My Contractor Danny is the best he came to my residence and asked what I want in home repair I had a long list he spent over 3 hours explaining what when and how they work and billing and the license and bonding . And most of all insurance that everything would be the best. I had wind storms that took out my porch fence, roof,storage shed and carport. I look at the beautiful work they did and made sure it was right he personally came on sight and check every stage of work and the Crew also I thank so much. In time for Christmas. Worked with NW Builders project manager Ziv to replace flooring in basement, update lighting, and repair drywall damage. We had some unexpected issues (leveling the floor) and delays (concrete not drying very fast), but Ziv and the team were able to handle everything. He was always very responsive to our questions, no matter what time. He communicated several times a day to keep us updated. All the subs that came to the house were all very skilled in their trade and did great work! It looks like a new house and made our dream come to life! A responsible contractor who gets the job done. We are in the process of working on the next project with NW Builders. Thank you Ziv and team!

I hired Northwest Builders for a deck replacement project and it came the added complexity of having this job take place in conjunction with a major plumbing repair so scheduling was a critical element. Boaz was the project manger on this job and he was amazingly flexible in making the schedule work both with his team and the plumbing company as well. He also was a big help in assisting me with the choice of materials. The new deck is in and I could not be happier with it. I will recommend this company to friends and family and will use them again on future projects!

I am sure this company provides quality workmanship and overall positive outcomes for their clients, and my issue isn't necessarily with the company but with the representative of the company that came to my house today. I scheduled an appointment for them to provide an estimate for a roof replacement. I had clearly informed the person over the phone that we were not in a place to make any decisions right away and that we simply wanted to know our options. She made no indication that this would be an issue. When the project manager arrived for the appointment, his overall demeanor was disrespectful and rude. When I told him I only had about 20 minutes he looked offended and said he drove an hour to meet with me, as if I was supposed to know that and feel sorry for him. I was respectful but told him 20 minutes is all I planned for and no one had told me they would need at least an hour of my time, if not more. So he set his backpack down, pulled out a glass award to show me all the accolades his company has earned but didn't care to explain what any of it meant to me. After talking for a few minutes he asked again if I really only had 20 minutes. I confirmed that and told him I needed to get back to work, in which he replied "I find that hard to believe". Those were his exact words. He then proceeded to get frustrated, handed me his business card and started walking towards the front door. He gave me a rough estimate for our project and asked if that was around what other companies had quoted me. I told him it was more and he scoffed and said "no way" and then he left. I get it. You think your time is more valuable than mine. You're trying to make money and you don't get paid if you don't get the project. But do not come into my home and act as though I offended you by only giving you 20 minutes of my time. You are representing your company and you have no right to be disrespectful to me in my own home. Learn to adjust to the situation next time. The customer's time is always more valuable than yours.

Our roofing project began with a visit and quote from our project manager, Adam. Adam took his time explaining and going over all our options in detail. After we made the decision to go ahead with the project Adam kept us informed on a daily basis on how the project was progressing from the ordering of the materials to the final inspection. We got several quotes from various companies. Northwest's quote was not the least expensive but we felt it was the best value for all that was going to be done. The service we received was exceptional from beginning to end and we would not hesitate to call on Northwest, Adam, and his team of experts for any future projects we have. We're very pleased with the work that has been done!

I reached out to this company for a quote for installing vinyl flooring that I had purchased. I received a phone call the next morning from the company and set up an appointment for later that week. Within the next 2 hours, I proceeded to get 5 more phone calls from 5 different people asking to set up an appointment. I had to repeat myself each and every time saying that I already had an appointment for that Friday.Fast forward to Friday, David showed up and let me know it would take about an hour to do the quote. I thought this was too long of a period to give a quote for snap in vinyl flooring that I had already purchased, but allowed him the time he needed. While he was writing up the quote after taking measurements, I received a phone call. I let him know that I would need to step out, as I was also waiting on other bids and still actively setting up quote requests and appointments. To my annoyance, it was another person from NW Builders asking to set up an appointment, to which I let them know that I was already meeting with someone. At this point, I am really annoyed with this company.I go back and it takes another 10 minutes or so and the David let me know he was ready to go over the quote. We went over the quote and when we got to the end, I had to do a double and triple take at the cost. At this point, I asked if he understood that I had materials already purchased and that I was just looking for labor to install the vinyl, to which he replied he understood. I at this point asked if he was serious with the quote, to which he tried to convince me that it was the quality of work that was the reason it was so high. The quote he came back to me with was $14,000-$17,000 for a 650 sq. ft. snap in vinyl installation. This translates to $21.50 to $26.00 a square foot for labor alone. I promptly let him know that this was absurd and that his quote was 4 times more than anything I had received and that we would not be going with NW Builders for this job and that I was very aggravated by the constant spamming from them getting the appointment set up and even let him know that the person who called me was from his company trying to set up an appointment.I at this point thought I was done with this company. Little did I know, today 12/4/2023 I received another phone call from someone asking for me by name and asking about doing a vinyl floor installation. I quickly asked what company they were from and found out they were from NW Builders. I promptly told them to stop spamming me and that I had already told them to never call me again.I understand that there can be internal miscommunications, but this feels blatant and disrespectful to prospective clients. I hope this helps someone avoid getting spammed by this company unnecessarily or that NW Builders will look internally at the way they handle leads and communication to avoid spamming people.

I enjoyed working with the employees of Northwest Builders & Renovation because they listened to me when there was a necessary change in plans as the project of replacing my roof progressed. Danny , the project team leader and contractor was pleasant to work with, and he saw to it that the work was done in a timely manner. The other team members were also friendly people with whom to work. I am satisfied with the appearance my new roof ; it complements the trim on my house and is well constructed.

I will definitely use these guys again -- my roof developed a big leak, and like magic, they replaced the whole thing in the TWO DAYS between winter storms. It's held up beautifully. At the start of the project, David the project manager went over the roof and through the attic, showed me photos and video he'd taken of the conditions everywhere, and gave me a detailed writeup of the project scope. He showed up halfway through, notified me of changes, and handled it compassionately when my financing hit a snag. Thanks, David.

Gave the most reasonable quote. Project manager, Yuri, was very responsive, good communicator and thorough. We did a bathroom reno, added wall and door. Yuri had great input during designing stage and followed up after quote and during each phase of construction. My roof need to be fix and I waited months and went through a lot from GAP warranty claim services to approve my claim but without Moshe of Northwest Builder and Renovations it seems to be impossible. He goes beyond to help me contacting the manager itself explaining my situation and to expedite my case since winter is coming and I’am so thankful for that. Both Moshe and Moses are very responsive, communicable and was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and hoping to work with them again in the future for another project.

This company sent us a guy that knows nothing about construction guidelines. He promised us all of our permits and blueprints. Now they are denying our permits and we basically we paid them $10,800.00 for plans on a 900 square ft. garage and all we are getting is blueprints. Do not recommend.

They took an estimate and spent approximately two hours in our home. They seemed very reasonably priced and even offered a discount for scheduling flexibility. They stated the estimate was good for 30 days. When we later stated we would go with their company they then said they “made a mistake” and increased the price by 5,000.Check their better business profile - their accreditation has been revoked. My guess is they are giving “discounts” aka paying customers for good reviews. Would avoid.

I had a major backyard project with demolition, grading, concrete walls, stairs, brick pavers and astroturf. One of the largest home projects I’ve done. My wife and I interviewed about 10 contractors and ended our search with NW Builders & Renovation (NW BR). We sat down with the representative to go over the vision, timing, and cost. This was a detailed discussion. The rep. took minimal notes (should have been my first red flag). We were told that this project would go smoothly and that everything would be wonderful. We signed the contract, and the project began. After seeing many of the items I communicated with NW BR were not happening, I became more involved. I found that they were cutting corners everywhere and the quality was very subpar. I had to come home many times to work with the team to get things even close to correct (accumulating 2 full workdays of time off). We were told many times they could not do what I was asking for; after online searching the need/request, I would re-approach them, and magically they could do it. NW BR barely met their contractual obligations, with the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered with a contractor, I made a final payment in full; not wanting to deal with a long dragged-out fight. At the final sign-off I gave a subpar performance review, which the representative was taken back, he felt this was a “top quality” project (It is far from the Top), he tried to convince me of the quality; I finally had to invite him to leave. As neighbors and friend ask about the project, we would never recommend NW Builders & Renovation; more trouble than they are worth, zero forward thinking, and the quality very subpar. [Try other contractors ]

Wonderful, attentive, collaborative team who helped us choose and build the best solution to add a home office to our property. Very very responsive, friendly, respectful, and courteous. Project completed exactly on time according to specs. We will be working with NW Builders & Renovation for all our remodel and construction projects going forward.It's also very worth mentioning that they were the most helpful and LEAST pressuring group we spoke with while looking around and talking to about 8 different companies. Our project manager appreciated the aesthetic quality of the project in relationship to our property and was creatively interested in the project. We never felt that they were in it 'for the sale'. They worked with us to find a solution within our budget and were incredibly transparent about all costs and options for payment.
