Been meaning to write this review for a few years now. Listed our house with Jim Munn. Soon after he came to us wanting to be a dual agent. It's my understanding from extensive real estate investing in the past that if acting as a dual agent between buyer and seller that the agents FIRST allegiance is to the seller (the ones that hired him).When someone hires a listing agent they want their own agent. Sharing with the buyer is not part of the plan. This puts undo pressure on the seller. Will my agent resent me if I say no to him being a dual agent and may not work as hard to get what I need out of resentment? Will I be compromising my own interest if allowing it?Come to find out later that the buyer would have paid considerably more for the home, and we would have not needed to put on a new roof (the roof still had some years left). I'll let you draw your own conclusions. We don't feel this agents first allegiance was to us the seller, as it should have been being he helped the buyer get everything they wanted, as they will be prospective sellers down the road. Know your prices, and if you have a cherried historic waterfront home it's going to be worth considerably more than your neighbors, or the comps. Jim did NOT inform us of this, so we listed much lower needed in a seller's market. Hindsight.....

Jim went above and beyond to help us find the right property. We had been working in other counties with other realtors and the experience with Jim was completely different. His knowledge of the area and the people(It seems like he knows everyone) along with his patience in working with us made us happy we found him.

Their prices are as bad as Seattle housing....almost every property is $499,000 or higher. For a small town w/out much on purpose.......I'm glad I bought mine when prices were way more affordable.....Them types folks maybe like it at first but then they'll wanna change the whole town into a Stip mall because they've got lots more $$ to burn than the ones loyal to that small town feel!!!!!
