Alyk is very professional and personable. He and his colleague did a great job cleaning out the vent. He made a couple of good recommendations on how to keep the dryer vent in great condition.With the amount of laundry and drying we do in this household we will now clean our vent at least once a year, if not every 6 months!Overall, I am very satisfied with the excellent service rendered and would highly recommend Blue Line Home Services!

We just had Blue Line replace our heating ducts in our park model trailer. We were a bit nervous about having the work done as it was a bit of an expense, and we didn’t know much about the scope of work involved and how things were going to turn out. We had a bad rodent problem that led to the work needing to be done. The Blue Line crew was just excellent. Very professional and personable. They explained everything they were doing throughout the job, and even documented everything by taking pictures. We are very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them. 1. The 2 men are punctual. Very rare with service providers these days. They were very prepared for the jobs that I had ordered and even looked at the possibility of another. One worker explained the work very politely to my neighbor when she asked why he was on her roof. They were competent, and treated me and my daughter with respect.

Excellent company, excellent service. Great communication at every stage, very responsive, the quoting process was easy. Every step of the process was on time and completed when they said it would be, from the inspection to the quote, to when the team showed up to do the work. Everyone we met was so friendly. Micheal & Gabriel completed the work in our crawl space over two days, exceeding expectations. They showed up early, we hardly knew they were there, they left everything spotless, showed us the before and after pictures and explained the process. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. We Have already recommended them to friends & neighbors.

The service technician did a great job and was very nice to my face. However, he had to crawl under our deck to get to the dryer vent. All of a sudden I hear him screaming profanity, saying that we are disgusting people etc. and this went on for a good 2-3 minutes and I could hear him inside my house with the door closed. Well, apparently all of his yelling was over some dog poop that was under the deck. Keep in mind the deck is pretty low to the ground and you can even see under it. I don't know how much was under there nor did I care to ask. The professional thing to do would have been to come and talk to me, telle what the issue was and ask to reschedule after someone cleaned under the deck. Or, here's a bright idea but those disposable tyvex suits!!! Wow what a concept that would be! When he was done he came to my front door to tell me he was done and was nice as can be to my face. He also left the side gate to our yard open and the door going into our house, our dog almost got out.Like I said they did a great job and the dude was nice to my face but I hate two faced people.I give him a zero star.

Iam so glad I called blue line. We bought our home in 1994. the crossings were torn apart from rodents.So we had new crossings installed & they cleaned all ducting, we breath so much better! Randy stopped by to clean our heater vents, unfortunately we need more than just a cleaning, they need to be replaced. He showed me detailed pictures of why they need to be replaced and explained the process to me. He was very knowledgeable. and I will definitely be using them for the replacement.

Blue Line cleaned our dryer ducts a couple of weeks before a new dryer was installed. When it turned out that they'd cleaned the -old- duct (confusing house), I got in touch. They showed up 30 minutes later to take care of the mistake. Fantastic service follow-up!! Will hire again. If you haven't cleaned your dryer ducts lately...these are the guys.

Cody Barry and his team were quick, professional and competitively priced. They completed an entire clean out and redo of our crawlspace, vapor barrier and duct work after a catastrophic flood in just a few days- working until 10pm to get it done. They even brought in and made safe some very important Christmas presents that were delivered while they were there. They communicated well and followed through during what was a very hectic time for all. They worked with me to clean particular rooms first and were very personable! Cody came to the house and did an excellent job. He moved both the washer and dryer and cleaned underneath them. Our vent tube was terrible, the last person who did a repair put duct tape to hold it on, so it was replaced. Cody was very professional, and very polite. I have set up a yearly cleaning with them because I was very impressed with the service.

I saw an advertisement for dryer vent cleaning on Facebook and contacted them for an appointment. Cody quickly called me to make an appointment. He readily worked with my schedule. Cody arrived on time. He was pleasant and answered all the questions I had. He even pulled my washer and dryer away from the wall so he could inspect the vent behind the dryer. After pointing out a couple of holes in the duct, he offered to replace or repair the duct. We decided to repair using foil tape. Before he left, Cody showed me all the lint that was in my duct. There was a lot. Since cleaning, the clothes dry a little faster and the “clean lint screen” light does not come on, on my dryer. Very happy with the service.

I can't say enough about Blue Line Duct Cleaning!I was without heat after the floods of Nov 15, 2021 took down my flex ductwork under my home.Not only did I get an immediate response, they pumped, dried, removed, reinstalled, and sanitized my new rigid ductwork.These guys worked TIRELESSLY on my home for 4 days. Making the appointment online was a snap. During the service, the technicians were professional and friendly. They explained every step of the process, and tidied up what I am sure was a pretty big mess after cleaning our dryer ducts. They fixed our outer vent when they saw it wasn't lined up correctly.
