If you have to have a new roof this is the way to go. Brian and Jason are so terrific and the crew on install days could not have been any more conscientious. The price was competitive too

Trevor & Calvin did repairs to my roof this morning, they were extremely polite, completed the job in a timely manner, and Calvin showed me the old aluminum ridge vent they removed and a piece of the new, better quality, vent that they replaced it with.The office staff always answer my calls and are the nicest most professional people ever. I refuse to use anyone other than Thomas Roofing, I don't care if I have to wait a week with a bowl catching the rain from the leak; because they have always properly addressed my roofing repair needs and I have never needed to call them back for a rework.Dr. Patricia Brooks

Beware - Labor warranty is only 1 year. I bought a house where the previous owner had a new roof installed by Thomas Roofing. It is now leaking in two places. One clearly visible under a covered deck - I can see the water dripping from a roofing nail underneath. The other spot the ceiling drywall is getting soggy with a clear concentration point from a drip - only roof above and no pipes. But unfortunately the roof was installed 16 months ago, so I was told the labor is no longer under warranty. They offered to come out to see what needs to be repaired, but for a fee. And I was told their repair would be warranteed max only one year - but on the phone the nice lady said the guy doing the estimate would determine the warranty. So you're saying I have to pay him to come out, when the roof you installed is leaking, and on top of that he might even say the repair won't be under warranty? No thank you. I'll find a company to do the repair that stands by their work for longer.

Plywood in valleys is not installed properly. Shingles overhang roof way to far. Flashing install was horrible. Called for the last 3-1/2 weeks and couldn't get a return phone call. Just a lot of I'll relay the message". Had neighbor call for estimate and phone call returned to him within 2 days. Theiy do not back up the warranty they promise on installation and shingles.

Asked for an estimate to replace the roof on a rental property. Scheduled an appointment to meet Brian Thomas. On the date I had in my calendar, 10 minutes after our scheduled time, I called Brian. He stated that he had the next day in his calendar for our meeting. Okay, in fairness, I could have written the wrong date in my schedule. Anyway Brian said I really didn’t need to be there for him to measure the roof. He said he would go the next day to look at the job and prepare an estimate. Well over 30 days have past and I have left two messages asking for him to call me. As of now haven’t heard a word from him. If it is this difficult to get an estimate, I don’t want to even speculate on the service I would get if I had them install the roof and had any type of problem with their work. Certainly no way to treat potential customers. Needless to say they will not be working for me.

So if you want your roof to last don't use this company. Our new roof is 1 year and 6 months old and it is already leaking. I didn't get to choose the company that put on the roof because when we bought it is was the last owners choice. Now I know never to use them again. Now i will call another company to come fix their mistakes because they warranty their roofs for 1 year. Hood luck to you if you decided to use them recently, expect your roof to start leaking right after the warranty is up. Not a fan of customer service or business. I will take my services elsewhere.

I recently had a roof put on (July 2020) and contacted Thomas Roofing for the quote. From the moment I called they treat you like family. Their price was better than anyone else and ALL THEY DO ARE ROOFS!!! Meaning, they are not a jack-of-all-trades, they specialize in roofs and ONLY in roofing, very experienced people here. When I first called, I spoke with a very nice lady named Debbie up in the front office, she was always courteous and polite, answering any questions I had and always passing my messages along. Anytime I left a message for Jason Thomas, he always returned my calls within 24hrs. Another lady in the office I had the pleasure of speaking to was Wendy. Wendy was truly awesome as well helping to ensure things ran smoothly!!! All 3 of them get an A+++ for customer service.After my experience with their office and receiving my quote, I decided I felt comfortable with Thomas doing the job. Jason Thomas explained in full detail what materials they would use and how the process worked and gave me an information pack to keep and review with samples of materials, insurance info, etc. Jason knew of all my neighborhoods rules and regulation and answered all questions I had. This guy was sharp!! My warranty includes a 1-year labor warranty from Thomas and a 30 year warranty on the architectural shingles from the manufacturer, Owens Corning. I signed the contract the next day.When the roofers arrived, they got right to work. They said they would be there at 7am and arrived early @ 6:50am. The crew came out, introduced themselves and began working hard & efficiently. They completed my entire roof in 7 hrs time with excellent cleanup…. Let me stress EXCELLENT clean up!! They took special care and concern to protect my plants / flowers and contained the old roof mess with large tarps. Afterwards, they went through my flower beds and lawn with a heavy-duty magnet that picks up any loose nails that may have been missed. These guys/girls were on top of it!!! They even setup my patio furniture for me when they finished! The result was amazing and beautiful.I cannot say enough great things about this company, from their professionalism to the friendliness of their staff. These people are the best in the business with their quality of work, their work ethic, their attitudes and their attention to detail … It shows in everything they do and touch. I highly recommend anyone looking for a roof to contact Thomas and see for yourself. Thank you for a great experience!! You have earned a customer for life. – Rudy

Used this company some years ago. they were rude, and did a lousy job. Office woman got smart with me when I asked them to come back to fix the newly installed, leaky roof. One of the "men" got smart with my elderly Mother during one of the return "try & fix the leak" visits.Surprised they are still in business. Only good point about working with them was the price. Unfortunately it Is true, "You get what you pay for!".

Thomas put our roof on 8 yrs ago. They have been out here to fix a leak earlier this year. Leak was due to poor use of nails around our vents on the roof. This past weekend with all the rain, we had another leak. We called Thomas and they wanted a fee for estimate and a $400 min charge to fix the leak no matter what size. Needless to say we will not be recommending them again and we got roof fixed in 3 days with a free estimate and a small fee to fix. Thomas lost our business and we will be sure to let our friends know.

Installed my new roof 6 years ago....leaking like a sieve. Contacted company several times without resolution.Update: Thomas roofing has contacted me to resolve. I will update once complete.New update: I was told someone would be out the next day, that moved to Monday. I contacted them because it was supposed to rain Sunday night and I didn't want to be up till 4AM again moving buckets in my attic. They sent out their 30 year expert who swore it was a chimney cap issue and therefore not an issue with the flashing. Because of this, they said they would charge me $300.00 to tarp my chimney, saying it wasn't their fault. Keep in mind I already had 2 other experts that told me it was a major issue with the flashing around the chimney. Long story short, even with it tarped it leaked. Meaning it wasn't the cap. I contacted the owner and told her it was still leaking...I even tested it with a hose to prove it. They have once again not replied (it's been several weeks) I had another roofing company out that temporarily sealed the flashing until they could come redo my entire roof (shingles were also defective) Funny enough, as soon as the flashing was sealed it stopped leaking. This company is aweful....don't use them!Fyi the video on the google site is my 6 year old roof!!!.....again, don't use them!

Got an estimate and said OK. Then I got another estimate for $3000 less. I called to cancel and was informed there was a 10% cancellation fee (which amounts to $1200).. I was never informed of this when I contracted with them. It was on the contract but on the bottom of the back side of the page. Who looks at the back of something they sign? Especially when it’s on a clipboard.

Did a great job putting in the roof a few years back. But when I requested them to look at a water drainage issue with neighbors roof they want to charge a fee...mind you l live 5 minutes from their office, this is just not good customer service.

On April 14, someone from Thomas Roofing came out to give us an estimate for a news roof. We think it was Jason, don’t really know because he never gave us a business card. We were told that his “contractor” would have to come out to check to see what else needed to be done. He would be I touch in a day. We have not heard anything from them since. We have chosen another company. Apparently Thomas doesn’t need our money. This is not the way to do business!

Didn't show for initial appointment, nor did they show when the work was to be done. No one seems to answer their office phones, but rely on an answering service. Canceled everything, just too unresponsive.
