Tldr: kept upchargingHad them come by to look at our commercial unit that stopped blowing air.Technician came by and found some burnt out wiring. Replaced it and unit fired right up. I said great how much we looking at. He says about 300 il go grab my paperwork out of the van. Ok great. He comes back in and says "has your fan always been set to low?" I say I am unsure. He says he will adjust it up. Ok great. He climbs back up and now suddenly finds that the whole motor needs to be replaced. Ok odd you didn't notice that before... But ok I will trust you. How much to replace the motor. It will be 830$. Wow ok that's a big jump how much to have you stop now and not replace it since it's working. It will be 500 for me to stop now. Ok it was just 300??? So I agree to do the motor replacement. He struggled with it for a bit and then says , oh your fan is bent so that will be another 150$ to replace that.At this point I say no. Just do the motor replacement. He says he has to take it back to his shop for the night. To work on it. Ok no problem.Shows up the next day and installs the new motor THEN says since it was an extra trip out it is an extra 100$ I tell him this is ridiculous. He insisted it's an extra 100$ for the drive. +TaxDon't bother with this company find someone who can give a price up front. These guys will just keep up charging you.2 stars since the unit is actually working again however it does rattle now.

They told me last week theyd honor the warranty for the compressor they replaced a few months ago. They showed up charged $200 to change a setpoint that didnt fix my issue. Didnt check pressures or do any kind of health testing on the freezer and when it was 80 deg in my freezer the next day he told me "too bad so sad" and wanted to charge me again just to come do the same nonsense they did the day before. Unprofessional and incompetent. Dont waste your time.

Andy is the best. I call him for a condenser being out he's there in 20 minutes and its replaced by the end of the day. Same for my water heater. He's fair on pricing too. He's the best in the business. Works out of his step van. Low overhead.

Wow. This guy is legit ! After being turned down by larger, more expensive contractors because they were "just too busy", Andy came out and fixed my beer cooler. My customers and I thank him from the bottom of our glass !- Gus @ Little Roadside Tavern.
