Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took care of the approval with my HOA, gave me information on net metering, financing and provided a layout of what the final installation would look like on my roof. He was very upfront about the schedule and identified times that may take longer than expected. Once the installation was complete he clarified that he had no control over when L&I would be out for the inspection or when PSE would be out to give the OK to energize the system. Brad kept in contact with me throughout the process form beginning to end. Whenever I had a question during the process he answered my calls or returned my call within 24 hours. My system was just energized in May 2023. In 10 days I'll have produced more electricity than I used in the month of March.

After 4 different bids we went with Brad and his company. He was always at least one step ahead of everyone else. We liked how he was able to work within our schedule to make this project happen. We liked that he gave us references when we asked, and was able to answer the many questions that we had to our satisfaction. Brad came to our home to give us an estimate on solar panels. The next day he sent a text informing my husband that he may have COVID but would let us know of the results of his test. That was the last we heard from him. We have no idea if he exposed us or not. Luckily we haven’t gotten sick. Would not recommend based on lack of communication 👎
