He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything.Elmer and crew came out and did an outstanding job. The roof was installed within one day. They took care not to damage any bushes and cleaned up the mess around the entire perimeter of the house. Then Bryan came out and did afinal walk through answering all my questions about the new roof products. He did a wonderful job going over everything and was a pleasure to talk to.Great experience and we highly recommend using this company for your roof repair or replacement.

I can’t say enough good things about doing business with Cloise & Mike!As we started redoing our floors, we discovered a pretty significant roof leak after finding water damaged floor boards and studs. We called several roofing companies. Adam, with Cloise & Mike, showed up in less than 24 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained our various options. We decided on a whole new roof which Elmer and his crew executed in 2 days! Elmer was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated him keeping me informed, showing me pictures of the roof and happily answering my questions. They also did a great job cleaning up the job site and didn’t leave a trace behind. Those guys deserve lunch AND a round of drinks! :)The whole company seems to work really well as a team and I’m confident that choosing Cloise & Mike was the best decision we could have made. Very competitive pricing!From the original walk through inspection/bid presentation by Justin, scheduling by Jake, installation by their crew and final inspection by Bryan, the whole roofing experience and process was fast and quality. Kyle and Steve led their crew all throughout the installation process, while working side by side with them. And all of crew were hard working and courteous. With the crew, the new roof was put on quickly and our yard was cleaned up completely.Our roof looks so good with new materials and the solar fan. Our original roof from 1991 had to be replaced and we got bids from 5 different companies.I am grateful we called Cloise and Mike Construction to bid our roof job. We are confident our new roof will "cover" and be "covered" by Cloise and Mike through years to come.

I held off getting my roof replaced as long as I could only because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of the unknown. From the first phone call with Cloise and Mike, I knew we were in good hands. I’m grateful to Justin for walking me through the estimate process. He answered my questions regarding materials, cost and scheduling. As promised, I received courtesy phone calls to notify me of the schedule and who to expect on the job site. Stefan’s work crew showed up right on time as scheduled and worked until the last moments of light to get the job done. Stefan and his crew were exceptionally professional and kept me informed throughout the replacement process. There were minor surprises that were discovered once the roof was off and replacement materials were readily available to ensure the job was completed on time. Hands down, Stefan and his crew are to be commended for their teamwork, communications and professionalism. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Cloise and Mike.

Went with Cloise & Mike after meeting with multiple companies and talking with others in our community. We were very impressed with Tony when he came out and looked at our job and provided a quote. From start to finish Cloise & Mike Construction have been awesome. The estimator was honest and explained everything. Very patient. Efforts were made to get me in as quickly as possible, and to put up a tarp to temporarily stave off the rain in the meantime. The Foreman and crew were polite, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond my expectations. They genuinely seemed to care about their work and considered everything to make this project a success. Thank you to ALL of the crew, but to name the few that I did get the names of... Justin for the estimate, Bryan for getting the tarp on, Bill for fielding my calls and Elmer for being so kind and explaining everything that was done and thinking of what I needed.

From the initial site visit for an estimate (Steve), through the final cleanup after the one-day job, we have experienced nothing but professionalism. My phone calls and questions were answered immediately (Jake). Everyone I talked with had shared my concerns with the others in the company, the planning was superb. The crew arrived right on time, and Elmer, the foreman, ran the 12 man crew very efficiently (although they pretty much knew what they were doing already). Safety and cleanliness were top notch, and the finished product is one of the best roofing jobs I have ever seen (and I'm a retired 18-year home inspector!) Well Done!!

Cloise and Mike did an amazing job on our roof repair. I could not recommend them enough. We had a leak in a 10 year old roof. We had other roofers attempt to fix the problem before, but it always came back. From my first phone call to them, the communication was outstanding. The onsite inspection/bid happened faster than promised (even though it was pouring down rain, and I'm sure they had many calls to work on). Then, they managed to squeeze me into their schedule as they knew I was leaving town. It was a pretty extensive repair, and I could not believe that Elmer and his crew were actually in and out in 1 day. I wish I would have had them put on the roof originally! I was surprised at the number of people on the job, but not one of them ever stood around. Someone was always walking the perimeter, picking up old nails, paper and old roof pieces. They finished up in the dark, but then sent someone out first thing the next morning to double check that the site was immaculately cleaned up (there actually wasn't much the crew missed the day before - even in the dark). Then, the quality control guy came out to double check all the work! Honestly, I did not know there were companies out there with this kind of work ethic anymore. Thanks so much, guys. I'm sleeping better through the rainy nights knowing there is no more leaky roof!

I recently had Cloise & Mike Construction replace my roof using Owens Corning Duration Flex Shingles in Teak color, and I could not be more pleased with the results. Our roof is quite complex, with numerous valleys and the house sitting below street level, making the roof an essential aspect of our curb appeal. Tony Pinter came to our home to evaluate the project, and he was an absolute expert at roofing. He did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, pointing out both the issues we were aware of and others we were not. He instilled confidence in the ability of the roofers, and we knew we were in good hands.The workers who arrived to complete the project were incredibly professional and courteous. Jake called a few days in advance to explain the process and what to expect. Elmer, the foreman, was fantastic, updating me on the progress of the project and answering all of my questions in a thoughtful manner. The end result was a beautiful new roof that complements the body color of my home perfectly. The worksite was clean and hassle-free, and I cannot recommend Cloise & Mike Construction enough. If you need a new roof, look no further!

Cloise & Mike functions like a well oiled machine. Tony was our first contact with the company, talked us through the entire process. Definitely not a pushy salesman, patiently answering all our questions. We enjoyed talking with him. Jake, I never met but spoke on the phone on multiple occasions. We had an atmospheric river coming through when the job was scheduled to start so understandably the job had to be postponed for several days. Jake called and advised me there was going to be a break in the weather for one day, he said he would double up the crew to get it done. Elmer and the crew turned up,. I can’t praise these guys enough, all good guys, polite and very hard working. Replaced the roof in one day as promised and even though it was dark when they finished. They spent a lot of time on cleanup using flashlights making sure they left no debris behind. Rain started again the next day. A good honest company with top class personnel.

My wife and I called Cloise & Mike to complete a roof estimate initially on 2/14. Bob came out first to get things rolling, came back 2 days later with a formal estimate and fully itemized breakdown of everything do a complete roof replacement. By 2/18 we everything finalized. On 2/22 Elmer, Jason & team came out right when they said they would. They worked hard, safe and fast all day and were finished with the last detail by 4:30pm... to say impressed and thankful is an understatement. My wife and I were beyond satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship! 10 out of 10 would use/ recommend to anyone with roofing needs! A huge shout out to Stephan and his crew for the amazing work they did on my roof. They showed up on the scheduled day and started to work. They were all very professional and friendly. I was very impressed on how they all worked so well together. They answered all questions that were asked. After they were finished each night they cleaned up the yard and made sure that it had no metal or scraps laying around. They finished the job in three days. (in spite on the down pouring raining). I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Kyle and his team when they replaces my roof. They made sure all of my wife's plants were moved or protected around the house and places plywood down on my new deck to protect it. Our experience with Cloise & Mike was fantastic! They were very prompt with a quote when we found a leak in our garage roof.
