Smith Mechanical treated my family so well during the bid and eventual installation of our AC system. I HIGHLY recommend this company.The technicians were friendly and took the time to explain the new system to us, so we felt confident in what was being installed, what to expect and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything.Not only this, but the technicians also took the time to fix and replace aspects of our HVAC system that previous installers skimmed over - at no additional cost - in order for our new added system to run efficiently.I could keep going but again, it can all be summed up in that we highly recommend Smith Mechanical.

This past winter our furnace went out. We called Smith Mechanical and talked to Bill Hackett. Even tho we were not existing clients, when he heard we had been without heat for 6 weeks, he came directly to our house from work (on his way to the airport!) and arranged to get us a new furnace installed within 2 weeks. The company we’d been working with weren’t able to get out to even talk about a new furnace for two weeks! The following day, Bill called from Texas to say he had found a better deal for us. So appreciate his personal attention to our needs.They installed the furnace on the date promised and it works great. The Smith Mechanical team was very helpful and responsive when my hot water heater turned into a fountain in my garage. I called them early in the morning and within 20 minutes I had someone at my house identifying the problem and creating an estimate. Fast forward a couple days and everything is repaired and working perfectly. Very positive experience all the way around. I highly recommend Smith Mechanical!

His knowledge of this area and the northeast winds proved very useful when he recommended the air/exhaust intake be placed in a certain location. The furnace is working perfectly. I hired Smith Mechanical to install a 3-ton ductless mini split system into my home. Mike Dougan was a pleasure to work with, clearly walking me through my options and upgrades as well as answering my random questions. He made himself available for explanation, clearly laying out where things would be installed around my house- this included two separate site visits. The techs who did the installation are knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at their craft, which shows in their finished product. Smith Mechanical came the next day to service our ductless units. We were having some issues with them. Just needed the filters cleaned & a couple of other minor things. Ryan who came out explained how the units worked & how to clean the filters. We have used this company with this house & they installed a new gas furnace in our last house. These guys are PROS! On time to every appointment, Zach and his crew did a top shelf job installing my new furnace and rehanging my broken ducting. The price was VERY reasonable, and the finished work is A+! Would recommend to ANYONE looking for honest work for an honest price.

These fellas don't typically work on well pumps, nor do I. However, when the water stops flowing at 4 am, I find myself promoted to resident plumber. One little part can mess up many hours of a persons day, especially when your crawling around under your house. Steve became our hero today. I called, and he explained that Smith Mechanical does not usually stock well pump parts. However, he offered to look for a solution in his supplies. Ten minutes later he called back with exactly what I needed to finish my project, and return to flowing gallons. Thank you to all the crew at Smith Mechanical.

had an appointment set for repair work over a week ago. after waiting more than an hour called to see if they were going to show up. was told our repair guy had gotten other calls and we would have to wait. why set an appointment if your not going to keep it. my brother who is crippled with ms has no heat. called another furnace repair company and they are on their way. smith mechanical, you are the worst !

We had Smith Mechanical come out in November when our thermostat went out. Up until then, our heating worked properly, our Air Conditioning worked properly, all the commands Like ‘holding’ a temp worked, ‘cooling’ worked, ‘heating’ worked, the ‘off’ status WORKED. They came out in November and installed a smaller, cheaper, thermostat (that I do Not Believe was compatible with our more expensive, and upgraded system that does both heating and cooling Without Using our ‘emergency heating system’ Which was based off propane, And was Only for extremely cold temperatures). They installed it, and, as Quoted on Their Bill, made sure the heating pump turned on. Being middle of winter, we did not see necessary to make sure the air conditioning was working, we made the mistake of believing they knew what They were doing. Here comes spring, the air conditioning does not work, let alone the auxiliary heat. We had them come out again, to fix their problem. First of all they blamed it on the first thermostat, which had worked Perfectly for years. Their mechanic took hours to tell us it was ‘umm shorted out’. Hmmm... why didn’t they tell us that before? He unhooked the one a pice of the system. He told us we would be able to use our heat , and air conditioning system. The Next Night this smaller, less detailed thermostat kicked on heat, when it was supposed to be on cool. Tried to turn the system ‘off’ it kicked on heat yet again. Tried to turn on the ‘programmed’ setting and turned on hot air again. The air conditioning works ‘when it wants’ , but turns on the heat when it’s supposed to be on ‘cool’ and Also kicks on ‘HEAT’ when you turn it to ‘off’. So here we are two try’s later, in the middle of heat, with a thermostat that doesn’t work and keeps kicking on heat no matter what setting we put it on! We’ve had to refill the propane Already, which wasn’t due until it started getting cold out. AND for the most part all we have is Nothing but hot air blowing though our house all day, and night, and Their answer when we Asked them to come out and fix the problem They Created? “We need the past due (>$300, Plus the quote, for the problem they said “was the exact problem they had quoted us on”) ummm? EVERYTHING worked perfectly Until You changed the thermostat!?? We called them out to FIX it and they created New Problems, AND Now they want $900 Before they’ll come out to fix the mess They created?? I’m getting a second opinion, AND if Smith Mechanical messed up a $10,000 heating system? I’ll be back to let you all know. I know the tribe does a lot of work with them, which is why we went to them. If they don’t want to work with us, I will do everything I can to deter our tribe from their business.
