Zack came out to give us estimates on new gutters and a new back door. He was super friendly, easy to talk with, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He didn't waste time, but wasn't in a hurry either. He answered all of our questions, and we really appreciate that he wasn't a high pressure salesman!

My '70s home had original windows on the front, I contracted NOW Remodeling to replace them. I worked with Hunter and Jerry for the initial part on November 18th; they provided the estimate and much of the explanation of how it would work. Everything went pretty much exactly how they had explained it would. They were well equipped to show us various components to the windows - I did wish they had window obscurity samples on them, but they did have a video to show. Overall, I was very happy with Hunter and Jerry's service; they are very personable and my cats liked them. They also came to my house the day after the install to close the loop.About a month after initiating the process, Zach emailed and confirmed with me my contract and that the windows were what I wanted, etc. He made the order (I assume) after it was all sorted out and the precise measurements were taken.Shortly after Christmas, Miguel measured my windows for the refined, concise measurements to ensure good fit before the ordering actually occurred. Miguel was very meticulous in these measurements - both noted during the appointment and after windows were installed with no problem. Some of the windows would be installed in a space with rock exterior, which is not a forgiving material.Windows arrived and were installed on February 6th. It took all day (6 windows, one being particularly large). Miguel and 2 others worked from 8:20 am to 6:50 pm to install all six windows and trim the interior of each one. I was very impressed with Miguel and the 2 others (I didn't get their names), they had a good system, were very respectful, and were very hard workers. They cleaned up after all the work, and honestly I think they cleaned up some of the mess that was there before them... My large picture window needed to be broken and the frame sawed in order to be removed. Though (of course) loud, they made sure no glass stuck around afterwards.I am very happy with my windows. They look really good. They feel good to use. I love the double locking mechanism, I love the safety-stop to prevent it from opening beyond a certain point, and I particularly love the framing. I only had them do half my house, so now I need to frame out the other half...I expect I'll use NOW Remodeling to do the rest of the windows in my house when I can afford to do so, but home improvement is a marathon and not race.

Hunter and Jerry were very thorough explaining the roofing process and my options. Then the roofers were there 2 days after the contract was completed and the roof was the day after that. I'm extremely happy with how it looks.

I do not recommend. We signed our contract to get our windows in October 2022 we did not get our windows until February 2023. We had to sign new finance contracts because the one we signed in October expired. Our interest rate went up and our credit score was checked twice. When our windows came in 2 windows were measured incorrectly and a couples screens were missing so they were reordered and it took another 2 to 3 months to get new windows and screens. Our screens were bent and had to be reordered a 3rd time. Even after the 3rd time one last screen did not really fit and it was forced in and now it cannot even come out. We were promised a new one and they never brought it. I had contacted them several times and now just gave up on the last screen.

All I can say about Now Remodeling is that they spend hours in your home without divulging pertinent information that would be essential in making an informative decision. Please do your do-diligence in dealing with this outfit. They did not have the correct window count on our home, the wrong window trimming, etc. Buyer beware....!

These people where in our home over 6 hours I would advise not to use these people they had everything wrong on the contract put my info through to the loan company with out my approval or signature then had the..... to call and tell us that they didn't trust us. If you have this business out beware and vet them good.In responseWe had no idea what we were getting so how can you say our budget????With the unprofessionalism on your behalf we have contacted to BBB and Federal Trade commissioner and anyone else that we can. Your company sir is unprofessional to sit in someone's house that long trying to convince us to go with your company when we told you we had no idea what we were getting you for upset and said we're cancelling this contract in all reality it is a true blessing. I would advise you as the manager or owner that you train your staff better

We worked with Seth & Jerry to facilitate adding gutters to our home. They were easy to work with & we appreciated that they didn’t ever feel pushy. The gutters weren’t installed according to what we ordered, but Now Remodeling caught the error right away and sent the gutter company back out to correct it. Ordered door replacements on March 24 and was told it would be six weeks. At 17 weeks I was told nothing had been done to start the manufacturing and there was nothing they could do about it. I ordered windows in February of 2023 and the company measured them incorrectly. After the initial order came in, they tried to force the oversized windows into our house but we turned down the remaining windows after seeing how the first three were installed. We were told the remaining windows were reordered but it is now the end of August and I only get ghosted by these people. At this point I have no idea what to do.
