These guys are fantastic! We bought an older house and the crawl space was in need of a lot of work. We were scheduled fast and Daniel came in gave us a great estimate and explained everything that was going to be done. On the scheduled day, Joey and his crew showed up and were ready to work!! They got it all done in 1 day!!! We had another estimate who were more expensive and it would have taken them 3 days! Joey and his crew were professional and kept us updated on every step. We highly recommend these guys! Fantastic crew!

Alfredo was terrific! Followed through to the smallest crack that a mouse or rat could enter. Checked every square inch of the attic trying to locate any entrance at all. Cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized!My house is 91 years old! You couldn't tell by looking at it. It's been kept in great condition. But, older houses have nooks and crannies. This is 4th visit under the warranty. The visits are further and further apart. Which tells me every step they take is working! I'm happy I picked attic crew! From Angie in scheduling to all the crews. From insulation removal to follow up visits sealing cracks. Every appointment has been on time and the crews have been respectful!!

Attic Crew came to remove and replace our insulation. While it took the better part of the day, they did a thorough job. Before & after pictures were sent to show their work. After some concerns with ventilation, Attic Crew promptly returned to inspect that it was adequate. They discovered some missed mold and immediately treated it on the spot.Alfredo was courteous and reassured me the job was complete.

Joey and his crew spent 9 hours at my house getting my attic repaired and insulated. They did a wonderful job! I could not have been happier with the excellent care they took of my home and my belongings. I was treated with respect and my every question was answered. When it was time for them to leave, I asked for "one more thing". They worked late to satisfy me that everything I needed had been done. Really disappointed with Attic Crew's work. We had them do a full clean out of our attic and crawlspace, "sealing" all entry points for rodents, disinfecting the areas, and replacing the insulation.After the work was completed, we continued to have rodent issues, and every tech that they sent out to inspect our attic and crawlspace could not find entry points. After the 5th visit and continued rodent activity, we finally brought in another company who immediately identified numerous entry points. We had to pay another $3,000 to have them redo the work that Attic Crew did in our crawlspace, and since then we have not had rodent issues down there. The same issue has now arisen in our attic. We have rodent activity there, and are going to have to pay another $5,000 to have the attic cleaned out, sealed, disinfected, and re-insulated again.To top if off, within a year of having the insulation in our crawlspace installed, I went down there to discover that a lot of the insulation had not been installed properly, and had fallen onto the ground. You can see what I mean in the attached photos. They came back out and used fabric straps (I am not kidding) to patch the fallen sections.Overall, it was a complete waste of $13,000. Their only redeeming quality is that whoever works their customer service line is very friendly. I can't remember her name, but she was always very pleasant to deal with. The same can not be said about the quality of their work.

So grateful for Alfredo came and took care of the remaining rodent problem covered all the holes under the crawl space , fixed the insulation and fixed our air ducts left it brand new. He's also very kind. I would recommend attic crew they all did amazing job.

I recently had a one-year review check conducted by Alfredo’s team, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. They were very considerate about keeping my home clean by removing their shoes before walking on the floor and putting them back on when using the ladder to access the attic. The team communicated in real-time, sharing photos and text updates while they worked, which I greatly appreciated. We had a wasp nest (has been inactive) in the atic and they took care of removing it, along with swiftly repairing the drywall damage caused by the wasps. I am completely satisfied with the efficiency and quality of work delivered by Alfredo’s team.

Alfredo from Attic Crew came by this afternoon and performed our post-attic work inspection. He arrived on time and efficiently introduced himself and explained how he would make the inspection. After he was done with the inspection, he showed us pictures of the ventilation and mold abatement work that had been done. He had found several small additional patches of remaining mold and treated them and showed us video of him doing this work.You have a friendly, professional crew who do very good work—thanks!

You do not understand "disgusting" unless you had the displeasure of seeing my crawl space once the rodents had set up housekeeping. Their droppings and remains were everywhere, and the insulation beneath the floor was trashed. A friend recommended Attic Crew, and Tom showed up right away and gave me a very professional and thorough estimate. Angie scheduled Joey and his crew for six days later, and the job is done - one week from initial inquiry to completion. They were meticulously neat and respectful of our house, which really matters when you're dealing with bags of old insulation that mice have been living in. Joey walked me through every step of the process, with photos, and I feel like I got true value for the money it cost me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Well done!

Alfredo was quick and efficient and captured photos to show that there was no evidence of rodents. We had attic crew do a full redo of insulation and rodent removal a couple of years ago and they were willing to work with us to come recheck things even after our warranty expired.

I needed to remove the blown in insulation in our attic for a kitchen remodel we are doing. I got bids from 3 different companies. Ultimately I selected Attic Crew for 2 reasons. First, Daniel, the estimator, did by far the most thorough job of inspecting the attic. I know this because I walked and crawled through the attic with each estimator. Second, Attic Crew's bid, while not the lowest of the 3, was competitive. The team that came to our house to remove the insulation was led by Sam. Sam called ahead to let me know exactly when he was arriving (which was just 15 minutes different from the scheduled appointment time of 8a.m.). He and his crew worked diligently, right through the lunch hour, and finished in early afternoon. Sam and I returned to the attic to inspect the job and I was impressed with the thoroughness of their work. They had crawled to the most difficult to reach areas of the attic to vacuum out the insulation, sealed air leaks, and treated the mildew that had formed on some of the framing. I'm more than satisfied with their work.

Very good pricing and easy to work with.They created a plastic tunnel to prevent dust in the house. Caught most dust, but air quality was poor for 24 hours and my wife has asthma so we had planned to vacate the house while it aired out and cleaned all surfaces after just in case. Air is much better now!We had black and white mold plus old insulation and debris from reroofing that spread dust in the house through canned lights not to mention outside smoke. Didn’t quite get all the mold first time, but caught it at the 2 week inspection. Hoping that’s the last of it.

Simply Amazing!I had Joey and his attic crew complete work on my house yesterday and I can't tell you all how kind, professional, respectful of my property, stress-free, and incredibly quick with their work. I have a little under 1100sq/ft house and needed my attic to be rodent proofed and reinsulated. I also had a crawlspace under the house that needed rodent sanitation as well as a new vapor barrier put in. I phoned the company to inquire about their services. The call was immediately answered by Sanda (who is one the kindest people i have spoken with on the phone maybe ever). She sent out an evalutator, Tom, the next day(who was amazingly knowledgeable & friendly) which made the decision to hire them an easy one. Joey brought a small army with him to complete this work. I'm talking 6-7ppl working all day on my small house to get the work done and leave me, my wife and my daughter completely content. They were also done a bit before most peoples workday has ended - which is wonderful.I have zero doubt in my mind that the work performed on my house was both professional in service and excellent in quality. Plus they have a full service warranty on all work done (5 years labor, 2 years mold remediation coverage.WIth all this said the mesage is very simple: Hire this company, they will do right by you and stand proudly behind their work!Thank you Joey & his crew, thank you Sandra and thank you Tom! You all made this easy and when it comes to home repairs, easy is not generally a word that i would use to describe my experiences but easy is easy to say when I delt with the Attic Crew!

I had a frustrating experience with Attic Crew. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.The workers appeared skilled, though I admit (and as you'll see) I'm not an expert on attic or basement work. My issue isn't with the quality of their work but rather with their customer service, which was severely lacking. If you're considering hiring them and can prepare better than I was able to, perhaps your experience will be different.There was no communication about preparation or what to expect on the day of service. They provided a one-hour arrival window and showed up five minutes late, which limited our initial interaction. After a brief introduction, I told them where I'd be in the house and invited them to come to me with any questions or comments.A few hours into the work, I began experiencing intense & constant stinging in my eyes and slight difficulties breathing. Looking outside, I noticed they had begun to fumigate my house without warning. I knew they were changing out insulation and going to make sure rodents could not get in, but did not consciously know they were going to fumigate (nor was this discussed outright). To make matters worse, when I tried to escape, I found my exit well sealed off. Workers in hazmat suits and masks were on the other side, oblivious to my presence because of loud music, focus and a general oblivion. Most of the times I looked out my sealed doorway though, which I kept closed to keep chemicals out, no one was around. I considered breaking the seal, but was concerned about intense chemical exposure. I felt trapped and ignored in a fundamental way. Like, I don't think words can do justice to how negative I felt being gassed out in my own home. I was stuck in my office without access to food, water, or a restroom for a rough total of 5 hours, and unable to use my phone which was charging in another room. I was forced to resort to urinating out a window and even considered escaping the same way. Once the fumigation stopped, I tore through their seal in the doorway to exit. It was still hours before I could access/use my house as they were not done with their general work.To me, this treatment feels unacceptable.This experience could have been easily avoided with proper communication. A simple heads-up about the day’s procedures would have made a significant difference. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation. I looked up the chemicals that were used afterwards, and they are not safe to inhale. So just to say it outright, don't stay home when they do their work.

Juan and his crew did a great job cleaning up and rodent proofing my crawl space. They were quick, worked hard and left the space clean.Attic crew was a better price than the bids I got from Clean Crawls and Crawl Pros. And they were able to clean out and get insulation into an extremely tight and narrow space. Both the other companies I got bids from had refused to do that space because they said they wouldn’t be able to access it. But Attic Crew did it no problem.I was super happy with the service and price.

Alfredo came for a follow up inspection and noticed some mold that had been missed in the initial treatment. He promptly treated everything and showed me photos to verify the service. Although I’m disappointed Attic Crew missed some mold, I’m thankful for their warranty and the follow up service.

Had a great experience with Attic Crew. From Tom's care, converstaion, and quotation assessment to Erick and his team for being considerate and careful in our entire home/space, conducting the clean out of our attic with professionalism -seeming to have fun while they were at it - there was lots of laughter and postitive energy.We're utilizing their banking options and so far, the Wisetack and Citizens Bank has been very streamlined and efficient, leaving minimal room for questions about what's expected and when payment is needed. Overall, a great expereince! Five stars from me.

Joey and his crew did a great job top-to-bottom to protect my investment in a 2300 sf, 35-year old, triple-wide modular home I recently bought. In the attic, they rodent-proofed, replaced soiled insulation, sanitized and remediated mold, and fixed an improperly ducted bathroom vent that was venting moist air into my attic creating conditions for mold. In the crawlspace, they did a ton of work! They replaced infested insulation, re-wrapped HVAC vents with rodent resistent material, discovered and remediated mold, added perimeter French drains and sump pump with front yard drainfield to deal with a irrepairable downspout drainage system that was creating several inches of standing water under the house (and contributing to mold) during / after heavy rains, replaced & repaired failed concrete skirting, added an interior concrete curtain wall for rodent exclusion, fixed the crawlspace entry opening and door to keep critters out, and replaced old & damaged 3 mil vapor barrier with sturdy 10 mil.Joey communicated regularly and thoroughly about all aspects of this complex and evolving project. The crew was at my home for several days working on a tight timeline before my move-in date. They adapted around the plumbing contractor's schedule for replacing old pipes with PEX, which had to happen after soiled insulation and vapor barrier were pulled out and before the new materials went in. The Attic Crew guys worked hard and cheerfully and left the place immaculate!I have peace of mind that they will stand behind their work and I'm not going to be living on a hidden mold and rodent farm that could cause health problems and destroy the underside of my home in the years to come.
