DO NOT USE!!! They overcharge and never complete work. They jerk the customer around and no show appointments. They don’t follow through and have horrible communication. They are scammers that only want to take your money. They are not community friendly. They make fake invoices and never respond. Jon the water well service guy is a joke and a fraud. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Liars and thieves. Kaitlyn the office lady is a scam artist. This company should be reported and closed down.

Don Kruse Electric are billing me 3313.00 for installation of this used electrical equipment and 8hrs they were on site ? As well they threatened me saying if I don't pull my internet post about there quality of work, they would proceed with try to send my bill to collections , as of this time they still haven't come back and tagged & labeled the box they installed nore have they made any attempt to right the wrongs they have done ,as for the inspection they did not pass they have 3 days left to return and finish the installation,? Watch outDon Kruse electriciansin okanogan waAre scamming people byDouble charging there labor hrs and selling used equipment as new included is a copy of invoice they sent me for 8hrs labor and used equipment,cost $3,367.00 on top of that they never labeled the used box and left trash everywhere, plz be careful when choosing electrician , call anyone but these guysTo your response Don Kruse, we contacted you immediately after we got our first bill, we spoke with George on the phone, explained to him our issues, he replied that he would look into it and get back to us. No response. After that I received another bill and a statement saying that you were going to send our bill to collections, we called once again and spoke with George. AGAIN he said he was going to look into it. Then my husband was at his total frustrations and put a post online about your company and how bad the service were it didn't take you but 20 minutes to call after you read that post and finally started getting to the bottom of the bill, at this time you said you would drop the bill to 2,400 ONLY if I pulled my post off of the internet, other wise you would proceed to send it to collections if I did NOT remove my post ,well here we are .Fung Guy Farms is not happy with your work not happy with your work ethic, And see no reason for your business to operate in the county, Your Reviews and ratings speak for them selfs ,your business has aloud your workers and office staff to over charge for services rendered ? They showed up, failed to fix furnace as promised. Charged $1300 for the furnace repair that was never completed, but we paid anyway. Had another technician come out a couple of months later and he told us that the furnace's heat pump was damaged and that we would not be charged for the service call. Fast forward six months and Katelin Russell (their bookkeeper?) yelled when questioned about this, proclaimed that the charges stand, that she was sending us to collections, and hung up and both me and my wife on separate occasions. Never have dealt with a less professional staff.Service: General repairs

Buyer beware. Especially out of towners . I live 33 miles away on Google maps and am being charged 2 hour of drive time. Thats 2 hours charges of driving at premium electrician wages for 66 miles. 1 hour of service charge. 2 hours of driving. I was not told before hand I'd be paying premium wages for drive time. I would have declined service. When I asked about my bill I was told that it's company policy not to tell people before hand that there is drive time charged. That its up to the consumer to ask. I was also told that there was nobody to talk to when I wanted to talk to the owner about the policy. Further more I was threatened to be sent to collections when my bill is not eve late. I would not recommend this service unless you want to deal with a Karen.

Thy installed my system three years ago. I contacted them for repair. After a full week, I called to see when they were coming out. The person said they would look onto it and call me back. I never heard back, and had to call a more reliable company. I guess they can't be bothered with system repair.Service: Repair HVAC

9/3/18 Called them to discuss a possible job at my house. They said they could do it and told me that they would contact me the following Monday to set up a time to do it. I had to contact them Wednesday (2 days after when they said they would contact me) to see if they still wanted to set it up. Took two more days for them to respond. They did finally respond and asked if the next Tuesday or Wednesday would work. I chose Wednesday. At 3:00 on the day they were supposed to show up I contacted them and asked when they were going to come. No response and I still haven’t heard back (5 days and counting). Very unprofessional. Very unreliable. If this is common customer experience then I am shocked they are still in business.9/4/18. They called me back today the day after I wrote my review and tried to set up a time to come do the job. When I tried to explain why I was going to choose another company the employee HUNG UP on me. Ridiculous. I wasn’t being rude at all, just explaining my decision. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Classless. Zero regard for customer satisfaction. Learn from my mistake and stay away. They don’t deserve your money.

Everyone told me my problem was a thermostat, there where wrong, i finally called don kruse, they showed up same day knew right away what was wrong with my furnace and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend them. A+ thank you very much, because of don kruse electric my family didn't freeze a second night.

Overcharged for everything. Added 20 amp outlets when normal 15 amp fixtures would've been fine. Added components we didn't ask for. Installed twice as many fixtures as requested. Next time we asked a competitor for estimates, their prices were 1/4 what Kruse wanted. Kruse is the biggest rip off in okanogan county!

As a local contractor that has dealt with multiple Electricians over the years, these guys, particularly the office staff, are extremely rude, non-responsive, & unreliable. Please, seek elsewhere for a professional electrician that actually respects their customers.

Professional, ethical and thorough are just a few words to describe this business. I purchased a home in Pateros with a HVAC system that was A) too small for the home once it was remodeled and added on to and B) the end of its useful life. Other companies quoted full remodeling and the destruction of my ceiling to install additional ducts in the home. The Kruse employees, specifically Thad Brady, investigated all possibilities and was able to install all new ducts with minor drywall work saving me thousands of dollars. In addition, they have stood behind their work when other companies would have normally charged for a service call to ensure my new air handler and heat pump were working to my satisfaction even years after the installation. Additionally, the previous owners of the home had incorrectly installed the wiring for the hot tub. In the end, the operating computer was destroyed. Not only did they come out the next day and install the proper wiring; one worker took it upon himself to find the operating computer at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from a Wenatchee company. This is a company that cares about their clients and not about their bottom line. Looking for electrical work or HVAC, THIS IS WHERE YOU GO.
