They have been super. I hired them for kitchen and bath remodel, and they were thorough and professional. Lori and Dale are wonderful people!The picture is after 5 years. VERY disappointed in the shower work. Had to replace flooring, working to repair shower now. I contacted them after 2 years about cracking tiles and was told that the tile shower was too heavy for the space, and the house shifted. My experts said they were wrong. Now, I would not recommend them.

The crew was out today to take care of my list. The electrician was very punctual. He installed the socket I needed and was in and out in 30 minutes. No mess was left. They are always great about that. I also needed some things repaired that a previous kitchen remodel had done poorly. Those gentlemen did an excellent job and again left no mess. Embarrassed to say my floor is probably cleaner after their visit. Previously I had a 40 year old handmade floorlamp. The socket had shorted out due to my ignorance on bulb size. Not only did they quickly replace the socket on my beloved lamp they educated me on the correct size bulb to use. I have used Hunny Do five times now and couldn't be happier. They are GREAT! Just saw they do cleaning. May have to treat myself.Service: General repairs

The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed, but it was not correctly done and they had to come back out to my house multiple times.I had them complete an estimate, however, I was told that the project manager needed to come out at a later date. No big deal, we scheduled for a day at 11am. I worked in Connell at the time, so it takes me about 35 minutes to get home. I put in two hours of time off, but got a call that morning saying their project manager couldn't come out and we had to reschedule for a different day. I was annoyed, but things happen, so we scheduled for a different day.The next day we schedule for the project manager to be at my house at 9am. I decided to take a half day at work because there was no point in going in then turning around. The day of, I got a call at 8am saying that again, the project manager couldn't make it and asked if we could reschedule yet again. I said I took time off to be here, is there really no way someone could come out. After a few minutes of talking to someone else, they told me they'll send someone out "at some point later today. We don't know when, but he'll call you when he's on his way." I took the rest of the day off, because I didn't know when they'd be in. Awesome.I hired the crew to come replace stair treads, repair a fence panel that had fallen over, replace the tank for the toilet, and replace two windowsills. Later on, I asked if we could add installing trim in a specific area.Three stair treads were damaged. At the estimate, I asked if we should just replace all of them, so that they match. I was told, "No, we're really good at matching the color. We can just replace the three." Maybe it was my fault for not pushing to have them all replaced, but I was moving and saving money was a great idea. As you can see by the attached pictures, they looked completely different. I asked them to come out again to replace the others.I also confirmed different times about the trim. I was a little paranoid because it wasn't a part of the original estimate. Two different people confirmed that the trim would be completed. The trim was not completed the day of the job. I called asking about it and was told, "We have two different people in the office at the moment, and neither of us knew about the trim." Wow. Okay. I had to bring them out again to fix that.The estimator looked at the fence panel and assured me that they could do it. After the work was completed, I was informed that they couldn't fix it, and gave me references to other companies that could. I was on a time crunch to sell my house, so that wasn't an option. Just please tell me in the beginning that you can't do it.They came back at a later date to change out the rest of the stair treads. They removed the trim from the top step to install the tread, but left the trim off (shown in pictures). This was incredibly unprofessional. I emailed them pictures and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. They apologized profusely and said it's not indicative of who they are and their professionalism. I thought to myself, "Hmm. Right."Finally, the last issue I had with Hunny Do Crew was setting up a date for the work itself. Originally, I was told that they would come out on October 5th, but that the installation items may take longer to be ordered. I said that's fine, but please let me know when there was more of a definitive date. 10/5 comes around and still haven't heard anything. I had to call in to ask about when someone would be coming out for repairs and it took several minutes to figure it out. Finally they said someone would be out on 10/12. That's fine. I'd be gone since I was moving, but that's fine. I confirmed the trim for the third time at this point and was told that it would definitely be completed (you already know it wasn't).The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed. It took time, but it was completed. I see that they have amazing reviews, their employees were nice and accommodating, but I personally can't recommend them.Services: General repairs, Repair flooring

I hired the Hunny-Do Crew for a deep cleaning of my home a year ago and it was FANTASTIC!!! Letty and Mariana did an incredible job from the basics to the deep; oven, windows, crevices, walls, baseboards and more!!! It was worth every penny and I now have them come on a monthly basis for basic house cleaning!! Hunny-Do has done a variety of other handy man services for me in the past and I have always been 100% satisfied!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The owners, mainly the wife Lori, whom doesn’t do much, has a drinking issue and yells/swears at the employees. Very unprofessional business. The so called “project engineer” Aaron Spears drinks daily at work and definitely effects the productivity of the estimates and jobs that are lined up. Do not trust these human beings, it is very sad.She will get her “office manager” to try to take this down and write a reply, as she does not know how to handle situations.

I bought a house that they had done work on. Pipes that they had fixed leaked when I got my keys, so the realtor called and had them come back out and fix it, while they were there I showed the man that a section of the roof was leaking that on the invoice said was supposed to be fixed. He stated that he would have to go check what their system said they were to fix (they supposedly take pictures of all their work) and he would get back to me. I waited a week before calling them to see what the verdict was, I didn't live there when the work was done so I wasn't sure if that was specifically a section they had worked on (invoice states 90 day warranty on labor). The invoice stated that where the roof met the patio roof was to be fixed and a quality of 2.5 for labor at $400 so I would assume it covered the entire small section of the roof. They didn't answer but called me back 2 business days later to tell me they would look in to it. 2 weeks later and 2 more phone calls left unanswered. Everything on the invoice for their work, I got when I bought the house has had an issue but I don't even bother trying to call and see if they'll honor their work. Even the leak they 'fixed' when they did come out is leaking again. Extremely disappointed as I had heard great things about them.

To show my appreciation for The Hunny Do Crew, I've decided to eat crow and tell you a story.Ww use The Hunny Do Crew all the time. After the last wind storm we needed a fence repair. They came out for a quote. It was totally reasonable, but couldn't come out for a few weeks. Understandable for a company that does great work.But, no, I listened to the little gremlin in my ear that said... you should have a fence now. Had another company come out & they were even a little cheaper. Seemed like a no brainer. Big mistake. Huge.6 months later, with a fence that still needs repairs, I called The Hunny Do Crew. Out they came to look at what needed to be done now, and give me yet another free quote. I am happy to share that they did so with kindness and compassion.Hunny Do Crew, next time you'll be my first call, and my last. Just had all my baseboards redone and doors trimmed by the Hunny-do Crew as well as replacing a toilet bowl mechanism, new faucets in 2 bathrooms and install new lighting fixtures and a ceiling fan - They were on time each day and worked tirelessly to get this done in 2.5 days. Left everything spotless and were a pleasure to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them!

The crew arrived as agreed upon on Tuesday, they did not use our bathrooms (thank you!), they did exceptional work in the rain and snow, accomplished tasks a day longer than expected due to inclement weather changes that couldn't be avoided, arrived promptly the next morning and completed all work as contracted.Bravo. I have used the Hunny-Do Crew for 2 projects now and have a 3rd one scheduled for next month. Their work is top-notch and they are super easy to work with. They are easy to get ahold of, reply back or answer questions quickly and actually show up when they are scheduled to come - something I've found to be a rare quality lately. I purchased a home that is older and quite a fixer-upper so have had an abundance of repair work done here. They are honestly the only company I've hired who have met or exceeded my expectations!

My husband having cancer has made some stressful situation and days, but Jill really knows how to put you at ease and is very easy to talk too. These girls know how to clean and are fast too! I have used their services for; furniture assemble, installing a new front door on my home, installing a new hot water heater, and a few other things. They did a great job on all of it. I can't speak on the quality of work they do. I asked for an estimate to install carpet and padding for a 10x10 room. They quoted 675 dollars to install carpet , padding and to pick up the carpet from Cost Less Carpet. The company who did do the work did all the above for 150 dollars. I heard The Hunny Do Crew does great work but I certainly can't afford them.
