This is the first year ever thinking about getting Xmas lights professionally done! Out of all the quotes Bogdan was the BEST Priced and Quickest Response! And let me tell ya when they got here they were Quick and Efficient! I love the Red and Green lights and the whole process of them coming and then coming to take them down….. This is my 2nd year using BLK Diamond Exterior Solutions. I had them do my Christmas lights again. Last year when a light went out, they replaced it very quickly. They are very responsive and professional. My lights look great, and I won't have to worry about taking them down or storing them. I recommend them.

The crew was prompt and responsive. Not very many places specialize in cleaning metal roof until I came upon this service. They gave reassurance and back up their words. I have some heavy algae that blacken one side of my metal roof. The crew was able to help get rid of some but the rest will dissipate in a week if not they would come back to finish rinsing off the rest.

I had BLK Diamond Exterior Solutions clean the roof on my home for moss with their low pressure washing and treatment method. They did a fantastic job! I had them back two weeks later to clean my office/shop building. BLK Diamond Exterior Solutions were fantastic. The windows look great! and they took extra care because of the wood frames. The communication was excellent; quick responses and always updating us with arrival times. They were very flexible and accommodating because of a power outage we did not have water, because we are on a well. They did what they could without power and came back the next day, after hours to finish the job. We very much appreciate their professionalism and how great the windows looked when they were finished!

Bogdan and his team did a great job cleaning our exterior windows and gutters. We’ll know for sure when the winter season arrives and our gutters are needed. My only disappointment was they didn’t spray off their dirty footprints from the front porch. The windows are beautiful!

We initially hired them for exterior Christmas Lights (which turned out so beautiful!!!). I've always done the roof myself until a disability has prevented me from getting up there ever again. So, I had to hire someone. These folks did a great job! They showed up on time (a little earlier) and the crew of 3 spent just under 4 hours working non-stop to clean our tile roof. It turned out great. They walked us through the whole process, explained everything, did their job on the roof and then cleaned up all the roof debris on the ground. Very friendly people and would recommend them for any roof cleaning project.

I would recommend Black Diamond Exterior Solutions. Bogdan was amazing! Even though I called very late in the season, they were able to fit us in.I got a prompt and complete estimate electronically with a completion timeline to clean the roof and gutters. He and the crew arrived when he said he would and finished the work within the timeframe estimated and their clean up was great! They left the house and gardens very tidy after the work was done.
