They quickly came out and stabilized the damaged area. It took over a month to start repairs because insurance company did not agree with their bid. Eventually the work was done, and it looks good, but in retrospect I should have gotten 3 bids for the repairs. We had a water leak under our kitchen sink that went through the sub floor into the basement. The owner Kevin came and did an evaluation and then got right to work with his folks. He was honest, upfront, professional and his employees were the same. He worked hard to help me navigate the trials and tribulations of the home insurance process.
