Bart was our designer and John was our project manager. They were very professional and their workers were very efficient and knew their trade well. John went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was always available for any questions and concerns. Customer Service is very important to them. This is not the case for most companies. They did a beautiful job on our deck and at the end came back to check if there were any last minute fixes. Thank you Stoneridge for a great job and stress free experience!

Stone ridge constructed a sunroom with walk out deck, patio, and storage room for us. Unlike other vendors they sent a designer on our first appointment, and drew a sketch on the spot. They also recommended glass roof which I had not thought of previously. It turned out quite beautifully. They were able to stay within the budget and I am happy with quality of the work. It's hard to express how much we love our new sunroom/solarium. Since construction ended in early April, we've spent every evening listening to the birds, feeling the breezes, and admiring the views. It has made our home feel like a vacation retreat, and with the quality of workmanship and materials, I feel confident we will have many more years of enjoyment. Stoneridge recently completed a full deck replacement at the 2nd story of my home. Excellent level of quality and customer service. Their sales team was precise and didn’t push to oversell. They not only completed work on time with competitive pricing, they took great care to protect an active koi pond while rebuilding the deck directly above. Would absolutely recommend for any deck project.

We have enjoyed being able to feel like we are outside regardless of the outside temperature. It truly is a usable room during all four season. The workmanship is superior. Our room has far exceeded our expectations and we enjoy it daily. We enjoyed working with the staff as well. They are very professional and knowledgeable. In our opinion the true test to a company is the service after completion. We had a small issue arise. I was able to discuss it directly with the CEO of the company. He encourages clients to reach out to him directly if they want to via email or phone. He listened very closely to our issue and within a few days the issue was resolved and he even came out to our home to check on everything. We would definitely recommend this company for any of your outdoor projects.Service: Porch construction

I reached out to this company to schedule them to come out and provide us a quote for a project we were envisioning. They refused to come out and provide us a quote at the scheduled time because my husband was unable to be present due to work conflict. Bizarre, regressive and incredibly sexist and offensive policy implying the wife cannot make financial decisions for household projects. I'm not sure what century this company is functioning in but we chose not to engage them based on this "company policy".

Dave and Eric are professional and honest in getting us the best and reasonable quote and discussing the project for our 4 season room and deck. Dave is patient in answeing all questions I have. Now, we are just waiting to apply for permits. May update later once the projects are done hopefully in time for this Summer!🌞

Even for a simple repair/replace estimate, depending on who the scheduling agent is, you will need "all" home owners present!? Even if your spouse is abroad!I understand that they might have had issues before.I feel sorry that the issues were so significant that they're willing to lose potential business!Do confirm the appointment the day before, else they will cancel without a message.Update: I apologize, I missed the cancel email from 8pm the day before and I'm assuming google spam filter might be at work for missing the calls.But there is no voice mail saying the appointment was cancelled.Maybe a text message would help, also consistency from all scheduling agents!

We had the majority of our deck converted into a three season sunroom by Stoneridge outdoor living and the new space is a wonderful addition. Stoneridge’s various teams were meticulous in their workmanship and when there was an issue, the company was immediately responsive and worked until it was resolved, even after they had received final payment. The new room really has made a quality of life difference and all our visitors are highly impressed as well. We would do it again and not hesitate to hire Stoneridge.

Although I may not be able to use this company because I live out of its service area, my contact with this company was exceptional. I spoke with Mo who was very professional, friendly, lively, and did her very best to help me. I cannot praise her customer skills enough. I had been making calls most of the day regarding my project. However, when I called Stoneridge Outdoor Living and spoke with Mo, she was extremely uplifting. She made me feel as if this is definitely the company I want to do business with. I believe if I ran into a problem with my project, she would go over and beyond to help me find a satisfactory solution. To me that is vital from the staff of a company I do business with.

Oh where do we start.On February 25th of 2022 I signed a contract with one of the variants of this company Total Remodel Systems who's website now points to Stoneridge Outdoor Living. My contract for a vertical style blind sun shade which consists of 3 vertical post set in concrete and bolted to massive concrete planters. and 2 electrically operated sun shades. The total length of the shade is about 25'. Not a small shade. This was for a restaurant located in Washington DC.Per my contract the "estimated starting date" was 30 days from when a permit was acquired. and the estimate completion date was 30 days from the start. I was given verbal confirmation this was a 3-4 day job but the 30 day covered them in case something weird happened. I expressed that it was February when I signed the contract and really wanted the shade up by July. Not a problem was the response.For nearly 9 months we waited for TRS to provide drawings to put 3 posts in the ground and bolt them to planters that are made of concrete and measure 5'x8'x3'. These things weigh multiple tons. The fact of the matter is that nothing happened until we started harassing them in October. We submitted for permit in November and received our permit on November 23rd. Per contract we should have started construction by the end of the year 2023. It took until mid April to get anything moving and when TRS showed up they didn't have any of the correct parts. Finally in June 16 months after we started the shade was installed.Multiple times I offered to TRS to sit down with me, figure out what they had invested in the project and we could both walk away since they were not capable of delivering the product.I would not recommend doing business with this company anytime soon. While the guys who showed up to do the work did a good job and at the end we have a nice sun shade there are far more companies out there that can provide a much better service. This wasn't a COVID delay, or any sort of supply chain issue. The company just ignored our order until we started harassing them.

I love my new Trex deck. Compared to the old wooden deck, there’s no maintenance besides cleaning it. They were able to resurface my existing deck and add a step down to a lower level 45 x 12 additional deck, giving me multiple entertaining areas. Couldn’t be happier.Service: Patio decks
