company to replace two small octagon windows with larger traditional double pane windows. The work I wanted to do was outside the norm of what the traditional window replacement companies do. Many companies would not do this work but this company did. I had also reached out to a couple other companies about the work and this company was by far the best when it came down to final material and costs.They kept me up to date as to when when to expect the materials and when we would start the service. When there was a delay on the materials due to the manufacturer, I was notified immediately and was kept up to day every few days on the progress.When it was time to work on the project I was greeted by two gentlemen who were going to do the work for me. They were on-time and finished the work on the time it was expected. Throughout the process there was a 3rd person in a supervisor role who came and checked on the progress and updated me on how things were going.The outcome was better than I expected. Roofing & More saved the day! My husband and I recently bought our house and came to learn after we moved in that there was a serious problem with the siding that "enclosed" the bump out and our fireplace. I say "enclosed" because it was not properly sealed when it was built. This led to all sorts of damage and the need to replace the valve on our fireplace. Nobody could diagnosis the issue - until our Realtor recommended that we have Roofing & More take a look. The team was fantastic and even helped us run multiple tests (imagine standing outside the fireplace with a running hose to try to imitate the direction rain was getting inside the house - anything we could come up with they were willing to try) until we figured out how the water was getting into the fireplace. They recommended a fix that would actually establish a barrier between our home and the elements. We were able to schedule relatively quickly and by the time they were done they had cleaned up everything so well my husband didn't even know they had been by to do the work!! Will certainly keep their contact info and reach out in the event we need any other work done (roof-related or siding - honestly, there's nothing that Roofing & More can't do)!

We used Roofing and More, Inc. to reside our house, with James Hardie, deep ocean blue cement siding, in late June to early July 2022. Our house had original, 22 year old, Masonite Colorlok white siding that had reached it’s end of life as a siding product and badly needed to be replaced. Due to the flaws in the Masonite product and poor original installation techniques, we had a number of rot areas around the house primarily in corners, around bay windows, and along door trim areas. For this reason our new siding install was more involved since all of the rot areas had to be fixed before the new siding was installed.We chose Roofing and More, Inc to handle our large and involved siding project based on their James Hardie installation track record and ability to correct the rot problems during installation. Their field team, headed by tradesmen Andy, Francisco, and Alejandro might possibly be some of the most experienced craftsmen installing James Hardie products in the Northern Virginia area today. It’s my understanding Andy, Francisco, and Alejandro specialize in the installation of Hardie siding, PVC, and Azek trim products, and their craftsmanship greatly impressed me.Our original doorbell, outside lights, and such had been installed directly to the Masonite siding and the water faucets were punched through the siding and sealed with pipe putty and caulk. These were highly dysfunctional and unsightly areas on the house. Roofing and More installed mounting bases and trim for all of these features, providing a more professional and classy look to the finished product. Additionally, we replaced all of the 22 year old light fixtures, shutters, and everything outside with new, which combined with the new siding gives the house a like new look. Last job is to replace the roofing which is on our to do list.If you seek first rate results with your house siding project, I strongly encourage you to consider Roofing and More, Inc and listen carefully to the siding installation advice from Andy and Francisco. Love it when I can call my roofer to ask questions. A hail storm came through our neighborhood and we had people coming to the door offering to help. We had Roofing & More come take care of a few issues with rot and holes in our siding as well as a gutter & cover. Despite it being a smaller project for them, they were extremely quick to complete the quote and project. They did have to change the date of the project a few times but always called to check with us and we actually ended up getting it done before they had originally said! The workers who came were very professional and efficient. They did a very good job making it all look original and cleaned the site up 100%. Had a great experience with Roofing & More. We had a leak in the rec room. I was impressed with their consultants, they used drones to inspect the roof and took numerous pictures. They did a very through inspection of the inside and outside including a leak test. Shane and Leah kept us informed every step of the process. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job. I contacted Roofing and More for a problem with a leaking window. Their technician, Alejandro, arrived and after checking the attic window and the interior window where the leaking occurred, he identified the problem, explained the issue, and provided several options to repair it.
