Ever since Axis replaced my roof about 10 years ago they've become the only company I use or recommend for roof issues.Timely response every time and fair pricing.They just finished cleaning my roof and gutters. Person showed up on time, did a great job, and best of all, cleaned up after the job so mess left behind.In short, they're beyond good- they're fantastic.

I needed to put on a new roof on my house and I called a couple of roofing companies for estimates of which Axis was one of the contractors. I chose Axis for a couple of reasons. First is my interaction with the sales rep Jason and what they were going to do. Second was Axis was putting on a new roof on a neighbors house on the next street so I could see exactly what they were doing and I like their workmanship. Third the price was fair. Lastly they were able to start early and completed my roof in timely manner and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the garbage that fell from the roof. They also protected my pants.

Got a detailed estimate including a good price. Technician was thorough and spent a good amount of time cleaning the rook and gutters. He sprayed down the siding and cleaned any mess left from the roof cleaning before leaving.

I live in Woodinville, and it seems I’m in the heart of the convergence zone (rain). As such, I’ve had issues with my roof for years. Most recently I had moisture in the attic which ruined the plywood under the roof shingles. I asked Axis Roofing and Gutter to completely replace my roof, and the attic now is dry as a bone two years after the replacement! Also, a tree service I hired ended up felling a pretty big branch onto my roof gutter ruining it. I worked with Axis and they replaced the gutter quickly and charged the tree service. I am very happy with the service and quality workmanship of Axis Roofing and Gutter!

We have used Axis for several services including roof cleaning, roof repair, roof replacement, gutter cleaning and vinyl siding cleaning on several properties. We have always been very pleased with their performance and responsiveness.Our most recent service was roofing and siding cleaning for a property in Mukilteo. Fray did a fantastic job. We greatly appreciated his attention to detail and doing the small things that made it a good experience for the rental tenant. When he was done, the placed looked better than it has in many years.

I had a gutter damaged by a falling tree limb. I called Axis roofing because I’d had very good results with them in the past. They nevertheless surprised me by getting me a quote the same day and were able to get me on the schedule within a few days. They were prompt, courteous and efficient, and ended up making my house looking better than it did before, at a very reasonable cost. Nice job!

Steve was so professional and informative and the office team with Amanda, Hailee and Summer were also very helpful and kept us up to date with the weather delays in December's challenging rainy days. They roofed our house and the back garage in about a day and a half and the look and quality was way more than I expected. Not the cheapest but very high quality work with a 50 year warranty.

Excellent job completed on my fairly complex roof (lots of ridges and hips). The level of cleaning put into the roof and gutters impressed me. The job included a full moss treatment as well. My cleaner was hard working and efficient, leaving no debris behind when he was done. I will definitely use Axis for my annual cleaning in the future.

The Axis team was fantastic. Their representative Steve was very knowledgable and kind. He answered all my and my wifes questions throughout our roofing process.The roof was done in two days once we agreed on a start date (weather permitting) and the gutters in a day once they arrived.The team with Fernando they had on-site for both the roof and gutters was perfectly professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. they did not leave any mess behind and also answered my questions during the process.I am beyond extatic with our new roof and gutters, they look stunning and really improved the look of my home.The office personell, Amanda, Teri, Summer, Hailee and the rest of their team were kind, knowledgable, and worked with me every step of the way from scheduling to working out a payment date. We had Axis replace the roof at our Assisted Living Community. I know that roofing is a difficult business to keep clean and tidy, and I am a neat freak, so I know that I may have driven them a bit crazy with my need for absolute cleanliness in an environment where we had seniors living, and I hope they understood my concern for our residents. The roofing crew was polite, courteous to my residents, and hard working. Whenever I had an issue, Joey was quick to respond and come out to the building to check on things and keep them moving in the right direction. If there was an issue, Axis went out of their way to make it right and correct it. For example, a plant got ruined, on accident, and they bought us a new one. I personally had something happen and they were absolutely wonderful about taking care of me. I don't expect companies to be perfect. When a perfect situation happens, it's wonderful. What I do expect, is that in times of imperfection, a company steps up and fixes the issue and takes care of the customer. Axis did this. They took great care of us, and truly listened to us. I would recommend them to anyone and am grateful that we had the opportunity to use them. Our roof is gorgeous!!! Please tell the crew that I love it and hopefully they will know that I really do appreciate all their hard work!Katie
