From contracting the job with Garry in Sales to the re-shingling of my garage roof, Holloway did a great job for me! Crew Chief Matt—who is professional and personable—came to my house with his team at the hour agreed upon. They worked hard and fast and much to my delight cleaned up thoroughly. They even went into the woods along side the garage to pick up any paper or debris that might have been blown there while executing the job. My garage roof looks fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Holloway Roofing and I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Holloway Roofing. From start to finish they were very helpful and informative. Garry walked us through the sales process and helped us navigate the claim process with our insurer. Juan and Matt were project managers on the job. They checked in at the beginning of the day and checked with us before they left. The crew worked hard throughout the two days to replace our roof, even working to keep our home sealed up in case of rain. Juan returned the day after they finished to walk around our house and make sure everything was done to expectations. We strongly recommend the folks at Holloway Roofing.

Got our new roof last week!! It looks great. Kyle and Juan were our project managers and they kept is in the loop the entire time. Great communications, very professional. They did everything we asked for and we could tell they were very concerned with making sure the quality of work was up to standard. The crew worked very hard, thier workmanship was excellent and they left our property as clean as they found it!! I was very impressed. They will be doing our gutters this week.

My roof was leaking which is metal and I had several different people seal it and around the chimney. What they all failed to tell me was that the roof was in great shape but the two chimneys were degrading which sealing was very temporary. Holloway came out told me what was wrong, worked to fine the best solution that fixed the problem in a way that fit my very tight budget. Everyone was professional, caring and knowledgeable. They responded quickly and did an awesome job! Would highly recommend them!

James, Justin and the team did a great job. My roof was damaged from the hail/tornado storm in April and luckily I found Holloway roofing to replace it. Justin scheduled a consult and gave me a lineup of the proposed work as well as any options along the way. My roof was also asbestos which caused issues in finding a company that will work with it. Holloway took care of the asbestos and removed it completely. Many homes in the historic tree streets area of Waynesboro have this cancer causing material. I’ve included some before and after photos below.

Had some damage due to a wind storm that came through. Insurance was hesitant to help out so I was referred to give Holloway a call. Matt came out on Labor Day and gave the assessment and told me he was going to take care of things and was super thorough and comforting. On the start date, Kyle came out and was there from start to finish on the three day project continuously making sure the guys did a good clean job. Kyle was super respectful and understanding of my urgency for the job to finish. 10/10 would recommend Holloway roofing to anyone in the future. Great group of guys!

Thank you to Matt for putting some shingles on our roof from the wind damage we had. We saw he was at our neighbors house checking her roof so we stopped to ask if he would look at ours. After leaving our neighbors house he stopped at our house and put some shingles back on for us for free. We will definitely be using them in the future. Great guy! Excellent service! Thank you!

So easy to communicate with and everyone was so personal and accommodated our every request, as we were dealing with them remotely from out of state for our second home in Virginia. The work crew was here on the time scheduled and , again, all were very polite and helpful. My roof and spouting is looks great!!! Justin work with our insurance to cover all reasonable cost. The adjuster listen to him and fixed the damage caused by hail. We had to pay our deductible only. The work was completed as promised. No mess at the end of the job. Nothing but great things to say about Gary and his team. Of course Justin was our hero. The roof started to leak and Holloway was there to save our home. We want to give a big shout out to Kyle and his roofing team. Kyle knew we needed our roof replaced due to an insurance claim and our company dropping us due to the claim. He got us scheduled and then was able to move our date up in order for us to secure a new policy. His team came to our home and worked in low temperatures while putting on our roof. Before they could start the roofing process they had to clear the snow from our roof. We so appreciate the hard work of his team and Kyle working with us. We highly recommend Holloway Roofing.

Kyle Stone and his crew put on a new roof for me. Kyle explained everything that would be done and the process of demo and install would occur. Kyle and his team were very professional and worked exactly as he described. They took very good care of my property and cleaned up after themselves. It was like no one was ever on my property. We have just had the best experience with the guys at Holloway Roofing! Our roof was badly hail damaged & we were fortunate that our insurance covered replacement. We called Holloway as we watched a neighbor's roof being replaced by them some months ago & were impressed with the job . We were pleasantly surprised that Justin came to give us an estimate quickly & once we got Ok from insurance & picked roof color etc, we were on their calendar.Everyone we were in contact with at Holloway was very pleasant & responsive to questions & concerns. Gary patiently answered any questions & was helpful in suggesting other actual roofs to go look at to decide on color. We are very happy with the roof color as well as the efficiency & care that went into the complete job.Kyle Stone is an outstanding project manager & saw every detail all the way through. His crew was awesome, they had a real system to protect everything , remove old roof , install new one & to clean up all the debris. The few things we had a concern about were taken care of quickly & professionally by Kyle himself & Juan. Had them come and do an estimate for a minor roof repair.(replace 6-8 shingles that blew off). Was told it would be $500 for a temporary tar paper patch and then they would come back and do a more permanent repair later for an additional charge! When I questioned the high cost I was told it was because they were so busydue to the recent wind storm. Seems like taking advantage of a situation to me.Was going to get an estimate for a complete roof replacement, but certainly won’t use them.
