I decided to hire Northwest Prowash after my regular roof cleaning company did not respond to my request for service. Benjamin explained my options clearly and scheduled the work. I decided to go with the moss removal, chemical treatment and gutter cleaning. Spencer came promptly on the day of appointment. He spent over 3 hours cleaning my roof and gutters. Since I share a roof with my neighbor, I had to warn him not to go over the neighbor’s side as they’ve complained before when my contractor “trespassed” onto their property. My neighbor was impressed with his cleaning and did not complain. He cleaned up all the debris and even collected some of the broken branches in my yard. I also asked him to take photos of the roof so I can inspect his work. He obliged and explained to me what he did. Excellent communication, great execution and reasonable charge for services.

I had NW pro wash come out to my home today to do a roof clean, moss removal, and gutter cleaning. They were very professional. They were able to schedule me within the week. Showed up on time. Walked me through everything they were doing before they did it and explained why they use the tools they use and the chemicals they used. They were super thorough. Everything was cleaned before they left. I was very happy with the services provided and the price. I will definitely be contacting them again for ongoing roof cleaning.

I had Spencer come out to Cle elum to get my VRBO house roof clean and have the moss removed. He did an excellent job, we are a time constraint but he got it done . The surroundings and windows needed to be cleaned for renters coming in the next day. He got it done. Will use service in the future. We absolutely had a GREAT experience with Spencer! We needed to have moss removed from our roof, and mildew washed from our siding. Our house was looking pretty neglected and Spencer showed up and made our house GLOW ! He went above and beyond by cleaning up and cutting down some tree branches along our house. Spencer worked on my two story roof and did an excellent job.I believe he cleans roofs the correct way, lightly brushing off the moss and then cleaning the roof with a bleach mix. He spent a lot of time on my roof. He seems to be very thorough and courteous, and will make your roof so much better when it’s done.
