They had great communication, from getting an estimate, to scheduling, to communicating about issues. The crew worked fast and efficiently and it looks great!If I could do partial stars, I would give 4.5 stars. Prior to the work starting I was asked if I have kids or pets, because if so they would do a more thorough clean up to ensure there were not stray nails and debris. After they had left, just walking around, I picked up 10 total nails (the pic showing a few) and other debris. I have two little kids, so the fear of them finding something they shouldn't or getting hurt while playing outside was a major concern for me. I called them, and they said they would send someone out to do a more thorough job. After a few scheduling hiccups to have a worker come back out, it did finally get taken care of and I was pleased with the clean up they did. I just wish it had been done initially as I understood.Besides that I would definitely recommend working with them!

I had a few shingles that flew off my roof with every strong wind that came my way. My house is only two years old so very concerning to me. I called Alpine Roofing. Got a quote from them and they were out the next day! My roof is fixed and I don’t have to worry about winter damage from the snow. Thanks to Alpine Roofing, I can rest easy this winter.

Alpine roofing and their team were amazing to work with start to finish. When I called, Ben came out and was able to get me a quote within 24hrs, to have the old roof tore off and new roof installed. There was some damage done to my roof after a few windstorms that we've had here in the area. I contacted Alpine Roofing and got a quick response from both Ben and Mike. A roof inspection was completed and Mike informed me that the roof was still in good condition after 20 years. They suggested a biobased product called Roof Revyve Rejuvenation, which is a liquid membrane shingle application that would extend the roof life by 6 years. They also guaranteed me a 6 year warranty on the shingles. A few years from now, I will be replacing my entire roof and it will be with Alpine Roofing. More shingles blew off my roof so I called a couple places. Alpine had an inspector out here in 1 hour, he noticed several other issues and I got a quote with multiple options 30 minutes later. Two or three hours after selecting "option 1" Another Alpine truck arrived and the shingles were replaced promptly. Ben, Sal, and Sean we're a solid team for alpine. With efficiency, quality, affordability I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't use them to replace my entire roof when the time comes in the near future. Thanks Alpine!

This is a fabulous company to work with! They had the best bid out of the 6 bids we received. They use quality materials along with providing excellent and professional service! The crew was pleasant, helpful and efficient. You can see the friendly worker in the photo. They put down coverings below to catch any debris and they clean up at the end of the day as well. Ben was great to work with. He is extremely prompt in returning calls and all communication throughout the process. Communication and excellent customer service is a strong point with this company! Great people to work with! My elderly mother couldn't recall who replaced her roof which was now leaking, and Alpine came out, and knew immediately what company had done it, initiated a claim, did the repair quickly, and everything was handled smoothly. They took a big load off my mind by handling all aspects of the repair, and had great communication throughout. Have already recommended them to two friends and will use them if my own house needs any roofing work.

These people are awesome and on the ball. We had a high wind storm late last night. I noticed some of my home’s roofing was blown off and damaged, so I contacted Alpine Roofing. From the beginning to the end of the process, Alpine was exceptional. When we decided we needed a new roof I asked for estimates from a few companies. Alpine was the first to get back to us, and the easiest to set up an appointment. Within an hour after they came out to measure the roof, I had an estimate emailed to me with 3 options and details explaining the difference between them. They also offered financing options. We didn’t use that so I can’t speak to that process but it was an option offered.After all the companies we contacted came out and gave us their estimates we sat down and made a decision. The difference between the different companies estimates was fairly small so that actually didn’t factor into our choice. How we made the decision was based on our interaction with Alpine in the estimate process. They made a great impression from the beginning and everyone we spoke to were professional.Once we accepted the bid, paid half as a down payment and chose the color of roofing, they went into action and kept us up to date on weather conditions and when they would be able to begin the project. I never once had to call them and ask them what the next step was because they kept me up to date via email, text and occasionally a call.The day before the material was scheduled to arrive they had a toilet delivered to our property. I don’t know if this standard practice but I was really happy to see that they provided this for the crew.The next day, the material was delivered to our property and two days later we had a new roof!When the crew came out to remove our roof I was so impressed at how they set up with the tarps, etc, to keep the mess to a minimum and make clean up easy. While they were only roofing for two days, they NEVER left a mess. I swear to you, they left our yard in better condition than they found it. I have not found a single nail or stay piece of roofing anywhere.The roof itself looks great, but what really sold me on this company was how they handled the entire process and made it so easy for us. I would 100% recommend them.

Alpine Roofing is all about the customer and they do a high quality of work. We had some issues with our insurance company, and they had our back throughout the whole process. Ben and Mike ALWAYS responded to my questions in a timely manner and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Mike was present for our 2nd inspection from the insurance adjuster, and he was so professional. We ended up getting a full roof replacement, and once everything was said and done, they scheduled to replace our roof within 2 days and had the job finished in 1 day. Alpine Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my roof after damage from multiple windstorms. The owner, Ben, went over and above helping me go through the process working with my insurance company and getting additional financial assistance from a separate company to help make the work truly affordable. Ben also took time to bring over shingle samples for me to choose from and even special ordered a new chimney cap since mine was lost in one of the windstorm. The crew was ontime, and worked very hard on a hot day, and went over my lawn 3 times to ensure they found all stray nails.I recommend Alpine Roofing very highly and have already recommended them to a coworker!
