NGB Roofing replaced my aging leaky roof at Edmonds on March 2024. Nick showed attention to details during estimation, provided valuable suggestion, made improvements, not replacing what isn't broken. Nick and his team were responsive and attentive to care for some minor issues in unpredictable spring weather. Nick even took time to cleaned up debris left on the roof by contractor from other company. I would say he took care of my roof like his own. The completed new roof and gutter looks great!

I want to give a shout out to Nick Bagoshvili. He came out to one of houses where he did the roof years ago to check out potential roof leak. When we found out it was not a roof leak instead of passing it out to the next guy. He stayed and helped me locate the plumbing leak that was hidden behind furnance. Then he called and waited for his plumber to come and replace the broken pipe. If you are looking for reputable roof replacement I highly recommend NGB Roofing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NGB ROOFING! Due to a death in the family, I recently found myself in the unfortunate position of being in charge of handling repairs for a family home that has been neglected in recent years. I live out of state making the whole situation even more difficult. During a home inspection for a potential sale of the property, extensive mold was found in the attic. The mold remediation company required the roof be checked and repairs made prior to remediation work taking place. I called a few roofing companies in the local area and none could or would do the job... either I couldn't get a call back or the companies wouldn't do roof inspections and/or minor repairs (only full roof replacements). In a bit of desperation, I called NGB Roofing on recommendation of the mold remediation company. I didn't have much hope because NGB Roofing is not in the local area of our family home, but I thought I'd at least ask. Even though Nick is located more than an hour south than our family home, he was willing to come out and take a look within one day! He made an honest assessment of recommended work with a total cost that was very reasonable. He even called the mold remediation company to double-check repair items, ensuring between the two of them, all items would be completed properly. Nick made the long trip north again, this time with a work partner, and the two of them completed the work prior to the mold remediation company... just as needed and promised. His work was very good and he sent me many photos (before and after). Nick explains everything in detail and is happy to entertain questions. He genuinely cares about customers and prides himself in doing things right. His prices are reasonable, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I cannot believe how good of a job Nick and his crew did on my roof. Our project was extraordinarily complicated - we had several layers of old roof to remove, tons of wood damage to repair, and bad weather to navigate. Through everything, Nick and team constantly exceeded my expectations. They made sure that when they were not working on the roof is was fully covered (Pictured) and that every seam was double glued. They even did other repairs around my house for me to make sure that when they left everyone was saying "wow." I cannot recommend this company highly enough - you're in great hands here. Even the Solar Panel company was impressed and admired my roof!

Used NGB Roofing for my first roof replacement and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Prior to installation, Nick came out and did an inspection and pointed out all the faults not only on decking and shingles but also the attic vents, chimney, gutters, downspouts, kitchen/bathroom vents, as well. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the technicalities that even someone who doesn't understand how a roofing system works (such as myself) could follow.When it came time to do the roof replacement, his crew arrived on time and finished a whole day earlier than expected. After each day, they were thorough in cleaning up any leftover debris. We had a leak in our roof and contacted Nick about roof repairs based on great reviews. He responded right away and fit us into his busy schedule. We were really grateful for his help on such short notice. He went above and beyond in his work, not just fixing the problem at hand but also doing a full roof inspection, identifying other soon-to-be leaks and other issues and ultimately fixed more things than we ever expected him to fix. Turns out we need a roof replacement. He came up with an estimate and also talked us through some less expensive alternatives in case we couldn’t afford replacement but wanted to fix pressing issues. He takes great care in his craft and truly cares about doing quality work. He sent pictures of all the issues with our roof, talked through all of them, and sent pictures showing all the repairs. I live in another state and inherited a rental property outside of Seattle. I received a call from the renter stating that there was a leak in the roof. Not sure what to do I came across NGB Roofing. I spoke with Nick over the phone to explain my situation. During his busy schedule he took the time to go over to the property to access the situation. It was determined I needed a new roof and sent me a detailed quote. I proceeded with his recommendation for replacement. If you are looking to have any work done with respect to your roof, Nick is the only one you need to know about. I had to get a new roof installed with skylights. Nick went above and beyond during the process. He explained everything in detail which was very important to us. While working on the roof he encountered many issues such as a rat nest, rotting plywood and bad attic circulation. He fixed up everything in such a way that till today I don't have a rodent problem in the attic as supported by my pesticide guy.Everything was done to perfection using innovative techniques. People who walk by my house specifically ask who did my roof because it looks spectacular. Just to add a cherry to the cake he is a wonderful person, polite and intelligent. Furthermore, some person dumped a bed in the driveway in our absence and Nick immediately took care of it.Don't go anywhere else to get your roof fixed but here. There are many scam companies out there that will charge you double the rate and not be able to get anything done. Nick and the NGB Roofing crew did an exceptional job on my roofing projects. Working me into their already busy schedule, they installed new attic and flapper vents and replaced damaged shingles as well as soffit panels and fascia boards. Their high-quality work is efficient, professional and transparent, no surprises. Nick is very personable and truly cares about his clients. Through his compassion, he even built and installed a small birdhouse for some misplaced young birds. It seems there is no roofing job too big or too small. Nick is very straight forward, tells you exactly what you need to know and won’t encourage you to make un-needed repairs/replacements. He came out to my house the day after I called him and looked at our roof that I thought would need replacing. Nick looked over the whole roof and suggested some spots to repair but told us the roof itself would easily last a few more years. I appreciate his being up front and honest in his opinions. One of the hardest parts of being a homeowner is finding a contractor that will do good work and you can rely on them. I was lucky enough to find NGB Roofing while trying to manage a sewer vent issue at my house.Nick took the time to talk to me about my options and guided me on some questions I had about a hot water tank vent stack I had too.The plumber and Nick coordinated the timing of the work and he provided an inspection of my roof. Nick just replaced my roof and did a gutter conversion from gutters built with a dip in the actual roof (which is terrible with cedar trees) and changed out roof to be straight pitched with normal gutters. He used his many great contacts to make all the other things that come with a new roof easy for me, he scheduled painting and mason work for me and was all around great to work with, honest and straightforward about my roof issues and what he could and could not do with expertise. He had great people working for him who were very hard working with great attention to detail. He has all 5 star reviews on Yelp for a reason. I highly recommend Nick and NGB Roofing when your time comes!Update: 1/7/2023Cut to three years later and a large tree branch fell and made a hole in the roof and within hours of me texting Nick he scheduled a time the next morning to come put a temporary patch on and then had it completely fixed in 48 hours! It’s so nice to have a person who will be available and happy to help for the life of the fantastic roof he and his amazing team installed!! I cannot recommend Nick and NGB roofing high enough. You will be so glad you chose them for all your roofing needs!!
