I would give negative stars if possible. I hired this company back in March of 2023 to order a custom front door from Home Depot and install it. I paid upfront since they were to order the door from Home Depot. Over the course of 10 months, I was given several reasons as to why my door had not arrived and that the contractor was working directly with Jeld-Wen doors to resolve the issue. By December, I finally became suspicious and started investigating the contractors claims. I personally went to Home Depot and called Jeld-Wen directly. The door was NEVER ordered. All of the messages and calls I received from the contractor were a complete fabrication. He took over $3500 and now is not responding to texts or the letter sent by my attorney. The next step will be small claims court.
