I worked with Kevin and Justin out of Marysville, WA. Kevin was very quick to respond, very professional, and quick with answers. I mainly worked with Justin on the phone, but experience was the same. I was on a pretty immediate timeline, which they facilitated. Big roof, 67 sq., lots of peaks and valleys. Workers were in and out daily between rains, timing it all to keep the sub-roofing dry, very professional, very thorough, and very GOOD. The bank screwed with DaBella, which effected my job, and they made that right, too. Material quality is exceptional.I am extremely happy with this roof. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very positive experience with Kevin and Janneylee!Good listening to our needs and wants, the company has excellent materials samples and clear presentation of their work process and standards. Prices were entirely reasonable and came with an outstanding warranty. Unfortunately they didn't have the type of jetted tub we are looking for, but we will be looking to them for future needs & recommending them to friends.

This is my second experience with DaBella and it’s been a great experience both times. I’m especially impressed with Michael, he helped make the whole experience as easy as possible. I found him to be very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Having him come out to assist me with removing my blinds and helping me move a few things was especially appreciated and having him come back out to put the blinds back up was a huge help for me. I can only imagine all the customers that deal with him feel the same way. On a scale of 1-10, he’s a 20! I highly recommend the whole DaBella team.

Oscar and Kevin were super friendly and polite. We really appreciated the pictures of our gutters they took from up on the roof so we could see their condition. Everything was well explained and it made us comfortable about our decision to have them replaced.

Kevin and Paul sat with us for 3 hours and had a wonderful, very deep presentation. But they did not provide a written estimate. I called their Marysville office to ask if they could have them either call me or email the bid. Neither happened. I called again two days later, and the receptionist said she would need to send a new person out and I had to commit to a 60-90 minute sit down. I said that's not necessary, Kevin and Paul did a great job. But she insisted. She said they had "failed to provide it" so she would not have them call me back, or just email me their bid, and insisted on another full, very long presentation. In summary, I think the leadership in the DaBella Marysville office only wants to close the deal and make the most money possible. This is not a company that wants to form a relationship with the customer. I can't believe they wouldn't allow my original reps to call me back; it is shocking to me. I have other much smaller roofing contractors who provided full, written estimates within 2 days, gave me a business card with their contact info, and text me all the time to check in. Roofing is expensive and important, and it is a complex process to learn the information and choose the right installer. Part of the decision making is the relationship and trust. DaBella took my relationship with Kevin and Paul off the table, like a used car lot changing sales guys on me. They would not provide a written estimate. They would rather have another estimator take a turn to try to close me. This door is closed.

Just had my roof replaced by DaBella. The whole experience from the beginning to end was great. Alex and Dods did my estimate; they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional while answering all my questions and explaining my options. Jordan in the office was a pleasure to work the scheduling with. The crew was on time, professional, and has a real eye for detail. Dods followed up and did a post inspection and making sure I was satisfied. All at a fair price. I could not have asked for more. Fully recommend DaBella.

We had Kevin Szabados come out and give us what I thought was going to be an estimate on a new roof but we got something better. We got a very good education on the latest and greatest of how they install and what is installed. He did such a great job of knowing his education on the product that he sells. He gave us a better understanding of what to expect when getting a new roof. Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with, his attention to the details were much appreciated. We are looking forward to our new roof.

DaBella uses all the high-pressure sales techniques in the books. Look at 90% of the positive reviews here: the customers haven't had their service completed. The salespeople started with a $20k quote to replace a shower stall (material cost is ~$2k according to my research). When I told them I'd sleep on it, they haggled down a few times until we landed at $15k. That's a huge margin to let go of so quickly and reminded me of car salesmen. They quote you the estimate appointment will be 30-45 minutes, but they will be there for three hours. The one thing I wanted was installers that are direct employees of the company, and they said they would be. However, a little bit of reading after the appointment confirmed they just use the lowest -bid subcontractor in the area and pocket the difference. Save yourself a lot of money and use a local installer directly.

Kevin S., from DeBella, came to our home today to go over materials and provide a bid regarding a shower installation (post demo) in our master bath. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products DeBella offered. While we chose to wait (as we have other companies coming to provide bids), Kevin's demeanor and enthusiasm for his company was evident. We appreciated his honesty regarding pricing and the materials he provided to us to show the industry standard on pricing for shower installation. The visit was personable and educational.Thanks, Kevin!

Kevin was out today and thoroughly explained the product, process and advantages of the system. He was very knowledgeable and kind. In a sales driven industry he was not pushy and that was a relief. He took his time to find different options that might work for us.

Alex Tarin helped out with Mom's house. Did a great job to make sure things were measured and installed properly. Also made sure we had the right paperwork to take advantage of the federal/state rebates for the new high efficiency windows

Oscar and Dods came out and were on time for the date of the consultation. They showed me the material that would be used to replace my existing roof, went over all the numbers and all the fine details (I.E. Warranties, time frame, and requirements of me as the home owner). The team was 100% transparent and willing to work with me as the consumer. Once the paperwork was started Oscar, Dods, and their team worked with me to ensure my price would be what was already quoted to me at the time of consolation. They ensured that i would not be walking away from the deal without being 100% happy with my choice. I will be using them in the future for further home renovations.

He listened to our needs, answered our questions, and came up with solutions to my concerns of falling.During Kevin's in home visit it was obvious he loved what he was doing and felt his product and company were the best.Kevin and his team members, Alex and Jordan, gave us a customer service experience to be rated a high 5!

The window presentation was great! Josh and Kevin did a great job with it. However, the thing I don't like about the company is the high pressure sales tactics they have in place. I informed them that I would be getting other proposals, and they still had pricing for THAT DAY ONLY which is absurd. I always recommend getting at least 3 proposals for a project of this magnitude. For them to have pricing that is $1000 lower (for 6 windows) if I lock in that day is ridiculous. Josh and Kevin did a great job anyway!

I reached out for a possible roof repair quote. The agent was more interested in getting me scheduled asap, rather than taking the time to address my questions before hand. Ended each reply with pushing a time to schedule, each time trying to dial it in, will Monday work, okay what time Monday. Monday at 1pm? When I am looking to spend thousands on a roof repair, the last thing I want is someone who isn’t willing to address my concerns above pushing their own agenda. If you look at the most recent reviews; they look very similar. Almost as if they were paid reviews.

Do you really think a homeowner is going to find a note like this and think "wow, this scrubby looking kid canvassing my neighborhood while talking to himself is right, I need new windows and I will call this company immediately!"Leaving insulting notes is not an effective marketing strategy.

I recently had a shower - tub replaced in my house by DaBella. The sales person, Kevin, met with me and gave me some options of what could be done for the project. Kevin was not a high pressure salesman, which I appreciated. He offered some alternatives to what I was originally planning to do. I liked that the items were American made. Also liked the warranty. The ceiling panel was also a good suggestion.The work began a month before the original scheduled date. The workers who came to do the work were on time and courteous. Diego and his co-worker completed the project in a timely way. They seemed to take pride in the work they did.Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the product, and with everyone who helped with this project.Service: Bathroom remodeling

Chris and Markos provided a ton of good information regarding replacing the siding on our house. However, despite saying that this was the first quote I was getting and that I planned to get one or two more the high pressure sales tactics which included them staying 3 hours was a bit unnerving. Also the pressure to decide same day on a project of such a large scope felt bizarre. At one point during Chris's presentation on his ipad, his boss texted him saying "get this deal closed" (he tried to swipe the message away but I saw it) which was the final straw for me. Super unprofessional and quite honestly I felt bad for Chris and Markos having spent such a long time educating me on options. Had they not spent the last hour trying to push me into giving a deposit they may have won our business. I have learned my lesson and will find a local siding company that invests more in their people, listens to my needs and guidelines vs this one who seems committed to unfavorable sales tactics.

I didn't know anything about DaBella until a family friend told me about a bathroom remodel she had done a while ago. She referred me to Oscar and Dods so I could get the same thing done. Needless to say those two guys were the most knowledgeable and most respectful guys to deal with. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!
