I contacted several other patio services; American Patio Covers Plus was the only company that would even consider repairs to my mostly good cover instead of just "we don't do that". Tom had great ideas on repairs instead of complete replacement. Jordan and Gabriel came out in pouring rain and were very nice and courteous. Very happy with both service and price!

The product is great. Follow up is slow and promises made are not followed through. Not even a phone call to say we won't be able to be there as promised. I referred several people in the manufactured home park I live in but now with the lack of customer service, I wish I hadn't.

Overall we are happy with our cover except it LEAKS!! They came out and fixed it and it got better but still leaks at the transition of house and cover. We have called and emailed many times now with no reply. I've decided to fix it myself.

I received a quote for twice (65/sf) the advertised amount. The company would not explain why. The representative said it's because they are too busy making a million dollars a week and can afford to be chosey where they want to work. They only care about their profit and not their customers. Ironic since it's their customers who are making them wealthy.

We had a sunroom built but, the roof leaks terrible and we can’t get anyone to come out and fix it! I do not recommend this company.
