Have to say the service was excellent for the first time in several years. Was picking up some soil for fill, and one of the garden employees came over and helped loading my cart with bags of soil and then pushed the cart to be checked out. And then helped be with a wheelbarrow, and then he gave me a $20.00 discount! He then pushed the cart to my car and help unload.

As I have had good experiences with home depot the one in Moses lake is different. I had an order waiting and there was nobody around for 20 minutes either all in a meeting or break. When I did get help one of the clerks said they pulled a part it was not a full roll of what I ordered. I asked about measuring it and they would not measure it. So I returned the whole order. This order was under $100, but they also lost a whole house to be re-floored about 16 k over not showing me that the wire was correct.

It's a fine store, not as well organized as Lowes - very cluttered. I do like how big the garden and BBQ sections are, lots of products to choose from. Employees are nice, not as easy to find as the Lowes employees, though.

We were at the Moses Lake store. Went to the cabinet area and spoke with Wil.I'm old and retired, Wil is an older gentleman, but boy, was he a big help.Recommend anyone to have him help you out.

I picked up my online orders of bathroom tile and grout. Fast curbside service. Walked through the garden center and it would be a great time to buy perennials, as they were 50 and 60 % marked down, but no funds for plants!

Wanted blinds & made appointment for measure. No call for weeks. Contacted vendor of product & HD finally contacted me (after 3 weeks later) to explain that associate would not be available to measure/ install until, maybe the end of year. No bueno!

It's a smaller Home Depot. But as soon as I walked in they had exactly what I was looking for and some good deals on others things I picked up.

I went to Moses lake home depot the service is definitely no good. When first got there the people were angry and yelling at me then when I was loading the guy told me there wasn’t time to help me secure my load. Really bad experience service sucks

Home Depot is clean, everything is nicely stalked and employees have always been super friendly. Picked up a turkey fryer for Thanksgiving and it was perfect! This fryer beat all other prices around town.

Went into the store last time and as I was walking towards the plumbing section keith and Doug both approached me and offered to help me find what I was looking for. I asked if they can bring down some shower doors and pan. They quickly both got to work and got the things down for me. After they finished they asked if I needed anything else… really great respectful guys with a positive attitude and always looking out for your best interest! They deserve a raise!

When returning a couple of items last week, I found the customer service representative to be genuinely helpful and kind while processing my return. Even tho I had brought in the wrong receipt with me for my returns, I typical order on line for easy in-store pickup, and not having my receipt I immediately assumed I would need to go home and find the right one and come back and go through the return process again, but to my surprise, within less than a minute the item was found on another receipt Home Depot had on file for my online orders.... Thank you Home Depot Team!!!

After an aggravating experience at Lowes I sacrificed convince and drove 4 miles through traffic to Home Depot. In and out with everything I needed in 35 minutes PLUS there were other checkout options besides Self.... Worth going through that roundabout...

Helpful staff, always clean store and restrooms. I have bought my clothes washer and dryer several times over the years, also a microwave. They always greet you and make sure some helps you.There is another big box store in the same city that we went in to looking for a new microwave. The sales people were just chatting, not in a meeting, and never bothered seeing what we needed.

Horrible customer service!! You're better off locating the items on their website so you do not bother the employees. Unless you grab an employee and make it well known you need help, they seem to go out of their way to not help you or are preoccupied with chatting with a fellow coworker. Not all of the employees are terrible, but the bad ones ruin the experience that the good ones try to provide customers. Positive note, if you need a discount on an item, tell customer service you did not receive any sort of help and want a discount for handling a larger item on your own.

I went to home depot for some things. And tried to use my veteran's discount. At checkout they said you have to fill out our veterans online registration to get the discount. I said I got my ID. They said no that doesn't work i said ok i will go to Lowe's then. Then they said well just this once we will do it with your ID. I don't like corporations that lie. How many veterans has home depot lied to besides me.

Ordered a range online with installation from Home depot was a bad idea. It could have easily gone through the back gate upstairs, claiming it wouldn't fit. They left it at the front door. I doubt they'll give back the installation fee.

Day or Night they help me within minutes! I was already frustrated with Lowes because I waited a hour for nothing! I go to Home depot already super upset and I ask the cashier I needed help getting what I need plus getting it cut. She got me help within a minute. Customer service was super quick and super friendly! They helped me with everything! Getting what I needed and cutting it perfectly! I was super happy and my frustration was gone! The wood I needed was little more expensive than lowes but it's worth it to me because they have a great staff that helps out a lot if you simply ask. One of the ladies made me smile in seconds when I heard she sing Christmas songs with so much joy. She had an amazing attitude that lifted my spirit up. Definitely go to home depot first for what you need!!!
