I went in for a specific color of exterior paint. Although they did not have Benjamin Moore base tint, they were still able to locate and mix my paint for me. I always receive good customers service at Setty's. They have good selection for a small town. They are my preferred hardware store in Stevens County.

Downtown Chewelah, just two blocks off US Hwy 395, with on-street parking all around the buildings, so very accessible. Expanded across the street, with a garden center. Contributing to the revitalization of this old town by inhabiting and renovating historic buildings. Note the Depression Era advertising clip art interpreted as a fabulous life-size mural.

Great little place. They are always extremely helpful, there is usually someone at the door waiting to assist you with any questions or finding stuff. A little on the pricier side but it is a small town.

My husband and I get great service here at Setys Ace hardware store. People are so helpful and nice. I especially love the garden area and the awesome plants & decor.very appreciative for this.

Never had any issues at Seth's Hardware. Great variety of merchandise for all home projects and essentials. Also a place you will find unique gifts to fit any occasion. Very quaint Hardware store with a country atmosphere.

The place is huge inside and out lots of Ace stuff ! LOVE THE PEOPLE THERE ! So nice and friendly always really to help and very knowledgeable. They do beat the price on some things and some they don't but with service like that I don't mind spending the little extra.

I love shopping here. The aesthetic is so pure. You can't beat the small town feeling you get here. The selection is modest and the pricing is a bit higher than normal but this is typical for small towns so I'm not worried. The employees here are very respectful and all locals (please treat them with repsect!) And they are very motivated to help you with your needs. I always buy my pellets here (competitive pricing!) And I usually buy all my tools and accessories here.They mail out discounts and offer a military discount one a month. There is also a section geared towards youngsters! So yiu can rung your kids when you go tool shopping 😍 also, since this is a small town location, there are plenty of non tool items to shop for! Like cast iron kitchen stuff and canning goods!

A most excellent Ace Hardware! I literally don't know what I would do without my local Setys and the friendly helpful staff working there. I was amazed the first time going there at everything they have, especially compared to Ace's in and around urban areas. J.C. the manager has been particularly nice and helpful, and got me all my plumbing needs along with some very helpful advice.Hopefully they don't get tired of me after all my home-improvement trips there. =]

Very expensive way above markup for a small town only 45 minutes to an hour away from Spokane and prices are way high everything there is expensive I recommend waiting to go to Spokane to buy what you need instead of buying here unless you have no choice because that is what depend on big time. I buy from them all the time but the prices are way off the charts it's even cheaper in Colville than it is in Chewelah and that shouldn't be possible but the customer service is definitely great and very helpful but taking advantage of small City people when they don't pay any more for their stuff than the Ace Hardware in Spokane but they still charge much more for the products not cool !!

The folks that work here are super helpful and they have a decent selection of all things small town hardware. The garden center has expanded over the years with a lovely selection of flowers/ outdoor decor.

I really used to love this place until Friday July 8th. Sety's Ace Hardware has a local known criminal working for them. There is also another employee that swears in front of children all the time. What is wrong with this picture???? Oh so much! Local business or not, this isn't somewhere I want to spend my hard earned money! Oh and to top it off last week they fired an honest hard working employee that showed up and did his job simply because of where he is staying and the past reputation of the property owner. That's a small business showing they don't care about the community.

We always find what we're looking for, and if we don't find it, they order it in and we get a call when it arrives at the store! Gracious employees are there to help with what ever your needs are. If you haven't been before give them a try. They also have a lot of RV items for those camping around the surrounding lakes and campgrounds!

Great service helpful employees, however not happy that card info is keep on file with my rewards cards. Did a return and put back on my card but did not run my card again for credit. Almost all stores now have you swipe or insert card as they are not to retain full card infomation. So not real happy about. Will remember to always use cash if have to go there.

Employees are helpful but a bit too helpful. An older gentleman working was standing right at the entrance and was pushy about finding the one thing I needed. He showed me where the product was but wouldn’t leave until I clearly decided on which packing tape I was going to get. Was very strange to me

They're a pretty good store. The whole mask thing got old real fast considering they were the only place in town enforcing it. I went to Colville or Deer Park til they quit being nazis about it. Now that they're not it's a good place again.

Every small town needs a good hardware store and in Chewelah Setys is it. They carry a good selection of all the incidentals needed to maintain a home and garden. As a home owner I always seem to find a reason to visit Setys.

I love this little home town store. It is so convenient and the people that work there are not only friendly but very knowledgeable in their jobs. Especially the lady in the paint department. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever worked with to help me with my projects. She gave me the best advice on the type of paint I needed, the quality and the benefits of using the product. We love Setys Ace Hardware! We spend summers at Waitts lake and whatever we need they've got, or they will order it and then call when it's in. It's a great place to find what ever, and that all comes with a little bag of that "old school" yummy popcorn!

After asking a salesperson if I could return an item if it didn't work I took the item home to try the item did not work so I took the piece back to the store and was told by the cashier that the item could not be returned even though I had a receipt and was told it could be because it was an online order. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and I am so disappointed in that service I will never shop there again

This is a great hardware store. They are friendly and very customer oriented. You can not walk around longer than a few minutes before an employee will ask you if they can help you. If that person can't answer your need the will find someone who can. Some people say this store is a little pricey. It is between colville and Spokane. The store is in a great location for those who live in central Stevens county. And for community support, you always see there name as a sponsor on events from Spokane to colville. Try finding the likes of Ebay or Amazon on the same sponsor list. I recommend you stop in and see for yourself.
