Priority one I'd have to say for a smaller outfit get it done in a timely and efficient manner. If it wasn't for my insurance company being as slowly as they are,they would have been done in a reasonable time frame. Plus they did it right considering a tree fell thru my roof.

The team did a fantastic job repairing all the water damage from a leak in the unit above mine. They replaced all the sheetrock and repaired the ceilings, walls and painted throughout. They were very accommodating to make sure I could access my kitchen while the entire unit was under construction.
