No communication after the process of getting the estimate. It took over a year for the work to get done and my gutters and fence are both crooked. It honestly looks worse than it did before they started and if I wanted my house to look like crap I would’ve done the work myself. The only thing that went smoothly was a little bit of drywall work done inside the house. Would not ever use again or recommend to anyone.

My house was a total loss house fire old Richland ranch. Northwest completely rebuilt the roofing system and updated everything from plumbing to electrical and Hvac system. They did a great job im very happy with the final results. The workers where very nice and easy to work with. Cooper my project manager went the extra mile for me when I needed it. I would highly recommend them for your restoration project.

Northwest did an amazing job on our restoration, and it was a huge 4000 square foot project. From paint to concrete floors to texture, they nailed all our spaces. Definitely recommend!

This was work preformed on my deceased mother’s house. In the beginning, they were pretty good about getting ahold of me during the dry out and damage mitigation process. When I decided to go ahead and hire this company out of pocket to preform restoration, things did not go well. They continued to call me by my mother’s name, although the check was signed by me. No communication. The “project manager” ignored me most of the time and I had to be interpreted through my husband to get any of my concerns met. The initial invoice went up $10,000 because the estimator, Micah, forgot to add labor? but when the insurance finally came to reimburse they were told that $10k was improvements we requested. One of their workers also backed a truck into the house. We were all glad when this job was over.

I had just the very worst experience with this company. The job they did on my flooring was frankly terrible. The Manager of the business agreed that it was ...in his words..."a horrible job.". They did a fine job with the clean up of the flood that occurred in my home, but in my opinion they should stick to the clean up and leave the restoration to professionals who know what they are doing. They dropped something on my new vinyl...fracturing it, and then covered it up with sticky glue like substance that they thought I would not notice, then tried to tell me that it could have come like that from the facoty. I spoke to the person who provided the materials and was assured that it had been inspected and was in perfect condition when supplied to them. The subfloor was visible in gaps in the flooring they laid. They laid the original floor incorrectly, then popped it apart damaging it further, relaid a floor with chips and gaps that are visible to the naked eye. They broke the handle off my oven door, then place back, when I went to open my oven door, it came off in my hand. They did not leve my oven up with the counters. The base boards are not flush with the floor. They have trim that is in multiple pieces when it should be one piece. There is water damaged materials that they did not even replace as they were contracted to do. If I wash the floor, the water goes under the baseboards and you can smell wet wood. Frankly, it is a complete disaster. I am going to have to redo most of the job. I had to battle them to get them to respond to my emails, finally consulting a lawyer who specializes in Construction defect to get them to respond to me. They finally agreed to return $9000 of the around $13,500 that they were givenI agreed to this because I am frankly tired of my house being a disaster area. My flood was in March of 2021. The check cleared yesterday..2/7/2022. So my house has been a disaster for almost a year. I cannot recommend more strongly that you avoid this company. The job they did is really awful. I have photos that I can share to back up my claims. I am just frankly trying to protect any other consumers that are fooled into the notion that this company is in any way able to return your home back to the way it was before your disaster...that was what they told me they would do. I trusted them, and paid a dear price for the lesson that I was taught by them. How they sleep at night is really beyond me. So buyer beware...Service: Flooring

If you want a job done consistently, within any timeline, and to be able to get a hold of your contractor, do NOT use this company.My parents are using this company to remodel their home for updates and to make it more wheelchair accessible. Before NWR had the job they were very responsive and cordial, and since starting the project NWR does not answer my mother's emails and are currently doing only small parts of the model in piecemeal with long gaps in between having work done, with no end in site for the remodel. The work is poorly planned, like building a shower that doesn't have any standard door size so can't be ordered, or forgetting to order things until it is time to install so the timelines get pushed back for weeks. She has had to defer medical appointments and procedures until the renovations are completed so she can be home for the contractors and the renovations impact her mobility due to her needing a wheelchair. She can barely get around the house and cannot use the bedroom and bathroom that are being remodeled for her wheelchair access so has to live in discomfort until the work is finished.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Remodeling, Flooring

Ok, so I haven't used their services. However, I interviewed with them for a job and was shocked when I was asked extremely outdated questions such as whether or not I was married and if I had kids. I'm pretty sure those are no longer supposed to be asked. The manager and bookkeeper need an update.

Carl and the crew that worked with us were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a distinct pleasure to have restore our home. The home is back to original (actually better) and all efforts by NW Restoration are much appreciated.

If I could give zero stars i would!!! Complete crooks. I'm having to do work and pay for work that they supposedly did. Incompetents also think its ok to cut corners and paint over moldy walls. SCUMBAGS are also double dipping and trying to get paid by both my insurance company and myself for the same half-done work. Steer clear of these guys.

It has taken them months working on my bathroom and the job is nowhere near done. The work i have seen is subpar and they are incredibly expensive. NOT WORTH THE COST.
