I was able to get my new room within 2weeks. The project was set for 3days but only took 1day! I was quite impressed to say the least. Final product looks great!

Amazing experience with this company beginning to end. You never know what you are going to get with any sort of construction company and I guess I always hear horror stories so I am always weary but every step of the way I felt reassured and comfortable with this company. Jacob came out to do the estimate and was nothing but professional, kind, and informative. When he passed the job onto the project manager, Trevor, the good service continued. The level of professionalism continued. Very good communication, quick response time, took the time to answer questions, and at the end of the day the work was exceptionally done. I highly recommend working with this company for your roofing needs. As a part of my roofing job they also got my attic ventilation up to code, installed new gutters and got my insulation up to code. It felt full service! The roof was done in 2 days, gutters in one day, and insulation in less than a day. No disruption to me.

Every point of contact with this company was so enjoyable! They spend the time and talent with you to assure that you are receiving the best customer service, care and quality materials at a very reasonable price point. They made sure that I got all the discounts available.The crew all worked very well together and did an excellent job getting my roof done in a timely manner. There was a project manager on site throughout. They protected the house , driveway, walkways and gardens while working so well together. I think the clean up left the yard better than before they started.Joshua is so personable and easy to work with…answers every call and emails detailed information. There was never a question about where we were in any phase of the project.It rained very hard last night and it was such a comfort to walk around the house and not see ANY evidence of drips or leaks overtopping the gutters or rain streaming from between the siding any longer.I’m so grateful.Thank you.( The photo is my neighbor’s cat double checking Joshua doing the 25 point final inspection!!)

During Luke’s initial assessment of my TPO roof, he pointed out dozens of mistakes in application from previous roofing companies.I chose to have Ibex replace and repair all those mistakes. Financing with their partnered credit union was fast and easy.When we finally had a dry day, Luke and Caleb got to work. They were efficient and thorough. Luke provided pictures before, to show problem areas, and after, to show the repair. I even had a whole section of TPO replaced, as a previous company used the wrong application and method to attempt a repair.I would highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They are prompt, communicative and professional. Luke did a great job explaining to me in layman’s terms the entire process.

I was so fortunate to have Bliss recommended by a friend. Bliss turned out to be the right choice to have my roof/shingles replaced. They were upfront, fast, always had a positive attitude, always returned my calls very fast. They did a great job in less time than I expected. The removal of my gutters (20 years old) and installation of custom gutters exceeded my expectations. The removal and new installation took approximately 4 hours from start to finish. The two man team was exceptional in their communication with me regarding the process and the work to be done. We discovered a skylight leaking into our attic earlier this winter. The leak was quite bad and needed to be addressed ASAP. We got multiple quotes but were most impressed by Luke from Ibex who came out promptly and also pointed out several other items in our attic and on our roof that should be addressed. Their pricing was also not absurd!Luke came out twice to complete the job which included replacing the skylight, shingles around the skylight, replacing rotten plywood from the leak, and also taking care of some venting from fans in our house that vented directly into the attic. He worked efficiently and was very mindful of clean up!During the next heavy rain, I noticed that there were still some leaks around the new plywood near the skylight. Ibex made good on their warranty and Luke came out within a few days to address the issue.After this, I was still seeing some leaks from nails where shingles were replaced. I reached out to Ibex again and they again made good on their warranty. Luke came out once more and discovered that the new shingles likely did not seal properly because they were installed during the wintertime. Luke went through and caulked every nail and also added some sealant to prevent future leaks. We had a heavy rain last night and I checked the area again this morning - no leaks!Throughout this process, I've been extremely impressed with not only Luke but also the Ibex staff including Whitney from dispatch and Amber from the front desk. Ibex makes good on their warranties and I was very pleased at how they responded and addressed my issues in a timely manner. As a relatively new homeowner it's nice to know that there are companies that care about their customers out there and I will definitely be reaching out to Ibex for any future projects!

I've been helping my parents with a major repair after the ice storms in January earlier this year and we chose Ibex because of the superior quality of construction and materials that they use. We were recommended IBEX for an extremely small and simple roof repair. We were incredibly impressed with the service. I received a phone call to schedule an estimate literally within 30 seconds of submitting a request. They were able to get us in same day and were both kind and efficient in the scheduling process.Kettner came out that afternoon and was extremely friendly and professional. He was completely up front with us about the state of our roof and honest and upfront in our options. Absolutely no upselling or pressure to do more than needed to be done and incredibly reasonably priced.We will definitely be using them again for any future roofing needs.

IBEX was great. We had damage to our shingles after the 2024 snow and wind storm and needed to have our roof re-done. Ken, from sales, came over when we called and arranged to have a cover put over a part of our roof where there was plywood exposed. We had a crew onsite about a week later. Johnny, the project manager, was also very helpful expediting things and answering all my questions. The crew of six guys completed the work very professionally in 4 days. Those guys were very polite and considerate about how they did their job (old roofing material that's removed can make a big mess, including old nails, but IBEX puts down tarps on the ground and does clean up each evening, including using a roller magnet to draw up the old nails). I would gladly recommend IBEX to anyone wanting a high quality job with high quality materials. As they told me, they aren't the least expensive or the most expensive. And I can vouch for the fact that you won't get inferior materials or workmanship as you may with a cut rate job. I would use them again if I needed a new roof. And I was very grateful that they covered the bare spot on our roof until they could begin our project. They were great to work with.

They accommodated our very short timeline due to the poor condition of my existing roof and provided us with an amazing new roof with high quality materials and workmanship of the highest caliber. We almost went with a different roofing company, but decided to get one more estimate. Long story short, Ibex's comprehensive inspection, inclusive of video and pictures, as well as a stellar explanation of the current roof, new shingles, warranty, and install plan really sealed our choice to go with them. Both crews were considerate of our time and space, cleaned up after themselves, and did a walk-around with us to make sure we were satisfied before the left. The roof and gutters look great. DON’T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! If you were smart enough to check out the negative reviews on IBEX, consider yourself lucky. I have hired many professionals and have gotten many bids in my life, but this is the worst experience ever. I lost almost two hours of my life to these shysters. Have you ever had to endure a timeshare presentation? Do you remember when Car dealers would never let you leave and wear you down until you bought the car? Have you ever been interrogated by the police? This is the feeling you will have when you suffer through their presentation. They use every trick in the book to get you to say “Yes” and sign on the dotted line before they leave. They try to get you into conversations in order to become your buddy. They keep asking you questions that you always have to answer “yes” to. They keep dropping the price a little at a time each time you balk at signing. They insist that both homeowners are present for the appointment (so they can get both to sign). They pray on your sense of decency and politeness. They capture you because you are not expecting this kind of hard sell from someone you invited into your home to give you a bid. I finally had to just outright tell them I felt like I was getting hammered as if I was at a used car dealer and assured them there is no possibility that I will make a decision before I get more bids to compare their bid to. Still they persisted. Finally, my wife repeated that we will not sign under any circumstances. I think they finally gave up when they realized my wife was just as steadfast as me and they were not going to get anywhere with us.Over the next two days we had two other roofing companies give us a bid. It was so refreshing. They both bid $20,000 dollars less than IBEX. Yes. You heard right. 20 THOUSAND dollars LESS! Both their bids were within $100 of each other. They only took 20 minutes of our time. They gave us their best price right away. They put it in writing and I got email confirmation within 2 hours. Their materials were comparable to IBEX. They also have great google and BBB reviews. We have used one of them before on another house, so we know their quality of work is excellent.A couple of other warning signs. I specifically asked the Ibex salesman to send me the quote by email so I could evaluate it. It is been a week, and still no follow up from them. Moreover, they did not leave a business card or any pamphlets for us to look at.If you are still thinking of letting them give you a bid, please take some time to look at all their Google reviews. Do you notice anything strange? If you read through them, they all sound the same as if they are coached. One of the Google reviewers even said customers are being compensated for their reviews. Also, do you notice none of the reviews say they gave the best bid or the lowest price? Moreover, there are 46 reviews in the last month. 187 reviews in the last year. Doesn’t that raise a red flag that something is not right?You don’t have to take my word for it. My best advice is to get 3 bids from reputable companies. If you insist having IBEX give you a bid, make sure you have them come LAST so you have something to compare it to.

Maybe I am overly involved, but I felt none of my questions and suggestions were left unanswered. The crew is amazing, courteous and very efficient.
