After reading several reviews and talking to a couple neighbors, we had Zack out to look at the cedar shake roof on our shed. He climbed up and was so careful not to damage the shakes. After a thorough evaluation, he felt all we needed was a metal roof cap. The bid was very fair, so a couple days later Jose was here to do the install. He was very courteous and just as careful while up on the shakes installing the ridge cap. He literally put each old nail in his back pocket so none ended up on the ground for us to step on, and he hauled off all the old material. Dan came the day after I called to take measurements and he gave me a bid in a few days. I needed three sections of my garage roof replaced.. He brought a sample of the metal roof to my house make sure it matched some existing roofing. He came sooner than I expected and completed the job in one day. Columbia Plateau, Inc. put a new roof on our 110-year-old barn, in coordination with WA Dept. of Archaeology & Historic Preservation (DAHP) Barn Rehabilitation Project grant program. Despite the challenges of the 2020 Covid-19 regulations and restrictions, they kept us informed on unavoidable delays and complications, and did an excellent job of the highest quality, fast and for a reasonable price. Dan and his crew were AWESOME. I had him come out to do an estimate on replacing my shingles. While inspecting the roof for the estimate he noticed some severe damage that need to be corrected. Called Dan right after a wind storm in November. He came out the very next day to do some repairs on my roof as we were about to have a snow storm the next day. He wanted to ensure no damage inside due to the shingles that had flown off in the wind storm. I couldn't believe he came out the very next day from me calling and did the repairs in the freezing cold. Then first thing when he had an appt open he re-roofed my entire shop in one day with a crew of 3! I appreciate him and his crew; they cleaned up and took all old roof.
