i needed a repair for my leaking roof that had led to some damage on my ceiling. miguel came out to mountlake terrace to provide me a complimentary assessment. his evaluation was more comprehensive than any other contractors i had interacted with, and he didn't attempt to sell me more than what was necessary. they successfully repaired my roof and ceiling, sealed all cracks, and applied fresh paint. up to now, i'm quite pleased with their service and professionalism.
