Amazing customer service. They help me out, let me charge my phone and even refuse to take any money for it.When I need new tires next month I'll be sure to come here.It's also very neat inside and they have USB plugins and TVs for when you wait.

In two hours they did nothing, but when I returned they started the work. I was told I need 4 new tires, but at that time I needed my island car to return home to keep my ferry reservation, The ferry was over 80 minutes late leaving for Friday Harbor. What a day!!! See you guys in 6 months when I have another hospital visit scheduled. I hope your service improves. I did have a lot of waiting time to write this. 10/20/23 My next visit is in five days.

I didn't like Les Schwab before, but my girlfriend convinced me to give them another chance and I'm glad I did! The new Manager Travis was exceptional with his customer service and went above and beyond to provide me with what I wanted, without being a "salesman"and is truly a great guy as was the rest of his team...thanks Travis and thank you Les Schwab for making me and my lovely girlfriend smile!

I don't think anybody loves spending time in a tire store. I know I don't. But if you have to spend time in a tire store, you may as well spend it here.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard to get you on the road. I was in and out way faster than I expected.The only way things could be better is if they would pay the bill for me.

Good Grief ! After a dead battery in the first snow of December, I walked a few blocks to an Automotive parts store and they immediately called the local Les Schwab and handed the phone to me ! My information was taken down and an employee of Les Schwab met me at my vehicle, switched out the bad battery with a new one and after signing the Visa receipt I was on my way !

This store is always on top of keeping things clean and updated. I am a window cleaner and often at this location to do so & I have always seen the employees happy to help with smiling faces. They have even gone out of the way to get my Subaru in for a quick tire rotation while I'm washing windows. I would recommend Anacortes Les Shwab without hesitation.

Had a flat and needed my tire patched. They took care of it in under an hour. Great staff and crew - very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the level of service and professionalism that you all provided and really enjoyed the popcorn and coffee while waiting. Thank you so much!

I just bought tires for my 15 passenger Ford van. We were going to buy just a spare and when we saw the price of $144,99 per tire we asked why so low. We were told it was a sale price. In our conversation we were told 3 or 4 times it was a sale price. So we decided to buy 4 new tires at that priceprice. Later on when we were picking up the van we asked the store manager about the sale. We were told no sale, that was the every day pice. We would not have purchased them uwith that understanding.

I just want to give a shout out to Lilly for being SOOO NICE!!! The whole staff is actually amazing and Jonathan was super nice as well, I had a nail in my already balding tire and they put a new one on literally so fast and were just such a pleasure to work with. Usually car stuff stresses me out, but this wasn't stressful at all and overall a really pleasant experience! Thank you so much!! Customer for life thanks to Lilly!🌟

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife needed a new battery for her car, so we called and the lady quoted us $110 + $25 for installation, so we made the appointment and took it in the next day. After the battery was replaced my wife was charged $250!! She told the man that we were quoted $135, after about 10 minutes they took off $25...When she got home and told me this I immediately called the store, asking the man why we would be quoted one price and charged another?? The employee insisted that I was wrong and the lady never quoted me that price, He went as far as saying We can bring the car back and they would be happy to put our old battery back in.Needless to say after Him basically calling me a liar 3 times I lost my temper, then was hung up on. All he needed to say was " We mad a mistake, Im very sorry " Instead of insisting I was wrong!Corporate will be getting a nice in detail email about this incident, and how over the last couple years Ive spent thousands of dollars at this store and from now on will be taking my business elsewhere.Very disappointed.

I bought 2 tires for $800 dollars for the front wheels of my Lexus. One of them has leaked air since I bought them. I took it in to have a underwater inspection done. The next day I went to get in my car and noticed the rim was incredibly damaged all the way around. When I picked it up, I did not notice because it was dark parked at the end of the lot. I brought it back the next day. They denied responsibility. My rim is now a complete eye soar. I would never make a false claim. I am extremely upset and will never go to les Schwab again!

Fantastic! I was in and out of here on a busy Monday morning with a puncture in 50 minutes. Exceptional customer service, friendly, fast, effective and decent coffee in the customer waiting area too! Highly recommended

For being short staffed, training 6 people, slammed with business, and dealing with irritated customer's, this team did awesome! I'm impressed at how the manager Jeremy handled a customer that couldn't understand a particular problem and kept changing their mind. I would give 10 stars if I could just on how the team deals with their customer's. Good Job you guys! I will be returning to you're store.

I brought a set of wheels in to have the old tires removed and to have the wheels checked for straightness and out of round. The buyer for my wheels asked to have them checked so I paid Anacortes Les Schwab to check them. They said all wheels were in good shape. I asked the lady at the counter, I asked the employees when loading my wheels, and it says it on the receipt. I then showed the receipt to the buyer and I shipped them to Florida. He gets them and checks the wheels and every single on of them has a defect, either out of round or bent. He also provided video of each one on the machine. I then had to reimburse the buyer plus pay for shipping there and back in addition to paying to have them checked. I will never recommend Les Schwab to anyone ever again.

These people are so very nice and friendly! Especially the girl who works at the front desk. I wish I got her name to mention her specifically. I was having a problem with there being a delay upon start up, like the engine was not going to turn over. They checked my battery, starter, and charging power all for free! There ended up not being a problem, i just need to drive the car more often, or for a longer distance. (It only gets driven once a month). Awesome!!

Oh my gosh, Les Schwab is, and has always been, the Nordstroms of tires. It doesn't matter how busy they are, they are always friendly, courteous and more than helpful! You might pay a little less somewhere else,, but considering warranty coverage and customer service, is it really worth it?? I love and appreciate our local Les Schwab...kudos and a big thank you to the whole team ❤

Can't say enough good things. First, really great service from service advisors. Very courteous and helpful. Second, I came in with my spare tire on, had a flat tire, and I wanted to replace complete set of tires because they were old. They put a new set of Conti DWS set on and had me ready to go in an hour. I was a walk in. Incredible. They didn't upsell at all. Thanks for the help.

Had an appointment to get my brakes checked, a big deal for me because I have to take a ferry to get to anacortes. In the description of my problem said my front brakes were grinding. Showed up a little early for my appt. , after inspection was told they didn't have the parts, could I come back the next day. That wouldn't be such a big deal unless you don't live near by. Then told they're actually too busy the next day could I come back in a week. I have been buying tires , brakes windshield wipers from les schwab for years and years. They lost a customer today. Disappointing.

These guys rock. Discovered on the way to the airport on Sat AM that we have a nail in the tire… Pull in and they patch the tire in 30 min, complementary service, lifetime guarantee on the patch. What else could you ask for!?

Les Schwab just lost a 20+ year customer. This was the second time I made an appointment for tire rotation and after 30 minutes the car was still parked out front. When I checked in I asked the young lady if they were going to get right on it and she told me (rather rudely) that yes, that’s why I had an appointment.

I brought my Civic into Les Schwab in Anacortes. One tire had a very slow leak and another tire had a nail in it. They quickly fixed both tires. I couldn’t believe it when they said there was no charge! Great service! I will definitely go back there if I have tire problems in the future.

We had some tire damage before our long drive home. We weren’t able to get an appointment but they still got us right in and fixed the tire in the time promised. Waiting room and bathrooms were sparkling clean. Technician who fixed our tire damage also fixed a previous temporary patch from another shop. Friendly and polite. Highly impressed by this shop and it’s people.

These guys do a nice job here. I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years. I’m not sure of the guys name but he has worked here for a long time (he has red hair). Unfortunately he has been doing the work of three guys. He is always super friendly and great at his job! I have noticed that this place has had a shortage of employees working on the inside for quite some time now. The wait for help can be lengthy and this is no fault to the men who work here. I give him 5 stars and the owner 3 for long waits. I don’t know how the guys here do it but there mechanical services are very satisfactory and vehicles are finished in a timely order.

Hate to say it, but this was yet another bad Les Schwab experience. The guys there are courteous and friendly, and they probably do good work. But they told me when I made the appointment that the work would take about an hour, and when I got there they said it would be at least two hours. Ended up taking even longer than that, making me miss the ferry and wasting a lot of time waiting for the next one when I could have been home at the time I planned.If they had only told me ahead of time how long these things really take I would have been able to budget time accordingly. Well, I won't make this mistake again.

Nice staff, made an appointment for winter tire swap using same wheels, took about 70 mins and cost $87 w/tax. Waited in the lobby, Saturday afternoon stayed fairly busy but not swamped. Plan to go here again as needed.
