I worked with Myen Contracting to create a large master suite on the main floor and refinish the 400-square-foot attic to serve as an entertainment area for my teen son. We were on a tight timeline with just six weeks between closing and our move-in date. To make things even more challenging, I was managing the remodel from Boston.Everyone said it couldn't be done--especially considering the current booming housing market. When I requested bids from other contractors, I encountered long wait times and felt pretty sure that they would stall on my project in favor of jobs where they had more accountability from an on-site project manager.Patrick, the owner of Myen, proved them all wrong. From the beginning, Patrick was proactive and pushed me to keep on top of orders and coordinate with my flooring installers to keep the project on schedule. He made our project a priority, resulting in an on-time move-in.Patrick was professional and easy to work with. When the inevitable late shipment or unexpected challenge presented itself, he was relaxed and willing to do whatever it took to resolve the issue. In cases that may have led to conflict with other contractors, we worked together to find solutions. Patrick is thoroughly solution focused and professional. I was so, so fortunate to have him preparing our home for us.I can't recommend Patrick highly enough.
