We hired them back in 2020 for water damage restoration of our bathroom. The work looked fine at first, but after a couple months the bathroom floor tiles start to feel bouncy and make annoying sound. They claimed this is completely normal and the issue was from another area of the floor. We later had another professional construction contractor, he immediately pointed out they used wood board rather than concrete board underneath the tiles, which is a very unprofessional and wrong practice. We tried to contact Custom Pro Restoration a couple times without any replies. I really regret hiring them for our project, you should never hire people unprofessional and irresponsible like them.

Arco and David were very professional. They did a thorough assessment of the water damage and helped with the insurance claim process. They were patient and answered all our questions. Custom pro restoration saved our home!!!! We had a massive disaster happen where the street water line burst and flooded our entire home downstairs. There aren’t enough stars to describe how good this crew is. They recovered a 2007 Street of Dreams Home turned nightmare due to the original builder’s incompetence and total disregard for building standards. This job included structural element repair/replacement, excavation,/regrading, electrical wiring, gas and plumbing lines, concrete and more.Throughout the job they were professional, respectful and very skilled. I would like to thank ARKADIY and his company CPR for the quick response to my "panicked" finding. My carport post had completely descenigrated and broken at the bottom. Diagnosis was water damage. We decided to check the 2nd post,it felt and sounded sturdy. But we went with our gut feeling and had it replaced also. Only to find it, too, had water damage at the base.
