I call and they were able to come out the same day and resolve the problem. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional. They really seemed to know their stuff and didn't talk to me like I was a dumb female. They gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again and pointed out trouble areas in my plumbing. I will recommend with confidence.

I had Them out to snake my line to my kitchen and they did it and it still is plugged up even a month later. I called them to come back out and they said they charge me another service charge. I Asked why when he didn’t do right the first time so I won’t be even recommending them

Had work done that was left unfinished, a part fell off my shower an hour after they left. No show for return work, lack of communication, wanted me to pay for a tool one of their workers broke. Would not recommend.

They want you to be available 24/7 which I’m willing to be but when they screw up I hear nothing from them except excuses.When Mark was working full time as the owner operator things were done professionally but his new staff isn’t anything but Mark was always a consummate professional

I was very happy with our service. We had a plugged kitchen sink line and called in the morning. They called me a bit later and came out that afternoon and took care of the problem. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was even happy when I received my bill, it was less than expected and very fair. Thank you very much! If you need emergency anything don’t call him. We had our clean out overflowing sewage and spilling out. And even when voice mail says to call him in an emergency. he will tell you that he cant do anything about it. To call and leave a voicemail at the main number.. save your time!! Papè Machinery in Okanogan has rental equipment that we ultimately ended up using and snaking sewer ourselves. Wont ever call him again..

Ryan was a real go getter and Joshua was definitely on point in his game. They found the two issues quickly and secured them properly in a timely manner. We actually joked around and I left them alone as much as possible. I hate when people look over my shoulder at my job so I wanted to do the same for them. Mark, the owner showed up as well just to make sure I was happy with the service and I cannot thank them enough. Ryan really pushed hard to make everything right. Joshua was a true leader and he did not disappoint what so ever. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service they provided today and really hope to make past reviews null and void. I'm not sure what the bad reviews previously were left but these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Joshua and Ryan.
