Rose did a good job with our roof. Very impressed with the organization the day of the job and the work ethic of the roofing crew. They were stellar. The finished roof looks wonderful and we are pleased with the experience. I am glad they approached me and offered to do an inspection. At first I thought it was a scam, yet they are to legit to quit. They are solid.

This company is proactive in a professional way. Without their project manager approaching me offering to examine my roof I would have never known that there was hail damage. Theirs isn’t a “hard sell,” just an offer of help. I began the process of signing the agreement for their working through the claim adjustment with my insurance company in my behalf … with some trepidation. The company was a complete unknown to me. I found in every step of the total roof replacement process though, that this company, it’s reps, project planner and site manager, it’s great payment staff and the installers all proved themselves trustworthy. I now have a new high quality roof. Thank you Rose Roofing.

Even though we had to reschedule three times due to weather, they were wonderful at getting us rescheduled quickly. The crew who did the actual work were pleasant, professional, punctual, and courteous. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up amazingly well afterwards. I was pleased with my experience with Rose Roofing and Restoration. The inspection and adjustment process took longer than I had experienced in the past but I believe the wait was worth it. The work was done efficiently and the clean up was great. I had a few corner shingles come loose about a month later after some very strong winds. They were very quick to respond and fixed the problem by re-shingling the area. I was pleased how they stood by their work.

Rose Roofing exceeded our expectations. From working with our insurance company to the new roof and gutters it was truly effortless for us. Once we picked out our new shingles it took less than a week to have it completed. We have a light blue house so choose the Landmark Pro Coastal Blue shingles. It looks absolutely beautiful! Heard really good things. They came out did an inspection and got me setup with their claims adjuster, who was excellent. I never heard another word. From Rose. I tried calling and reaching out multiple times asking for quotes. Nothing.A month later I got a random text telling me they “had an offer I’d want to hear.” Sounded like used car salesman tactics. No apology, not even a phone call. Very disappointing..

Highly impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail shown by the roofing crew. When I was a teenager, I was a laborer on a crew that did home repairs and improvements- to include roofing. I may not be a pro at roofing, but have enough experience to know good from bad. Rose Roofing and Restoration's crew was very professional and competent. They arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. When they did finish the job, the work area was cleaner that when they arrived. By all appearances, they did a great job.On the administrative side, I have to say that utilizing an independent public adjusting firm is a probably a good idea. Though there were some disconnects and the adjusting firm was difficult to contact directly, it did work out well in the end. Fortunately, the folks at Rose were on top of it and regularly contacted me to ensure I was up-to-date on progress. Bottom Line- I recommend Rose Roofing and Restoration and would gladly use their services again.Service: Roof installation

If you have a roof that needs replacing and don’t know where to start, Rose Roofing is the place. We had a hail storm that did a lot of damage to mine and my sub division was hit hard. I hadn’t even given nit any thought until Rose Roofing knocked on my door and offered a free inspection. I told them ok and in about 15 minutes they came with pictures of the damage. They said if I was interested in replacing it to contact my insurance company and they would meet their adjuster here and work with them. After filing a hail damage claim, I told Rose I would like for them to replace it. The next day I got a call from the rep and he had colors styles and dates available and he came out and I picked the shingles I liked. He ordered them and when they brought them out to put on the roof with their crain, it had snowed the night before just enough that they had to unload on the ground. I felt sorry for the shingle crew, but they came out tore off the old shingles, and started a line of guys carrying one or two bundles up on the roof and like a well oiled machine , some were carrying, some were installing drip edging and some were putting on the tar paper felt. Hardly any talking they just knew what to do to keep things moving. Then one more nailer and a third while some were cleaning up the yard and using magnets to get any nails on the ground. By the time it was dark , on came the lights and it was only 5 o’clock, but they stayed with it and wee finished by 7. Amazing. It was pretty simple on my part.because they worked with the insurance company and now I have a new roof that adds to curb appeal too.

We replaced the entire roof and were provided with many options. When we did have one minor issue, damage to patio covers, they more than compensated us. Rose Roofing and Restoration did the roofing replacement for our property. All we did was just sign few pages and rest was all taken care by these guys. We didn't even make a single call to our insurance...all that was handled by Rose Roofing. Special shout out to Paul who explained the whole process patiently and gave us the timeline for whole process. Once roofing was done my property was cleaned of all the nails and debris that came with replacement work. I would definitely recommend Rose Roofing for their professionalism and good work. Mikey here, I heard really good things about this company until they ghosted me about 6 months ago. Aucella Hugh came up to my door offering me a new roof I accepted, sent out the contract to their adjuster and have not heard anything back from them, I texted Mr. Hugh about 2 weeks ago and he just said that he was gonna reach out to all claims, still haven't heard anything back and honestly I don't think I will ots been 6 months now and all I want is for them just to tell me If my contract was approved or not so I can take my business somewhere else.
