Signed a contract with Flaminco in July 2022 promising a home addition completed by November 2022. The delays and excuses started almost immediately. By April 2023 we only had a foundation and poorly framed walls, much of it with serious issues and not following our architect's plans. Then we had an electrical fire in late April that likely would have burned our house down had we not been at home and quick to catch it. The Benton PUD traced the issue to damage to our buried power line caused by the foundation excavations. Construction should never have proceeded over a direct bury power line. It needed to have been moved and put in conduit. We immediately terminated our contract and requested a refund of down payment funds less the value of work done, but Flaminco has gone silent. Certified letter to mailing address was returned to sender. We felt kind of stupid picking a bad contractor despite doing due diligence, but since signing our contract we've discovered we're not alone. Other homeowners have surfaced with very similar stories to ours - some in worse situations. Suffice it to say, I would not recommended at all.

I hired them to build an addition to my home, and experienced months and months of lack of progress, no responses to my calls or texts, and if I did get through to them, they had excuse after excuse which I now no longer believe a single one of. After an entire year, and a sizable down payment, (of which I did not receive the unused portion back) the only thing that they had accomplished towards my addition was abandoned forms for footings and left my yard /home looking as it does in the attached picture. I Would not recommend this company to anyone and question if they have ever finished a project that they started for anyone.

I observed Doug and his employee Angel string my mother in law along for months on a project. They promised a 90 completion and did nothing beyond fixing a power box issue (which required them to dig a trench that they left open for a month and a half and resulted in animals falling in and my mother in law almost falling in several times just to access her lawn) and make promises to come do work. There was always an excuse for why they couldn't show up and after 11 months of excuses and no progress my mother in law finally fired them. There was no return of her down payment and Flaminco (Doug and Angel) went silent with no response to outreach. This company is a sham and prays on people who wouldn't know any better. Don't be fooled, read the reviews and trust all these people.

We hired Flaminco in Feb 2022 for a renovation of our home, with a completion date of May 9th 2022.The job is still not complete. First few week or so things were going smoothly. Then workers started not showing up and little to no contact from Doug. He always had so sort of excuse for work not being done.We had so many problems with this company. I've had several leaks in the bathroom because something was hooked up wrong. The quality of work was not good. We've already had to replace several things they've done. No permits were pulled after being told several times he was taking care of it. He brought a used oven in my home that was infested with cockroaches. I could go on and on. I stopped talking to him Nov 3, 2022 and never heard back from him.I made a complaint with LNI and he had one of his workers come to my house offering us 5,000 to drop claim. We asked him to send Doug or or the owner of the company neomi to talk to us and never heard anything again. We are having to fix mistakes in order to permits. My advice is don't hire this company!

Be advised, most positive reviews for this company are commercial customers, employees of the company or other close associates. Steer clear if you are a residential customer.This company appears to be responsive and easy to work with while in the bidding process but, once you’re under contract you’ll struggle to ever get a hold of them. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Finally fired him and saw more progress in one month from our new contractor than in 6 months with FlaminCo. Steer clear, they present well in the beginning but then take your money and string you along. Don’t be fooled.

Horrible place to work, even worse to hire for work. They don't pay their employees, lie to customers and take money from customers without completing the job. Would not recommend this poorly run company to my worst enemy.

Ultimately they took our money and never performed the work to complete the job. The workers are inexperienced in the craft and perform at a very low quality level. Promised windows by November then ghosted us causing frozen pipes and flooding in the house.

A sham of a business that preys on elderly people. Signed contact for a new house over a year ago. I paid a significant amount down and this is what I got...A pile of dirt and an unfinished subfloor.
