We had a flood in our downstairs and had quite a bit of damage and repairs. Jerry from Homesley was the best! He kept in constant communication, always made sure we were on the same page before doing anything. I was happy with the quality of work done by all of the contractors. Overall - the experience was a good one, thanks to Jerry. Homesley Contruction is VERY lucky to have a guy like Jerry on their team. Without him, this review would look a bit different.

Worth the wait! Jerry helped my husband and I through the whole process. I have a 40+ manufactured home that had busted pipe which ruined the master bathroom. Service Master did an awesome job coming out and drying what they could, and they connected us with Homesley for repairs. We had challenges along the way but what would expected with an older manufactured home. Thank you Homesley for having Jerry on your team!!

We had a small flood in the basement of our house. Howard, Cory, Jerry of Homesley Construction were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They and came out right away! Jerry was great to work with, had the project scoped and the work started immediately. David was great. He did most of the work on the project. He was extremely professional and did a great job for us. Larry was the painter and did a great job as well. My overall experience with Homesley Construction was outstanding and I would personally recommend them to anyone that has a project. Thank you Homesley Construction and all the staff. Stay away! My fixed income elderly mother had a water leak in her home. Somehow she got connected to Homesley through her insurance, so tried to work with them for more than two months. They did a small amount of work just to get the plumbing restored, but were slow to non-responsive even doing that. Missed days of work more than once or were late. After all that, we are not confident in the work done. The estimates for the repair inside the house were much higher than from the insurance company and other local contractors with better reputations. In my opinion, they overcharge for everything and include crazy add-on charges for literally everything. For example, they include "tight space" surcharges for work in the crawl space and bill for protective eyewear (that they didn't leave at the job site). Another fun one: a $360 charge to remove and reinstall THREE screws on the outside of the house. No thanks. Moving forward with a different company.

When we had a major flood in our home which required basically gutting the entire house, we hired Homesly Construction to put it all back together. Because of the magnitude of the damage and supply chain delays, it took a long time to get everything back to normal. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of Jerry Scott our project manger. He followed through with coordinating and completing all the construction that needed to be done and kept us updated on what they were doing and the timetable for every phase of the operation. He helped us to find the flooring, doors, cabinets, appliances, etc. that we wanted. We had a water pipe break the day after Christmas. After the water was cleaned up Homesly Construction came in and fixed the water leaks. They also needed to re-insulate, lay new carpet, paint and replace pipes. They were always punctual and kept us informed. Wonderful workers. Poor communication through out the company. Insurance recommended this company for reasons unknown. We had cabinets removed in kitchen and they "disappeared". Toilet also removed and reinstalled without wax ring and water leaked all over brand new flooring. Project began in November and here we are in march and still fighting with them to finish job.

Negative review. They hire some dishonest people. Was contact by a person claiming to work for Homesley. After paying half deposit for work to be done, dude never showed up. Contacted them and two things. First would not verify if the guy that contacted me who I already knew as a contractor was an employee with Payless Construction in Moses Lake but was terminated for reasons whatever..... operations manager would not investigate because I had not signed a contract with Homesley. VERY VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. And lack of consideration. BE CAUTIOUS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. If you hire this company and before one of their workers enters your property or had access inside your home, check their references. Don't get burnt as I have. JUST A WORD OF CAUTION..... STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY FROM HOMESLEY

Still trying to have a kitchen repair completed that began in November. It’s now May and we still are not done after being strung along for the last 6 months. We have been told week in and week out it will be done this day or maybe this day with little to show. Also found out that the lockbox the company is using to store the keys to my home was left open and unattended today meaning anyone could have come by and taken said keys.
