First things first; this guy answers the phone! I had a leak coming through my roof and ceiling. Thurman's roofing was the only company listed as "open" and even at 7:30pm, Brandon answered the phone. This goes a long way for me. The guy that answers the phone, is the guy that's ready to get the job done. Their communication is not very good. I was not happy with them at all. Did not show up when they set the day and time. Then I would have to reach back out to them because I never heard from them.
