These guys worked with us within our budget and got us the best deal for the funds we had. They were also extremely flexible in the timeline and were able to tarp the roof immediately to make sure the early spring rains didn’t affect us too much. The roofing crew was very professional and courteous — not only to us, but to our neighbors. The company truly is a trustworthy company with hardworking folks, which seems harder and harder to find these days. Hard to put our gratitude into the right words, but we truly are so grateful for what we received from this company. Thank you!!! I highly recommend Roof and Gutter Solutions NW (RGSNW)! In February 2024, I had RGSNW install a new roof and gutters on my home and remove an overhang attached improperly to my roof. I have been impressed with all aspects of the process and the quality of the products! I had reached out to a few other companies for estimates. RGSNW was the final company to come out to give me an estimate. I was impressed with their sales representative, Ryan! He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient! He spent a significant amount of time talking with me and teaching me about roofing and he clearly explained his recommendations. I had a tight budget for this project and Ryan helped me evaluate my options so that I could have a quality roof that fit within my budget. He discovered an active leak in my attic that wasn’t discovered by the reps from the other companies. When I signed my contract, he called his office and requested that a crew come over and tarp my roof. The crew arrived that day and covered the leak in a secure a neat way.I expected to have to wait roughly 5-6 weeks before a crew could install my roof, but I was surprised by a call from Francisco, the person responsible for managing my project, a week after I signed my contract. With the rain and personal constraints, my project was pushed back a bit, but was completed before the 5-week estimated installation date. Working with Franciso was great! He was professional, friendly, and responsive. He clearly explained the process to me and listened to my constraints, working with me to accommodate my schedule. He checked in with me throughout the process, making sure I was satisfied and everything was going well.The roof installation crew, led by foreman Cervando, did an amazing job! They also were professional and courteous. And, they were incredibly hard-working! The crew worked the entire day (for 2 days) from early morning until it was dark. Each day they cleaned the site and when they were completely finished with the installation, they restored everything to order. I have never had a construction crew clean as well as Cervando and his crew did.I appreciated the process RGSNW used for my roof and gutter install. I was able to talk with Cervando directly (and I did), but Francisco was the point of contact for me. If I wanted to make sure something was done as I expected, I could reach out to Francisco, and he then communicated with the crew to ensure they knew what was expected. After my roof was installed, the gutters were installed by a gutter crew the day following completion of the roof.Not only do I take comfort knowing my roof and gutters will last for many years (with a full transferable warranty), but my house also looks beautiful! I have absolutely no regrets about hiring RGSNW to be the company to install my roof and gutters!

tl;dr - I would recommend Gutter & Roof Solutions NW without hesitation. The product and level of Customer Service we received, made the estimate for the roof replacement seem more than reasonable. The estimate was not the cheapest but was with the ballpark of other estimates. I've learned over the years that I value Customer Service much higher in any decision I make than the cost of a product. So it was an easy decision to go with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW for our roof replacement.From our initial scheduling with Crystal to our estimate with Ryan and interaction before / during / after the roof install with Francisco & Fran, I would consider the entire experience an unqualified success.Crystal was very accommodating to our schedules and was even able to fit us in to an earlier appointment that was available.Ryan made me very comfortable when he came over for the roof estimate. I work in Customer Support so that factor is VERY important when I meet someone and Ryan has a great Customer service attitude. As other reviews have stated, Ryan is very patient as well as knowledgeable. He also wanted me go into the attic with him so he could show me his reasoning for a roof replacement. This was much appreciated. He was very responsive and not overly persistent to ensure we were still interested in the roof replacement.Once we decided to go with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW, we were in communication with Fransicso to facilitate the roof replacement. The actual roof replacement only took about 2.5 days but due to unforeseen circumstances ( including the weather ), the total time was about 1.5 months. Regardless, Francisco communicated all the delays via both text and a phone call and was always receptive when we called for any inquires regarding the roof replacement. We also received many photos of the roof replacement as the job progressed. This was a nice touch.After the job completion, we worked with Fran on the final payment and she was able to provide all documentation as needed.Sufficed to say, we are pleased with our new roof and all the interactions we had with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW have been top-notch. They are a Company I can easily recommend.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Gutter & Roof Solutions NW. They replaced my roof using high quality materials at a fair price. The salesman Chris was very knowledgeable and forthright, and willing to work with my insurance company to minimize my out-of-pocket expense. The project manager Francisco provided frequent status updates and dealt promptly with any issues. The work took slightly longer than I expected but was still completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the workers took care to clean up any debris. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

UPDATE: roof is now leaking very badly in multiple places with several inches of water pooling on the floor of our house. I advise you to STAY AWAY from this joke of a companyHired this company to replace our existing roof, which was a mistake. Things went good at first, roofers were polite. They sent nails through the roof and into our house in many places and came back and removed all of them (or so we thought) without fixing damage done to our ceilings. We have since discovered more nails, standing water on our roof that isn’t draining properly, and multiple leaks. Have tried contacting them many times the past few months, only to be told that “someone will call us the next day” (which never happens). They provide a “warranty” even though they completely blow off there customers when they need something repaired. I would strongly recommend anybody that is contemplating hiring this company to STAY AWAY (unless you would like to spend $20,000+ to have a leaky roof and be completely blown off, we are now considering pursuing litigation against this joke of a company (which somehow has a 4 star rating)

Kris the sales rep was great! Giovanni & Francisco the manager's, explained the details of our job to our satisfaction. Roof and gutter solutions were able to get us an install appointment quickly. The installers were amazing. Very professional on time and completed our job in 4 day's. We're exceptionally grateful for the "ridge vent" system installed on our roof because now our upstairs attic and 2nd floor, is not "sweltering hot" anymore. Gutter & Roof Solutions was competitively priced , offered a good product and could start quickly (we were in a hurry as our old roof sprang a leak and we didn't want to risk further damage). Our sales rep, Paul Rich, was patient, professional, thorough in explaining the process and low pressure. The installation team was communicative, on-time, fast and worked late into the evening to get the job done. We had follow up visits to verify that the installation was done correctly. Our experience with Gutter and Roof Solutions was excellent from start to finish. Our house was built in 1987 and still had the original roof on it, so I knew that I wanted to hire a quality company who could deliver a complete roofing solution including gutters and gutter covers. Out of the 4 different roofing companies that I reviewed, Paul, the sales rep I met with was the most knowledgeable and thorough in walking through detail by detail all the different elements of our roof solution. Underlayment, flashing, vents, the different shingle elements, gutters and gutter covers. Everything was clearly explained and the purposes of each element. He showed samples of everything. I did my own research on the different gutter cover types and then listened to what Paul had to say and why the choose to exclusively install Valor, and adding in my own research, I came to the same conclusion. Paul was very professional and personable. From my other interviews I did get 2 lower bids and 1 higher. The 2 lower bids that I did not go with were from 1 company that had all 5 star reviews but has only been in business for a little over a year and didn't have the same credentials. The second only showed a little interest in replacing the gutters and didn't offer much in terms of alternatives which was very important to my overall solution. The crew that did our install was great. The onsite supervisor was polite and clear in communicating with me as well as my neighbors since I live in a set of houses that sit right next to each other. They inspected the underlying plywood after pulling up the old roof shingles and replaced 10 of them that had water damage due to the roof being more than 30 years old and the gutters being damaged for a lot of that time. They were thorough and paid attention to detail and finished the whole job in 2.5 days. The communication from Francisco, the Operations Manager was excellent, keeping me informed with what they were finding and any additional costs, and allowing me to approve them in advance. The gutters and gutter covers were installed separately the following week in 2 different installations, which was communicated to me during the sales meeting by Paul which I also appreciated so I understood the timing of everything. Again, communication for this second install from Francisco was great and the crew also let our neighbors know and got permission from them (as I did as well) that they might need to be on part of their property as they worked on our house. Heading into the winter, I feel great that we have an excellent whole roofing solution on our house now. Thank you Gutter and Roofing Solutions NW for a making this process a great one for us!

We are very happy about everything Gutter and Roof Solutions NW did for our roof and gutter replacement project.First, the salesperson was knowledgeable, and I was able to verify what he taught us in the process of selling their services was correct. I am pretty certain that we chose the best materials we can get for our budget. Then the project manager was able to schedule his staff work on the project only on completely dry days in November. It was not an easy task because November is the wettest month around here.The roofing people started working on Thursday and could not finish their job by the end of Friday. It was cold, and the roof was frozen in the morning on both days. Probably they could not do as much as they would like to in the morning. It got dark by 4:30 pm. Those are probable reasons why they could not finish the job in two days. I was worried because rain was forecasted by Saturday evening. However, they came back on Saturday morning and finished the roof replacement hours before it started to rain. It turned out to be a heavy rain for the next 12 hours or so.Sunny days returned on the following week. The gutter people did what they could do in a few hours on Tuesday. However, they could not connect the gutters to the downspouts because the roofing people somehow removed the connection parts when they uninstall the old gutters. It rained that night.On the following day, which was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, the gutter people came back in the late afternoon. They completed their job in the dark. We were quite happy because we had given up on the completion of this project before Thanksgiving Day.I checked the roof and gutter on the following days. Everything looks as it supposed to be. I went up to the attic. The roofing people did a great job there, too.Of course, nobody knows what is going to happen to the roof in the future, but we are assured that the roofing material by GAF and works by Gutter and Roof Solutions NW are covered by the industry leading warranties.

The final Product is beautiful, the sun came out and the birds started singing and my house looks and feels like New !Based on my age and the 50 year warranty I don't think I'll need them again but if I do? I'll be sure to get a price from them and you should too!Communication is key for any successful construction project. For me the language issue Spanish to English. However the crew did know enough English to help me through the adventure.There were a few missteps and mistakes along the way however I caught them early and they responded quickly at most the next day to correct the problem. I recommend with any project you have your project advocate on site the whole time.You can tell about the culture of a company by how the employee's feel about working for their Supervisor. Gutter and Roof Solutions NW is on the right Track to be around a long time.

I had many problems with the original install. 4 of 5 miter joints leaked and were done very poorly, there was damage to one of my windows and to a lot of areas on my freshly painted barge board, a roof valley missed any gutter altogether, there were white fittings throughout my Linen colored gutter system, there were gaps in the Valor gutter guard and areas of the Valor were channeling water underneath the shingles along the barge board.The Production Manager, Don, contacted me right away however the conversation was very difficult. Don went on and on about people trying to take advantage of the company and came off like he was accusing me of trying to avoid paying the full agreed price. I ended up a little upset but was able to explain that I just wanted proper gutters and needed the problems fixed. Don promised that his best guy would redo all of my miter joints, the Valor problems would be fixed, the white fittings would be painted the correct color and I would be left with some of the Linen spray paint for touch-ups.1st repair attempt the gutter crew showed up and had zero linen colored gutter on their truck and told me they were expecting to just be working on the Valor gutter guard. I insisted that they re-work the miter joints so they had to send a guy 2.5 hrs round trip to pick up some gutter. They spent time getting my Valor gutter guard working correctly while another guy was picking up materials. The crew replaced the worst section of gutter and the new miter joints on the replaced section look good. Unfortunately I didn't notice that one section of the gutter was sloped completely wrong. Also, the crew couldn't replicate a leak with a garden hose on one of the miter joints and ran out of time so that joint wasn't replaced.2nd repair attempt went smooth, the section of gutter that had been repaired had the slope adjusted and is functioning well. Still no work on the 5th miter joint that was bad.3rd repair attempt. I was finally able to get a video of the last miter joint leaking substantially during a good rain. I contacted the Production Manager Don again, this conversation was even more difficult. Don was aggressive and disrespectful, he told me that I need to understand the difference between "Industry Standard" and "Gold Standard" and told me I was "one of those guys that will never be happy." Talked over me during the entire conversation and literally yelled at me on the phone, I am blown away by how he chose to speak to a customer. Don agreed to have an assistant call me to schedule a service call on the leaky miter joint, during scheduling I mentioned that Don had initially told me this miter joint would be replaced by "his best guy" and she said she made a note of it. I returned home from work to find that the miter joint was not replaced, they beat the jagged edges over with a hammer and added more caulk inside the joint. I contacted Don's assistant and asked why the joint was not replaced, she had to ask around and got back to me a little later that morning. She explained that management decided the miter joint is "Up to Industry Standards" and that they would not be replacing it and considered my job complete. See the pictures attached with the caption "Up to Industry Standards" for the terrible work this company is satisfied with.Currently I am waiting on two local gutter companies to come take a look and provide a quote to replace this section of gutter with a proper miter joint. I will update this review if I hear anything from this joke of a company but I fear I am stuck with shoddy work at this point. Don't spend six thousand dollars on garbage gutters like I did, find a reputable company that respects their customers and doesn't turn out terrible work.

This can be a stressful process, but Paul was very patient in communicating all the steps involved prior to signing the contract. I wanted to give particular recognition to Franscico (project coordinator) for keeping me informed through the inevitable PNW weather delays and as each phase went started. He was great with checking in with us. Jesus, as site foreman, also checked in with our tenant to minimize disruptions and helping us coordinate the inspections that the city required. The salesman Paul was the only salesman that actually sat down with me one on one to explain what his company will do for me and very thorough. I had three other estimates and Paul was the only one that seem to care. I would text him before and during the installation and he was always kind and knowledgeable. More companies need a guy like Paul Rich. Jesus and his crew did an amazing job on my roof install. Jesus The foreman was very professional and super knowledgeable. You can tell his crew had a great relationship with him as well. Almost like they looked up to him. The guy that cleaned up did a great job at cleaning up around my yard. I have not found one now not one piece of old roofing anywhere and believe me I looked hard. Francisco was amazing to do business with as well. Roof and gutter install crews were fantastic! Roof crew even approached my neighbors on one side where debris would fall to put a tarp down. They were impressed and thankful, I did'nt know until after install!!! Both crews did great cleanup after each day even with snow on the ground and wind/rain. Call and schedule an appointment for an estimate but don’t expect a courtesy call back with a quote, unless you call the business several times. Bill Heeter came to my home to provide an estimate to repair/replace the shingles on my roof and it took me nearly two weeks to learn that they weren’t willing to accept the job because the total cost was not more than $2000. Instead of communicating that to me timely and professionally, I had to continuously call and get the information from a rude receptionist, who tried to overtalk to me.

Short Version: Terrible experience with the sales rep put the company, with a roof bid that was in the running, out of the game.Long Version: I was given an abbreviated hard sell during the visit for the proposal after I indicated the do not work on me and end the business opportunity. I was called back by the rep asking about the proposal. I indicated we were still awaiting a bid from another roofer. He indicated he'd call back again. We were still working with other proposals getting clarifications for a different style of roof. This call i received a long diatribe that customers like me wasted his precious time and that after we hung up the proposal was increasing $1000 and would for each day we didn't agree to the proposal. That was the end of my interest.

Hello,I would rate my experience 5. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They got rid of the old shingles and out the new water proof paper right away. They came the next day to finish the work. It started to hail and pour terribly. They stopped for an hour and got right back to work. The roof looks great. They cleaned the area after work a few pieces here and there my house is ready for more downpours, hail then snow. I'm happy they gave me a 30 year guarantee. We had new gutter guards installed on our roof by Gutter & Roof Solutions NW. Everything about the process was very smooth. First we worked with the sales rep Justin who presented their product and showed us our options. He was very professional--informative but not overly pushy. After we made the decision we were contacted by Douglas who kept us informed on when the job would be scheduled. He was very helpful. The installer Augustine did a terrific job and also took the time to show us specific items related to our installation. Overall this was a very positive experience and the price was very reasonable.
