After 20 years, it was finally time to upgrade our gutters and downspouts. We did our research and requested 3 quotes from other local roofers. I5 Exteriors representative was our within a few days had the quote a few days later. The installation took place four weeks later, completing in just one day and the quality of the work was outstanding. You can do the same as we did and get several quotes but I can assure you they will give you a good proposal and you will not be disappointed in their work. Highly recommend.

We had I5 Exteriors come out to give us an estimate on a Cedar Deck build. We ended up sizing out 550sqft. Quite a big decking project, but they handled it with ease. Very professional group of workers. It was very exciting watching them progress each day. Quite a few weeks later we have our finished backyard. I ordered a deck and windows. It took 2 months to get the windows installed. I had to keep calling them for status. The deck was another nightmare. After 3 months, I was finally told they couldn't do the job as bid. It would be an additional cost of almost $10,000. I canceled the deck. I'm still waiting for the deposit refund. It's been 3 weeks. This has been a horrible experience. So, if you don't want to wait for your job or make multiple phone calls, then don't use this company.Services: Deck installation, Window frame repair & replacement

We literally could not be happier with our experience. i5 Exteriors did great work, were highly communicative and professional, and the work looks great. i5 replaced the siding on one side of our house and painted for us: despite mistakes that we, the homeowners made (specifying the wrong paint was the least of our boneheaded boo-boo's), Cody, our Customer Success rep, was only supportive and super helpful. Finding quality workers these days is tough and intimidating, and we are VERY THANKFUL to have their business card on our refrigerator for future work.

They replaced our roof a year ago, which has leaked since. The gutter was installed incorrectly and water runs down the wall of my house. A year later and they keep promising to fix it.
