I would not recommend doing business with Onsite. I recently bought a house that had metal roofing installed in the early 90's but it came with a 40yr warranty on the paint. I called them up to let them know that after about 32years there seemed to be a lot of areas where the paint was chipping away and rust was forming. I was informed by the owner that the product was not purchased from him but by the previous owner he bought the company from so any warranty issue like that I would either need to contact the previous owner or get ahold of the manufacturer that made and painted the roofing panels that were sold by Onsite. I explained to him that the panels were bought from his company, I did not by them from a vendor so therefore I should not be shoved aside and told I need to contact the manufacturer. I tried to explain to him that when you buy a company you get the good and the bad and that the warranty is from the business, not the owner. I kept getting the run around and was basically shut down. The bottom line is I would never purchase from this company again. They sell a product they are unwilling to stand behind and they make false claims about the warranty they offer.

Cotton is a great guy, knows the business in and out has great prices, and doesn't over sell. Onsite is the only place I will ever buy metal from.
