I would give these guys 10 stars if I could!Saturday I noticed my heat pump A/C had stopped working. Monday I called Quartzite Comfort and they were able to get me an appointment for the following morning!Tuesday I got a convenient text 5 minutes before their arrival so I had time to lock up my dogs! The guys determined the issue AND affordably fixed it in under 25 minutes! Problem solved. I am thrilled!!I decided to subscribe to their $25 month maintenance plan for maintenance and cleaning twice a year and 15% repair service discount and they gave me the 15% off this very first appointment as well! The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and I just couldn't be happier.Thank you so much Quartzite Comfort!!

Serviceman was on time, courteous and efficient. He answered all my questions without hesitation, and clarified operational aspects that I needed to know. The office manager was very kind to refund a portion of the annual maintenance fee that was not performed last year. The Daikin System is performing very well. Everyone we encountered at Quartzite Comfort was professional, organized, helpful and great to interact with. During the 3.5 day install, they were clean, courteous to my 4 year old, and worked diligently. A small piece of wall needed to be removed so they could work and they did that with great care to not damage any more of the wall or make a mess. They offered a high quality system and they stand behind it. We are quite satisfied with the heat/ac system and the service that we received. I have installed ducted systems when I was much younger and have been in the building trades many years. I can tell a well done installation. this was well done. It is very quiet . there is no return air whistle. The outdoor unit can't be heard inside the house near it.I chose Quartzite Comfort after getting another quote because I could tell Steve the Owner was a "Straight Up Guy" and I found that true after dealing with him. The quote was reasonable. They were very professional. Kathy and I are quite happy with our purchase. Thanks again.

Quartzite Comfort was one of three businesses we were considering for an AC install into our old farm house. After having them come out and do our quote, it was obvious they were the better choice. During the install, they were on time, efficient, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after each days worth of work, went the extra mile to do things right in a home that was not setup originally for any AC. The price was good and the quality was fantastic. If I could give a 0 I would! Tech came to look at my 3 way. Told me that someone would get back to me about a part for my motor. It's been 3 weeks! I have sent messages, left messages, NO RESPONSE! I paid the tech $129 for 15 minutes to diagnose the issue and they don't have the professionalism to call me back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Service: A/C system maintenance

Quartzite came and tuned up our furnace. They also addressed an issue with our free standing gas stove. They were careful, cleaned up afterward, and were very friendly. Most importantly, they did an awesome job. They eliminated an annoying noise from the furnace that I thought was just normal. Best of all, our gas stove has stayed on since they were here! Update:We got our brand new Air Conditioner installed in our house in May. We are so thankful, now that it is 88 degrees, to have AC. We are impressed with the Daiken system and its efficiency. These guys are amazing. They worked with us to get our furnace replaced in a major time crunch so that our elderly parent would have a warm and safe house to come home to after being in a nursing home. I have waited a week so that our new System could kick in before writing a review. We Cannot express our appreciation enough! Quartzite Comfort went above and beyond expectation. I would have to say, the experience in general opened my eyes to the uniqueness of each home/setup and has left me with a very positive look for the creative way in which Quartzite was able to accommodate the needs of our home. We have in every way had a positive experience with the unit and its effectiveness in keeping (what was a VERY warm house with day-long sun exposure) however, it was the attention to small unique details that left us so impressed. Passing mention of future home renovations by my wife and I during the initial bid were taken into consideration during install weeks later with no reminder from either of us -- THESE GUYS PAY ATTENTION AND THEY CARE!
