They removed the old roof, repaired/replaced bad plywood and installed flashing. The service was top notch and the workers were very professional. They cleaned up every night and hauled away the old roofing. Their price was very competitive. I would us them if I have another roof needing repaired or replaced. They were very easy to work with. Called number listed on July 20th, greeted with only a "hello". Surprised me since usually when you call a business, the greeting is a bit more professional. Explained the repair I'd like to have done and may have provided pictures. We agreed on a ballpark price and I was told, "call you back to schedule". No one called me back. I called back on August 17th, again greeted with only "hello". Repeated the repair until the individual had notes and remembered who I was. I was told again, "call you back to schedule". September 23rd, no response. If this is how a simple repair is handled by this company, I can only imagine how other services might be handled. I'll give the benefit of maybe business is booming and they're busy. Or if they rather not deal with the repair, I totally understand. Not terribly difficult to say that or communicate that at some point.

After receiving several bids we decided to go with Guardian Roofing to replace the aging roof on our duplex. David provided several options for us to consider and did not pressure us either way. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well.
