Extremely pleased with the roof replacement that Streamline did for us! Work was done as scheduled! Three items were damaged during the install including a ripped screen that the manager pointed out to me. The company declined payment until the items were fixed. That says a lot!From the estimator to the manager and crew, all were extremely courteous and professional. Streamline doesn’t do gutters but their estimate plus the cost of our gutter work was the best offer we received. Strongly recommend them!

I recently hired Streamline Roofing to replace my old shingle roof with a new CertainTeed Pro line roof. I was very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. The roofer field supervisor, Jacob, was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and kept me updated on the progress. He also ensured that the work site was clean and that the crew followed the roofer’s best practices and standards. The roof was completed on time and within budget, it looks amazing, and my wife loves the new look. I would highly recommend Streamline Roofing and Jacob as the roofer field supervisor to anyone looking for a quality roofing service.

If you are in the need of replacing your roof, I suggest going with Streamline Roofing! They came in, gave us a quote to replace our aging roof, received a Military Discount (hint hint), was scheduled to have it done in April, however they had an opening last week! Mike and his crew showed up at 730am, had everything protected (windows, doors, plants) within 30 mins, old roof was off within 2 hrs later, and new roof installed and cleaned up by 2pm. They swept the area for nails, cleaned up everything! Mike came back the next day and did another sweep for nails! Highly recommend Streamline Roofing, fast, affordable, and great to work with through out the process, if i could give 10 stars, I would!!

Streamline Roofing is an Excellent Company. If you need any type of roofing work done, please don't waste your time with other companies. From the moment that I called SR until my project was completed, there was nothing but awesome people to work with, quality craftmanship and nothing but outstanding results. They are my go-to roofing company for life. Some minor issues did pop up as my project was getting completed but SR resolved everything free of charge. But, Seriously, don't waste your time and money on other roofing contractors, call SR, you will NOT regret it.

Just want to give shout out to Jacob and Juan for their outstanding work they did to correct leaf guards on my roof. There was a problem with them after my roof was put on. They were going to correct the problem but decided instead of doing that Jacob recommended to his company they just go ahead and replace them with new ones. Juan was the one who actually replaced them doing an outstanding job. Both Jacob and Juan were professional, respectful and polite. Great job guys!!

Secondly, I work away from home on a ship, the man in charge sent me pictures and updates of how the job was going throughout the day. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!THIS COMPANY DESERVES EVERY SUPERLATIVE IN THE THESAURUS!Like most homeowners, when we realized that it was necessary to replace our roof, we were intimidated and nervous about finding the right contractor for the job. We knew it would be an expensive venture, no matter what...and we also knew that the old adage, "you get what you pay for" also matters. We met with several companies, but at the end of the day our meeting with their salesman, Bob Jones sealed the deal for us. He knew the product and he knew the team he was selling AND he clearly believed in that team.To begin with, the proposal packet included all their up to date licenses and insurance information. (it's one thing to say you have these things, it's another to prove it) Then there was great detail about how the work would be done, when it could be done, the products that would be used and the manor they would be used.The pricing was very transparent in the proposal, and other than the additional cost for replacing wood (which we knew in advance) is exactly what we paid.And Yes..while no one is happy about having to pay more to replace wood once the old roof is removed , it is absolutely necessary!!! You don't want to put a pretty pristine roof on top of nasty rotted wood. That kinda defeats the purpose.Another thing we liked, that we learned in the proposal phase, is that the team that would be assigned to our roof, always worked together. They were not a hodgepodge of gentlemen picked up for the day. This matters because the work would be done more efficiently and effectively and that benefits us, the homeowners.The work was estimated to take 2.5 to 3 day, depending upon the weather. We were told the workers would arrive at 7am daily. (they arrived at 6:50am!!!) And boy did they work hard!!!! AMAZING TEAM OF DILIGENT WORKERS!!! LOVE AND APPRECIATE THESE GUYS!!!!The physical BACK-BREAKING labor involved with roofing is absolutely unbelievable. It's HOT, very HOT in Virginia and our roof is very steep, so besides being HOT, it's also very dangerous!!! They were troupers!!! The exhaustion we witnessed during their well-deserved afternoon break was palpable.Our team was led by company owner, Jeff Skinner. During our time with Jeff, we learned they have three teams out, and each has a foreman/leader. We were lucky the owner was with us!!!Another thing we learned...the shingles brand that was used on our home was "CertainTeed". And this particular brand is almost twice as heavy as some of the other brands that advertise out the ying-yang! Simply put...heavier is better and will withstand storms better and will last longer!!!IT'S ALL THE LITTLE THINGS!!!When you choose a company, it's the little things that matter as well as the big things.We witnessed an owner taking very good care of his team, a team that has been with him for many years! (plenty of water, Pedialyte, snacks, etc) The big takeaway...An owner who takes care of his staff will also take care of his clients! (and employees who are taken care of, will also take care of the customer!!!)When the work was completed, they used a leaf blower to clear the roof of any debris, and then painstakingly policed the perimeter of the home for nails and other leftover or discarded items. The following day, Jeff came by again to check to make sure our property was left in better shape than before they arrived.The price was less than we expected it to be, and the professionalism exceeded our expectations on every single level.Extremely knowledgeable, friendly hard-working and fastidious!!!Great company, great team!!!! BEST ROOFING CONTRACTOR EVER!!!I live toward northern neck , VA and have had problem with my roof due to it being on bayside which receives extreme wind and rain.I tried other roofers who just put bandaid on the problem.Jeff and his team did the most amazing job in diagnosing what needed to be done and replacing roof with metal. He is as honest as the day is long and will not skimp or leave any problem unattended to. There was actually 3 roofs under the portion he replaced. He removed all the old roofs and actually replaced the old rafters… then finished up with drywalling the inside ceiling as well.Check out photo of the beautiful roof that was actually hand seamed as he has one of only a few professionals in the states who have the skillset to do this type of workmanship.New roof has been tried and tested. The initial contact was professional and informative, super friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team were on time, clean, respectful of my home and yard. They were proactive in making sure my landscaping, flowers, windows and siding were protected from damage. They cleaned up after themselves. Amazing!The Streamline crew stripped and re-roofed what amounts to five separate roofs on a house built around 1930 and extended in the 70s and 90s (I think). They did it in one day, but never looked like they were rushing. When they were done, except for the beautiful new roof I could not even tell they had been there.They went the proverbial extra mile around the cover and the opening* in our pump house roof (see pictures); they consulted with me about it, and came up with a much better solution than we had before.* for removing the flex pipe and pump from our well

Kerry helped me pick out my shingle color and it really made my house pop and sent me pictures throughout the entire process. Brett, the estimator, went the extra mile! From the first time I called to get a quote on replacing my roof to the last person I dealt with I have been treated professionally. On the day I was scheduled to have my roof replaced the crew and foreman Michael arrived at 7 a.m. and went right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently from taking the old shingles off to putting the new on. They cleaned the area on the ground, not leaving a single nail. Streamline Roofing is a great company. They recently replaced my roof. I am not a very easy customer to please. On the front end of the project I met with six different roofing companies to compare prices, materials, process. Streamline stood out in the process for their professionalism, experience and honesty. The owner came out personally to meet with me and evaluate the project.It was an easy decision for us to chose them and we couldn't be happier. The entire process lived up to expectations. They communicated well leading up to the start of the project. They were very responsive to any questions. On the start day they showed up on time, worked hard and did excellent work (no corners cut). Our project required two days. After day one and at the end of the project they cleaned up the yard thoroughly.The final product is an excellent looking roof, constructed with superior products. He was amazingly patient & kind with me during the inspection , contract signing and shingle selection. I just was very lucky in getting this roofing company. Spoke with about three other company's for estimates on a total roof/shingle replacement. Streamline Roofing wasn't the lease costly but middle of the "road". Carrie in the front office along with Brett/Jacob were professional and informative for the type of work I wanted done. Jacob was the site foreman on this home and kept me updated all during the job. They placed plywood over all the windows and covered the bushes to protect them from debris. Finished the house in two days! Had a complete crew that was dedicated and has been with the company for years. What a great experience! Everyone from the office staff, lead supervisor (Jacob Spence), and the installers were professional, timely, and provided high-level customer service. Not only does the roof look great but the clean-up and ancillary services (like painting and trimming) were of the highest quality. Our experience with Streamline Roofing was unbelievable--the best company we have had perform repairs on our house. Others would be wise to use them as a model. Starting with Brett Smith who did a super job inspecting the roof and recommending products for the roof replacement. The office staff scheduled the work and followed up with the scheduled work date reminder. They also provided addresses of completed replacements in which Streamline had installed the various alternative shingles we had selected. The work supervisor (Bob Evans) was on-site 100 percent of the time and kept us informed as the replacement proceeded. The work crew, led by an outstanding foreman, did a super job putting tarps over the bushes, deck, air conditioner and generator through the actual replacement. They were prompt, displayed comradery, and left the site cleaner than when they began their work.
