Fastest gutter replacement service response for scope and estimate and then work start and completion. All within one week. Day 1 work was during heavy rain. One advantage, though as able to verify drainage direction. Day 2 was during a dry, sunny day. Work efficiency didn’t waiver due to weather. Professional lead and workers. Would recommend and have them back again.

My experience with Guardian Roofing was great from the start. It was easy to set up an appointment. Brandon was great to work with, and very knowledgeable. He was honest, and we never felt any pressure. They scheduled the work very quickly (within a few days). Elvin and his crew did a great job. They were extremely fast and did an awesome job cleaning up. The roof was just finished today, but we have been happy with the entire process.

Great job! Joe, the estimator, was punctual, professional and personable, did a thorough job and answered all of my questions. He gave me two different options to address my garage attic vent situation and explained them thoroughly. Orlando did a great job, was on time, professional, thorough and courteous. We were very impressed with Tanner- who came out for a consultation & same day estimate on roof replacement and mold remediation. He conducted himself professionally and was very knowledgeable. A video was taken of our roof, with a full run down of issues, which made us feel like we got an honest opinion of work needed. Our estimate was surprisingly fair and we appreciate the company’s financing options as well! Overall 10/10 experience, thank you tanner!

I hired Guardian to repair loose flashing on the chimney and clean the roof of my older home. The sales rep that came out to my home to provide an estimate, Nathan, was very thorough while inspecting the condition of my roof and chimney. He was on time, respectful, and did a great job of explaining his findings and recommendations without trying to upsell me. My chimney was in a worse state than expected, but Luis did a fantastic job rebuilding it from the roofline up! The crew took great care to clean up after themselves, and now I have a beautiful new leak-proof chimney!

Jimmy Brown, my assigned roofing specialist, arrived as scheduled. He was prepared to inspect my roof and provide the company’s estimate to complete the project.Jimmy was polite, courteous, professional, and thorough. When he was in my home to explain the project work and details of the estimate, I appreciated his use of shoe covers to avoid bringing the great outdoors indoors. His use of a table protector ensured his display of shingle and flashing samples did not scuff the surface of my dining room table. I’m grateful for his thoughtfulness and no-pressure sales presentation.

Our initial contact was with Ron when he came to the house and gave us an estimate for a new roof. He was the most thorough and complete roofing person we had talked to. He educated us on everything that needed to be done and finished up with an estimate outlining the cost. It was by far the most pleasant experience and what we think was the most honest experience we could have. Guardian Roofing can be proud of Ron’s work and how he treats the customers that he calls on.

What can I say about this company. I can tell you they care about their work. It shows. They Replaced my fascia and put in new gutters and what amazing workmanship. I cannot say enough about how amazing it looks. At one point I was so sad and disappointed because the main item in my mind about the project didn't get done but that's when they really shined. Not only did they go back and make sure the project was done correctly but they seemed happy to do it. From the estimate process to finishing the job you can really tell their commitment to excellence. Thank you everyone for making my house look awesome. When I need a new roof you will be the first company I call!!!

Brandon Horton is an exceptional technician. His communication skills are superb. He is VERY knowledgeable about a wide variety of roofing materials and essential repairs. He made no attempt to persuade me to replace my entire roof, as some of his competitors had tried. He conducted a thorough evaluation of my roof followed by a detailed, clear explanation of what, where, and how my leak had developed. Then he presented me with affordable options to get a comprehensive repair done in a timely manner. I am happy to be working with a very competent team. 👍🏻

Brent came to give me an estimate. He was on time. Between Guardian and Brent communication from the very start was excellent. Brent was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything throughly. I liked that he has been in the business for many years. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there on the spot. I called back a couple of days later after comparing services from other companies and decided to go with Guardian Roofing. I trust that they want to do what's right for their customers. I am having them clean my roof and apply a coating that is guaranteed for 3 years. I will followup once the job is completed.

Requested a bid online. Received a call this morning from them. The lady was nice enough, asked me how I heard of them etc. She asked if I worked day or nights. I told her that I could make any appointment work. She then asked if my husband worked days or nights. I then repeated that we could make any appointment work. She explained that the appointments could take upwards of 60-90 mins. I told her that was perfectly fine and I could absolutely make time for that. She then asked about a specific day, I told her that day was book, and then we settled on a day next week. She then said "Do me a favor and make sure you mention this appointment to your husband" (she has mentioned my husband MULTIPLE times during this phone call). I asked her why it was so important that he be there and if it was required for him to be there. She said "Well our techs make a special trip out there" I said so why does my husband HAVE to be here? What if I AM THE DECISION MAKER in my household? What if I wasn't married? I told her to just go ahead and cancel the appointment all together and I would find another company to spend my money with. Little does she know, I AM the decision maker in my household. My husband was actually sitting next to me during the entire conversation and said "What is this, the 1950's?" I hope they learn something from this. This is absolutely wild.

Guardian was quick to call to schedule an estimate for my project. Richard arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. My project is not a huge roof replacement, but this did not deter him. He was thorough in his inspection. He did make a recommendation of roof and gutter cleaning which will hopefully improve the resale value when I put the house on the market next month, and rightly so- there is moss and tree debris up there!

Josh inspected my roof and pointed out a couple of issues of concern. Gave me an estimate, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold. Guardian has done work for me in the past, and I was satisfied. Will hire them to take care of my rood issues this time as well.

Justin did a very thorough check of our roof to identify the leak and let us know of another area that was heading in the same direction. He videoed both areas so we understood the issue and talked us through the solution. Justin provided great customer service and we're having him proceed with the repairs. When we had a roof check 2 years ago, Guardian Roofing made such a positive impression we immediately called them this time!

We had our roof replaced in July, I waited until now to write my review when roof and gutters would be put to the test. Everything is working perfectly! Our service started with Ron who performed a detailed inspection then spent 4 hours explaining everything in detail. Laura kept us up to date through out the job. Erik and his crew were obviously experienced, professional, prompt and left no debris nor damaged the landscape. Very pleased from start to finish, will happily use them again. Blake did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic. He took a video so we’re able to see the condition inside our attic and plywood. Guardian roofing was the only company of the roof bids that we got that did this type of inspection. Blake was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the information and time he spent with us. While the bid did come in higher, it is because it included things the other bids from other roofers did not like the plywood, additional venting, higher end material with longer life and warranty etc. I highly recommend working with Blake and Guardian Roofing to obtain a bid.

The workers showed up each day, all day long, until the project was finished. We had a couple of follow-up items to address with the Job Superintendent. Erick and his crew were great! Timeliness, work ethic, cleanliness, helpful and pleasant.Erick and helper came back later for minor touchup work. They did this and more, above and beyond expectations.I agree with the big friendly yard guy (sorry to forget his name) who hauled away the honey bucket and other trash; said its best company he ever worked for.I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.

Justin did a good job setting expectations doing what he could to manage costs. The team of four showed up every day early and worked very efficiently. They to pride in their work and we’re taking great care not to destroy foliage. One small mishap with a railing was resolve within 24 by Jose. He took time to personally come and fix the issue. They were all very accommodating and easy to work with!Follow up inspection by Carlos was very thorough and fixed a few over sites. Very honest and forthright with information and his work. Thanks Carlos!Carlos returned to do a finish job on a couple of items that were found. Fast, courteous, and professional. First time I've used this company and I found them amazingly competent and professional! Travis, from Guardian Roofing, came by 29 December (2023) to clean off moss and gutter facings. Couldn't be happier with results. Travis thoroughly explained what would happen and proceeded to put in three hours of hard work. Completed project was excellent! This company is highly skilled in not only their physical work but in their professional approach with customers. Wonderful website; very easy to use and they keep you advised via text as to who your technician will be and when they will arrive. Couldn't be happier!

Guardian was great! They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. They always did what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job very quickly and the roof looks great. During the bidding process I got three bids and Guardian was not the low bid, however the other company that was the lower bid seemed to be impatient with my questions and did not seem to have a much integrity as Guardian. Guardian was always patient and respectful of all my questions so I went with them and I'm glad that I did.

Roof and Gutter cleaning - Very quick and easy estimate. Tanner was thorough, unhurried and went up to different sides of the roof to examine it. He took pictures, explained how the cleaning would go and showed a video of the cleaning itself as an example.Definitely recommend getting a Guardian estimate for roof and gutter cleaning.

We recently had a leak in our roof, and Guardian did a great job. The person who did the estimate was professional, thorough, and carefully explained everything. Because the leak couldn't be mitigated with a tarp, they got us on the schedule early. The people who did the work did an excellent job. We're super happy, and I'd hire Guardian again if needed.
