These guys did a great job. They installed a Daikin Heat Pump and Air Handler in December of 2023. Matt H was the salesperson. He was very informative. He also patiently answered all my questions (including the silly ones). Green CIty's prices were copetitive. The install team and the follow up permit information was outstanding. I've had four big jobs done on the house (solar was greet, roofing and siding companies were mediocre) in the past 6 years and I wish they were all as good as Green City. Last note: The supplier discontinued a product right after it was ordered for my job. Green City upgraded it for free. The unit has been working flawlessly since install. I will update if there are any issues at the one year date.

Green City was awesome assessing our furnace issues. They sent a tech the same day to come see what was wrong with our system and provided honest quotes for either part replacements or a whole system replacement. When our furnace went out the following weekend, they delivered and installed a whole new system by Wednesday. Murphy and Scott were on time, professional, and installed our new furnace perfectly. They left everything clean and we had heat back the same day. The price was very reasonable, and they were very responsive on the phone. Highly recommend!

We ended up using a different HVAC company for our furnace replacement but to no fault of Green City. Comfort Advisor Jeff was a pleasure to work with throughout the estimate process - he was prompt, clearly explained in layman's terms the issues with our current furnace and how it could be replaced to best suit our needs, and helped convince us away from purchasing a more expensive unit that was not necessary for our home. Jeff did not resort to any hard sell tactics like some of the other companies we worked with, and we greatly appreciated his honest salesmanship.While we ultimately chose to go with our existing HVAC team for our project, Jeff remained professional and even gave us some pointers on things to look out for during install before wishing us well. 10/10 would recommend!

Green City Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company to work with. The contractor is very knowledgeable and able to identify the needs for my home. My air handler needed more room where it is located. The contractor is able to find a solution by placing it in a different angle to create more room. This greatly helped me to maintain the low cost and uncompromising the quality of the work. The contractor is friendly, responsible and work with my schedule. After trying to get a heat pump from another company who would not respond to me for weeks at a time, I eventually listened to a friend's recommendation to go with Green City. Not only were they very professional and responsive, but they were able to come out within a couple weeks. Installation took just one full day and I was using the heat pump that night. I had a new furnace installed by Green City Heating and Air 10 days ago. Josh, who did the estimate, was very thorough and gave me a number of options. The pricing was very reasonable. Murphy and Scott did a fantastic job with installation. They were meticulous, detail-oriented, and very professional. The new furnace looks great and hardly makes any noise. I'm very impressed with the quality work done by Green City crew and will definitely use their services again in the future.
