I was what I'd consider a "high maintenance customer." I had a lot of questions and had to reschedule their work a couple times. Each crew that Kent sent out was great! They are all personable and take their time to answer questions. They worked quickly and I am pleased with their products and the job done. My house feels so much different now that they've completed their work. If I ever need insulation work done in the future, I'll be calling 316 Insulation!

316 Insulation were absolutely great to work with and I’m so glad I chose them to do the work in my crawl space! They were exceptional from the start to finish and did a great job! I was so impressed with their thoroughness and excellent communication through the whole project. Jamie spent a lot of time in my crawl space addressing all of my issues I was extremely impressed with how thorough she was. Janae was also so great to work with as we went through the bid process and she answered all of my questions and concerns. We ran into issues with the rain and amount of water that had accumulated under my house making it a miserable project to complete but the guys were great and worked so hard at getting it done! Everyone worked hard and I just appreciate the job they did! I highly recommend 316 Insulation. Family owned and operated business and they just do a great job!

Excellent work and communication throughout! The crew kept everything clean and really got into every crevice to spray down mold killer and foam seal. I have a recessed ceiling with very little access space and they got all the way in the back of the ceiling to seal around my chimney that had some big gaps and was causing all kinds of issues in my attic. I got 3 quotes and they were also the best value of the 3!

My wife and I recently hired 316 insulation to fully redo my crawl space and attic in our first home. Working with them has been outstanding and I can’t recommend them enough! The company is a family owned business and they treat you like family in the best ways. I had a few quotes in the jobs they performed and they had extremely fair pricing, great communication, and educated us on the services provided. I want to give a special shout out to Matthew one of the contractors that was at our job site every time. He was extremely professional and a very hard worker. On the last day of work they identified one area of concern and are performing a follow up inspection to verify everything is good. These people really stand by their work and what to make sure it is done properly which I respect!

From the estimate, to the scheduling, to the newly added insulation (Matt and Ryan did a great job) we're happy with having selected 316.I'd like to add. It's been a couple of months now since the insulation was installed and the results are better than expected. One of the primary reasons for adding insulation was to reduce how our house heats up during hot summer days. We have definitely reduced the use of of our AC and expect lower heating bills this winter.

They removed old attic insulation and installed new. The scheduling was contingent on the roof replacement and they were very accommodating with changes. Communication from the office was excellent. Also, from the staff onsite - every day they knocked at the door to let us know they were starting. They gave status updates during the day. Overall very professional, friendly/approachable, efficient. They left everything very tidy - no mess. I highly recommend without hesitation.

Jamie and Kent were recommended for rehabbing our crawlspace. We had no vapor barrier, insulation and a busted door from the backyard. They cleaned out the old remnants of insulation and spent the morning installing new insulation and sealing our crawlspace. They installed a new door and made sure there were no entry points for our rodent friends. If you have insulation or rodent control needs, call 316 Insulation immediately!

Kent came by to do an estimate to replace insulation in one of the rooms of my house. The temperature fluctuation in the room wasn’t caused by missing insulation and instead was another issue. He offered advice on how to fix the issue and did not charge for his time and suggestions. Overall great service and good people.
