Yalcin's team is awesome. Upon my request online he responded promptly with an estimation appointment in a few days. He arrived on time and did thorough estimation with pointing out things which I am not aware of. Particularly I liked that his team can do roof cleaning together with exterior painting, which saved me efforts to obtain separate quote for roof cleaning. He followed up with a competitive quote, and let me decide whether to proceed with the optional services, which is a plus. The week his team did the project for my house, is one of the hottest week with record temperature. His team did an outstanding job with putting a lot of hardworking. Yalcin did an incredible job with our house! We paid him to do the entire interior (walls, doors, trim). He fixed a number of drywall issues, covered pet scratches in doors, matched texture perfectly, and went out of his way to make things beautiful. And then, when he was done, he noticed our roof was mossy and offered to clean that too for a super reasonable fee. It was an amazing job and we plan to use him for all future painting work!

I needed a quality painter on very short notice for a kitchen/interior remodel in Newcastle. I found Yalcin and couldn't have been more pleased. He was a pleasure to deal with and not only got the work done on time, but the work is of very good quality. I was very happy with the results as were the homeowners. Yalcin and his team painted the exterior of my home and I was very happy with the work. He also did some repair work on a window frame which had rotted due to water damage. He provided a reasonable estimate in writing within a couple of days of visiting my home and he kept in touch as the start date was delayed due to rainy weather. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to this type of work and I noticed a few spots that needed an extra coat and Yalcin was more than happy to go around the house and touch up the house and continue to work on it until I was a happy customer. Yalcin was very responsive to our request for a proposal. We arranged for a mutually agreeable time and reviewed the project together. He provided a proposal in a very timely manner. Be sure that the proposal identifies in detail your expectations of the scope of the project. Yalcin gave us ample notice as to when he would start the project. The work was done very efficiently and he cleaned up the job site upon completion of the work. We would recommend him highly and would use him again in the future.

Istanbul Painting is reliable and professional. We had our internal painting done by Yalcin and his coworkers. First of all, among five other bids Yalcin's was the most reasonable for the amount of work. Yalcin is perfectionist in his job and his crew is also trained to be like him. They always came to the job on time, never cancelled and always worked around our other time and space constraints. Yalcin also taught our kids how to paint.! Yalcin, the owner, is the one of best contractors that I have done business with. He has excellent communication skills and always promptly return my calls/emails. He completed the job with excellent workmanship, especially fixing the poor paint job from my previous renter. He worked very efficiently and completed the job ahead of the schedule. My wife and all my friends are very impressed with his work.Yalcin went extra miles and did above and beyond. During the project I was trying to do another repair so that it worked with the painting job. This repair was not part of the painting job contract. Yalcin went above and beyond to offer to help to complete the repair.Yalcin is a wonderful person as well. The condo building facility person mistakenly took one of his ladders. Yalcin acted in a very gracious manner and even gave a very kind message to the condo building onsite manager to remind whoever took the ladder to be careful using the ladder due to broken parts.Yalcin is a true professional and a wonderful person. Yalcin and his crew did an awesome job painting my condo. Over the last 8 years, it has been used as a rental unit and really showed a lot of wear and tear. There were holes in the bedroom doors and damage to the ceiling from a stripper pole that a tenant decided to put in the dinning room. (If the walls could talk....) Yalcin and his crew were fast, reasonable, and repaired all damage as if it was never there.Yalcin explained to me during the walk-thru what he could fix and what might still show (again, this condo has been thru the ringer) but everything turned out great. He has great pride in his work and it shows.

I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail he applied during the prep and painting process. The end result is beautiful! Yalcin showed up on time for the free estimate. He said that he is not very good with English, however I had no problem communicating with him. He gave a very competitive estimate. He said that he would notify me a few days in advance of his starting work. He gave me a start date that spanned three days. And two days ahead of my desired schedule, he texted me that he would be there to pressure wash. This gave me time to cut back my shrubs around the house. We had absolutely no problem communicating. He writes very well, and most of our communication was by text or email. He showed up on time, and the first day he pressure washed the house, and helped me to pick out my paint color and sheen. The next day he came back to scrape, and caulk the house. The following day he was back to prep and start painting, and he finished on the fourth day. Yalcin is a very hard worker. He put in long hours, and even worked weekends. I highly recommend him. Yalcin is a delight to work with and I would hire him again.

Yalcin was always very prompt and did what he said he would do. He was accessible and always responded to my texts and phone calls the same day. When I interviewed him for the job he was obviously knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and had a very nice sense of humor. His accent did not prevent good communication. I was out of town when he painted my house. It was beautiful! He paid a great deal of attention to detail. He had one question about the color of the front door and took a photo of the old painted door with two examples from the paint store against it. We chose one and the front door’s color is better than it was the first time. He completed the job in 6 or 7 days. As he said he would do, he touched up a couple of boards that needed filling and sanding prior to painting them. He was the lowest bidder compared to two others and had the best warrenty - three years instead of one. His bid was very close to one of the three. He is very willing to return to redo or fix anything that I don’t like. I have not found any flaws.
