DaBella staff was recently in my local neighborhood promoting their services and even tho we are in a rural area and considering the obvious needs for a new roof in my house, I agreed with the staff to come to my home and do their evaluation and give me a free quote at not commitment.MR. Stephen Flowers showed up right on the time scheduled, showing a lot of professionalism and respect, giving the exact information needed. After a hard evaluation task requiring going thru our attic, Stephen showed indeed that it was time for us to consider on the well needed investment, he provided us all kind of options, showed the different products and procedure information.After appreciating the time and the dedication that Mr. Stephen Flowers put into his job, we were not quite ready to seal the deal, considering timing and our current financial obligations. We truly considered this company DaBella to be our trusted company when it comes to high quality services and efficiency, at the time that we consider prepare to make the investment.Keep the amazing work Mr. Flowers and we hope to keep in touch with you and your company in the future.

Great working with Dabella. My wife and I finalized our roof replacement earlier today. They are easy to work with, and we enjoyed working with their rep, Gage, who came to our house twice for the inspection and final paperwork. He was very transparent in the sense that he was upfront on the fact we could wait 1-2 years and was thorough in his inspection on why it would make sense to move sooner rather than later.

Usually, I try my best to be positive, but this time, it's kind of hard, too. I was super excited about the contract with Dabella. I was told it would be very professional, and the contractors would be great. However, I had to wait for 6 weeks from the date I was originally told it would be done. When the contractors finally arrived, they didn't have the supplies I had asked for. They weren't sure what they would be doing in the bathroom either. They had to come back 3 weeks later. The Dabella contractor I signed with stopped answering my calls. I basically became the project manager, calling Dabella every day for updates and then calling the contractors to get them up to speed. It was a massive headache. Furthermore, I was never told that I would need to spend an additional 10k on the floors and vanity for a 30 sq ft bathroom, including the tub. This was never explained to me. I had to explain this to a contractor who had no relation to Dabella, they told me later. I didn't even know what the floors were supposed to look like because Dabella never discussed it with the contractors, even though I purchased them back in December. I forgot what they looked like, too, by then. The contractor became frustrated with the lack of communication from Dabella and said they might as well pass the job to someone else. If it wasn't for Jamie, the contractor who helped me out, things would have been much worse. Luckily, Preston, the Dabella project manager, started helping me figure out the communication somewhat. Promised Compositions for headache of a business. After the finished project, I was ghosted by him as well. Overall, I don't think it was worth 15k for just a tub and a bunch of headaches. The shower head they installed is already leaking after just 2 days, not even exaggerating, I wish I was joking. The walls are PVC like pipes and hollow, hey, but you get a free drum set for 15k. It's not the contractors' fault, just material they have to use. But if you continue with the contract, just ask dabella for Jamie, the installer, a solid dude with a good heart.Make sure you read that contract inside and out before you sign and have any promises written in [WRITING]. I hope this helps yall out. 🙏*updateOver a month later, they haven't come out to fix the shower head even after calling the Manger Preston and customer service.

My husband scheduled the appointment and Ron arrived a few minutes late due to traffic. He listened to us and educated us on what would happen with our shower install. He gave us options on pricing and financing. Ron also explained the timeline and the people who would be involved in the project. When he left we had selected the new shower and we were very happy.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with DaBella! We can’t thank this company enough. Chase and George came out to our house and talked us through all of our options, while being so kind and patient with us through every question. We had a single window replaced at this time and on the day of installation, everyone was on time and they worked very efficiently with beautiful work to show at the end. We are so happy with the way everything looks! Very clean good work. I highly recommend working with DaBella!

Anthony and coltan came to my house this morning to inspect and give me a quote on roof repair, they both were very thorough and took a lot of pictures of my roof and my attic space to show me the damages, we went through many samples and price ranges and was able to get me down to a replacement price that I was happy with, both Anthony and Colton seem to be very responsible and caring about my needs for a roof replacement. That would make me happy. I would refer these guys to any of my friends that are in need of a good quality roof repair.

This company is fantastic. The employees were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their windows. These windows come with a 50 year warranty. They are top notch. They bent over backwards to make the windows affordable. I can’t say enough about how great the experience has been. You will be in good hands if you go with DaBella.

Janneylee came out today to give us a quote for updating our very dated shower. She gave a great presentation, was easy to work with, and wasn’t pushy at all. She was able to get the price very close to our budget and because of that and all the other good things she presented us with about DaBella we decided to go with this company. Looking forward to our new shower!

Josh and Tony came to quote my roof. They explained everything and answered all my question.Tony can be a big asset to the company he is very friendly and nice. The way he presented himself not only talked about the job but also other stuff and his background and he is very knowledgeable.Josh is friendly too. Is just that he make side comment about how I said that I would not do it this year and definitely next year and he still pushing the sale but I keep saying next year and he said “its funny how you say next year “ and when he notice I would not do it, even giving me all the financing option because i told him I prefer paying the full amount and still giving me all the financing option he makes another comment saying “ ill call my boss to ask $0 monthly payment $1000 roof” because I keep refusing not today. Tony on the other hand he was trying to intervene so it would not be awkward. I get it he needs to push to make sale but he does not need to make a comment or joke around because he cannot make sales today.Then at the end i just used the words “I will shop around first” instead next year.I give 4 star just because Tony is very professional.

I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters. The salesperson, Jared P was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I never felt pressured or rushed with my decision. It actually took me more than one year to make a decision with about 7 estimates from other companies but I could never go forward because i didn't feel confident until I met Jared. Jared actually climbed on my roof and took pictures of the condition so I was impressed with that.The reason for 4 stars is the project manager, Emma ? was not very helpful during the process. I did however, have Jared, the salesperson helping me instead so I'm not really sure why they had a project manager assigned. Two times I was very frustrated because she left messages instead of actually making contact. That resulted in 2xs people showing up without my permission.Jared managed the whole process because that's who i trusted to help and the roofers were pretty decent. They were respectful of my property. When they accidently damaged a fence post backing out of my gated driveway with a large trailer they immediately sent a crew to fix it. I was so grateful to the crew for working in 20° weather. They actually showed up during the worst week we had in January and kept right on it without any complaints or absenteeism. They replaced the shingles and two skylights on my 3700sf, 3 story house in about 4 days. The gutters were done separately. I wasn't as impressed with the gutter company altho they worked pretty hard. They just left nails and jagged pieces of metal and the supervisor was not very friendly altho he accommodated me when I changed my mind on the color at the last minute. Still some of the fittings were the wrong color. ie. Black gutters and downspouts with white fittings. Easy fix but really? The price was very steep for that kind of nonsense. So yeah, 5 stars for the salesperson. He was very helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Less enthusiasm for the project manager, and gutter company. However, the roof and gutters are great and the warranty will transfer to the next homeowner in a few years when I sell.

Personally, for me, when I needed assistance, I was helped by this wonderful gentleman, I believed his name was Ron Jabasa, I was having issues with my roof, and quite frankly, it was starting to annoy me. Ron here helped with understanding all my options, as he was very versed in his knowledge of roofing, but I just wanted to acknowledged how better he made me feel, I was so stressed about my issues with my roof, Ron made the interaction very fun, very interactive, and relatively stress free. the price was a little bit of an issue for me, but luckily Ron told me about the different options, that made it a lot less stressful. overall, I would chose to do business with that man.

My husband called DaBella a week or so ago, but then canceled the scheduled visit from one of their reps. They have continued to call daily, wanting to reschedule the appt. even though my husband has told them that he would call when we are ready. For some reason, he caved when they called today and scheduled a meeting. George was 15 minutes late, and then he wouldn't leave. He was very high pressure and originally gave a bid of 11,652.36, which finally was lowered to 7,513 after my husband continued to insist that we are just starting to get bids and want to shop around. When we thought he had finally left, he parked at the park by our home and came back about 30 minutes later with the lower bid. He wanted a signature today, and said that the lower bid was only good today. He asked my husband to complete a review of his salesmanship skills, which hubby declined. It seems, based on other reviews, that this is a common practice with their sales people, and I suspect that many of the positive reviews on this page were written by people who just wanted the person to leave, so wrote a quick response. We will not be hiring this company to replace our windows; it has bad reviews and just seems sketchy and unreliable.

DeBella representatives Josh and Jese came out today to go over all the roofing options for replacing my very old, cheaply done roof. They did a physical inspection on the roof and went in the attic and provided photos of the status. The power point was very informative and I liked being able to touch all the products. Ultimately, we knew that we needed a new roof so we signed up and I’m excited for the final product!

I have appointment to estimate for a window replacement. Chase came to my home and give me an estimate and educated me about windows. He was very pleasant and he educated me the importance of changing my windows. If I decide I will go with this company to replace the windo. I think they are responsible with their price and they are willing to work with the customer.

Probably a decent producing company. But quoted a siding job for a friend of mine for $60,000!!! I was able to do... yes licensed, for less then $15000. Saves to know people. Please get several quotes before chosing!

Tacoda and Judith came out to my home for a follow up inspection due to organic growth noticed in windows, and home not holding in heat like it should. They educated me on what’s going on and likely causes based on the home’s window installation that noticeably has some inconsistencies. They went through all the product and pricing options and were very capable working with offering the best prices they could present which was far better than I was anticipating. I was thoroughly impressed with their product knowledge and technology behind it. And thanks to them, I had the builder's home inspection done, and am now working with my home’s builder warranty to replace all windows. I’m very hopeful to present these windows for the warranty's replacement product as my number one choice once the complete totals are agreed on. I’m a very happy hopeful customer with Tacoda and Judith.

I called DaBelle after I noticed I had a leaky roof. Janston came out to assess my roof and noticed it had more issues than just the leak. There was evidence of rusty nails, and poor ventilation. He talked about history of the company, the quality of workmanship, and the warranty. I felt comfortable with the price and the options to finance. Overall, it was a great experience.
